Dan prije polaska na dvodnevni izlet, 36 učenika male osnovne škole u selu mjestu Krnica nedaleko Pule dobilo je odbijenac, piše Jutarnji list.
Putnička agencija Danijel Travel iz Pazina samo je dan prije puta obavijestila školu da od ekskurzije neće biti ništa.
Glavni razlog - nemogućnost pronalaska autobusa za prijevoz djece, učenika 5., 6. i 7, razreda te škole.
I dok su djeca itekako razočarana ovakvim razvojem događaja, ogorčeni roditelji nisu mogli doći sebi. Ne zbog novca koji su uplatili za izlet nego zbog činjenice da se put otkazao samo dan prije puta zbog čega su djeca bila itekako razočarana.
I to razočaranje nisu mogli kriti.
- Kakav je to način da se put otkaže dan prije polaska? Djeca su se tome radovala. Što sada?! Mi smo mahnito tražili autobus taj dan da se izlet realizira i zvali smo na sve strane, ali ništa nismo mogli naći. Čak smo pomislili da nas je agencija prevarila i da nisu ni bukirali hotel u Otočcu gdje su djeca bila smještena, pa smo ga zvali. U hotelu su rekli da nas očekuju. Ovo je jako neprofesionalno ponašanje s njihove strane - komentirao je jedan roditelj čitavu situaciju.
Djeca su, naime, trebala na put u ovaj utorak, a agencija je putovanje otkazala, kako kaže ogorčeni roditelj, bez ikakve najave.
Ravnateljica osnovne škole Vladimir Nazor iz Krnice Romana Percan pojasnila je da su već nekoliko puta angažirali ovu agenciju za izlete i ekskurzije i da nikada nije bilo nikakvih problema oko putovanja te da se čudi čitavoj situaciji.
Veli da je na kraju agencija ponudila neki drugi termin za odlazak no ogorčenje i razočaranje ostali su, kako među djecom, tako i među roditeljima.
I sama im je ravnateljica priznala da je agencija poljuljala njihovo povjerenje.
- Taj smo izlet dogovarali još u ožujku i sve je bilo u redu. U ponedjeljak su nas nazvali i rekli su nam da nemaju autobusa. Nismo znali što ćemo pa smo i mi zvali okolo autobusne tvrtke no svi su autobusi bili zauzeti. Informirali smo roditelje i oni su nam u tome pomogli no sve je bilo bezuspješno. Nakon toga, dogovorili smo se s agencijom da nam dade neke alternativne datume kako ne bi propao novac koji su roditelji već uplatili - kazala nam je Percan.
Naime, neposredno prije putovanja, jedna trećina roditelja uplatila je dio iznosa za izlet u Gorski Kotar i Liku.
Percan je rekla da je o svemu izvjestila svog osnivača, a to je Istarska županija.
S treće strane, vlasnik agencije Danijel Travel Danijel Jurčić, koja često organizira školske izlete i nudi povoljne cijena ekskurzija i jednodnevnih izleta te ima vlastite autobuse, kaže da je to prvi put da im se tako nešto dogodilo te da je za sve kriva činjenica da se izlet kasno organizirao i da su se mijenjali termini.
- Jako nam je žao da je došlo do toga, no škola je tri puta mijenjala termin izleta. Kasno se išlo u realizaciju i mi smo ih na tu mogućnost upozorili. I ona se nažalost dogodila. Mi sada tražimo novi termin za izlet i rekao sam da ću počastiti na svoj trošak djecu odlaskom u McDonald‘s. A ako se mi i škola oko toga ne budemo mogli dogovoriti, novac će roditeljima biti vraćen do zadnje lipe - kazao je vlasnik agencije.

Dan prije polaska na dvodnevni izlet, 36 učenika male osnovne škole u selu mjestu Krnica nedaleko Pule dobilo je odbijenac, piše Jutarnji list.
Putnička agencija Danijel Travel iz Pazina samo je dan prije puta obavijestila školu da od ekskurzije neće biti ništa.
Glavni razlog - nemogućnost pronalaska autobusa za prijevoz djece, učenika 5., 6. i 7, razreda te škole.
I dok su djeca itekako razočarana ovakvim razvojem događaja, ogorčeni roditelji nisu mogli doći sebi. Ne zbog novca koji su uplatili za izlet nego zbog činjenice da se put otkazao samo dan prije puta zbog čega su djeca bila itekako razočarana.
I to razočaranje nisu mogli kriti.
- Kakav je to način da se put otkaže dan prije polaska? Djeca su se tome radovala. Što sada?! Mi smo mahnito tražili autobus taj dan da se izlet realizira i zvali smo na sve strane, ali ništa nismo mogli naći. Čak smo pomislili da nas je agencija prevarila i da nisu ni bukirali hotel u Otočcu gdje su djeca bila smještena, pa smo ga zvali. U hotelu su rekli da nas očekuju. Ovo je jako neprofesionalno ponašanje s njihove strane - komentirao je jedan roditelj čitavu situaciju.
Djeca su, naime, trebala na put u ovaj utorak, a agencija je putovanje otkazala, kako kaže ogorčeni roditelj, bez ikakve najave.
Ravnateljica osnovne škole Vladimir Nazor iz Krnice Romana Percan pojasnila je da su već nekoliko puta angažirali ovu agenciju za izlete i ekskurzije i da nikada nije bilo nikakvih problema oko putovanja te da se čudi čitavoj situaciji.
Veli da je na kraju agencija ponudila neki drugi termin za odlazak no ogorčenje i razočaranje ostali su, kako među djecom, tako i među roditeljima.
I sama im je ravnateljica priznala da je agencija poljuljala njihovo povjerenje.
- Taj smo izlet dogovarali još u ožujku i sve je bilo u redu. U ponedjeljak su nas nazvali i rekli su nam da nemaju autobusa. Nismo znali što ćemo pa smo i mi zvali okolo autobusne tvrtke no svi su autobusi bili zauzeti. Informirali smo roditelje i oni su nam u tome pomogli no sve je bilo bezuspješno. Nakon toga, dogovorili smo se s agencijom da nam dade neke alternativne datume kako ne bi propao novac koji su roditelji već uplatili - kazala nam je Percan.
Naime, neposredno prije putovanja, jedna trećina roditelja uplatila je dio iznosa za izlet u Gorski Kotar i Liku.
Percan je rekla da je o svemu izvjestila svog osnivača, a to je Istarska županija.
S treće strane, vlasnik agencije Danijel Travel Danijel Jurčić, koja često organizira školske izlete i nudi povoljne cijena ekskurzija i jednodnevnih izleta te ima vlastite autobuse, kaže da je to prvi put da im se tako nešto dogodilo te da je za sve kriva činjenica da se izlet kasno organizirao i da su se mijenjali termini.
- Jako nam je žao da je došlo do toga, no škola je tri puta mijenjala termin izleta. Kasno se išlo u realizaciju i mi smo ih na tu mogućnost upozorili. I ona se nažalost dogodila. Mi sada tražimo novi termin za izlet i rekao sam da ću počastiti na svoj trošak djecu odlaskom u McDonald‘s. A ako se mi i škola oko toga ne budemo mogli dogovoriti, novac će roditeljima biti vraćen do zadnje lipe - kazao je vlasnik agencije.
