„To je dio normalne procedure. Ja sam legalist i stojim na stajalištu da sve treba istražiti, ispitati i sankcionirati, bez obzira o kome se radi“, rekao je Čobanković novinarima u Saboru.

Na pitanje povlačili li se iz politike, Čobanković je odgovorio kako ni ta mogućnost nije isključena.

„Već samo moje nekandidiranje na unutarstranačkim izborima je znak jednog laganog odmaka od politike“, ustvrdio je Čobanković.

Hrvatski je sabor jučer potvrdio odluku Mandatno -imunitetnog povjerenstva da se odobri pokretanje kaznenog postupka Čobankovića, kojega Državno odvjetništvo tereti da je zlouporabom ministarskog položaja bivšem premijeru Ivi Sanaderu i bivšem HDZ-ovom zastupniku Stjepanu Fioliću omogućio stjecanje protupravne imovinske koristi, čime je državni proračun oštećen za gotovo 38 milijuna kuna.

Riječ je o slučaju preprodaje zgrade u Planinskoj ulici u Zagrebu, za koju je DORH podigao optužnice protiv Sanadera, Fiolića i Čobankovića te dviju pravnih osoba - Mesnica Fiolić i Centra za reprodukciju u stočarstvu. DORH tvrdi da je od preprodaje precijenjene zgrade Ministarstvu regionalnog razvoja, na čijem je čelu bio Čobanković, Sanader protupravno zaradio 17,3 milijuna kuna, a Fiolićeve tvrtke gotovo osam milijuna kuna. Čobankovića se tereti da je to omogućio.

Petar Čobanković, kojemu je Sabor jučer skinuo imunitet i odobrio pokretanje kaznenog postupka zbog tzv. afere Planinska, izjavio je danas kako je sve to dio normalne procedure.

„To je dio normalne procedure. Ja sam legalist i stojim na stajalištu da sve treba istražiti, ispitati i sankcionirati, bez obzira o kome se radi“, rekao je Čobanković novinarima u Saboru.

Na pitanje povlačili li se iz politike, Čobanković je odgovorio kako ni ta mogućnost nije isključena.

„Već samo moje nekandidiranje na unutarstranačkim izborima je znak jednog laganog odmaka od politike“, ustvrdio je Čobanković.

Hrvatski je sabor jučer potvrdio odluku Mandatno -imunitetnog povjerenstva da se odobri pokretanje kaznenog postupka Čobankovića, kojega Državno odvjetništvo tereti da je zlouporabom ministarskog položaja bivšem premijeru Ivi Sanaderu i bivšem HDZ-ovom zastupniku Stjepanu Fioliću omogućio stjecanje protupravne imovinske koristi, čime je državni proračun oštećen za gotovo 38 milijuna kuna.

Riječ je o slučaju preprodaje zgrade u Planinskoj ulici u Zagrebu, za koju je DORH podigao optužnice protiv Sanadera, Fiolića i Čobankovića te dviju pravnih osoba - Mesnica Fiolić i Centra za reprodukciju u stočarstvu. DORH tvrdi da je od preprodaje precijenjene zgrade Ministarstvu regionalnog razvoja, na čijem je čelu bio Čobanković, Sanader protupravno zaradio 17,3 milijuna kuna, a Fiolićeve tvrtke gotovo osam milijuna kuna. Čobankovića se tereti da je to omogućio.
