HPV virus uzročnik je čak šest vrsta raka, pogađa oba spola, a cjepivo protiv njega postoji. Najčešći karcinom uzrokovan HPV virusom je rak grlića maternice, ali od različitih karcinoma mogu oboljeti i muškarci.

Na cijepljenje protiv HPV-a poziva i edukativna kampanja "Budi mRak roditelj". Bernarda Krnić, voditeljica školske medicine u Zagrebačkoj županiji i Jelena Cahun, nacionalna koordinatorica spomenute kampanje, o cjepljenju su govorile u Novom Danu.

Voditeljica školske medicine Krnić kaže da je cjepivo u ponudi zadnjih sedam godina, a cijepiti se mogu djeca već od petog razreda osnovne škole.

- Dosad smo nudili cjepljenje u osmom razredu osnovne škole, ali imunološki odgovor je bolji kad se cjepivo primijeni u mlađoj dobi. Od ove godine, prema odluci HZJZ-a, nudimo cijepljenje od petog do osmog razreda. Roditelji jako dobro reagiraju. Traže da im se dodatno objasni, ali shvate koja je prednost mogućnosti da djecu cijepimo protiv neke vrste raka.

U Hrvatskoj je dostupno cjepivo koje znanstveno potvrđeno štiti od devet tipova HPV virusa. U Hrvatskoj cijepimo već sedam godina. Vrlo je malo nuspojava, a cjepivo je sigurno i znanost pokazuje koliko je uspješno u sprječavanju raka, rekla je. 

Jelena Cahun koordinatorica kampanje "Budi mRak roditelj" ističe da se cijepiti trebaju i dječaci i djevojčice.

- Započeli smo s projektom "Budi mrak izbjegni rak" gdje studenti medicine odlaze u osnovne škole i educiraju mlade o HPV virusu. Od 2019. godine smo aktivni. Uvidjeli smo da je vrlo bitna uloga roditelja koji su odgovorni da cijepe svoju djecu protiv raka.

Zato smo pokrenuli kampanju "Budi mRak roditelj". Iako se HPV virus najviše povezuje s rakom grlića maternice, vrlo je važno naglasiti da se trebaju cijepiti i dječaci i djevojčice jer su tu i rak penisa, rak usne šupljine, rak anusa i rak stidnice - naglasila je

“Cjepivo je besplatno za oba spola do 25. godine života”, dodala Cahun.

- Oko sto žena godišnje umre od karcinoma, a 300 oboli od karcinoma. Ne treba zanemariti ni oboljenja od orofaringalnih karcinoma uzrokovanih HPV-om na stražnoj strani jezika i ždrijela, osobito u muškoj populaciji. U Hrvatskoj je 57 muškaraca i desetak žena umrlo od tog karcinoma. Vrlo je važno da roditelji znaju da su u riziku i djevojčice i dječaci -  poručila je u studiju N1 televijizije u emisiji Novi dan.

HPV virus uzročnik je čak šest vrsta raka, pogađa oba spola, a cjepivo protiv njega postoji. Najčešći karcinom uzrokovan HPV virusom je rak grlića maternice, ali od različitih karcinoma mogu oboljeti i muškarci.

Na cijepljenje protiv HPV-a poziva i edukativna kampanja "Budi mRak roditelj". Bernarda Krnić, voditeljica školske medicine u Zagrebačkoj županiji i Jelena Cahun, nacionalna koordinatorica spomenute kampanje, o cjepljenju su govorile u Novom Danu.

Voditeljica školske medicine Krnić kaže da je cjepivo u ponudi zadnjih sedam godina, a cijepiti se mogu djeca već od petog razreda osnovne škole.

- Dosad smo nudili cjepljenje u osmom razredu osnovne škole, ali imunološki odgovor je bolji kad se cjepivo primijeni u mlađoj dobi. Od ove godine, prema odluci HZJZ-a, nudimo cijepljenje od petog do osmog razreda. Roditelji jako dobro reagiraju. Traže da im se dodatno objasni, ali shvate koja je prednost mogućnosti da djecu cijepimo protiv neke vrste raka.

U Hrvatskoj je dostupno cjepivo koje znanstveno potvrđeno štiti od devet tipova HPV virusa. U Hrvatskoj cijepimo već sedam godina. Vrlo je malo nuspojava, a cjepivo je sigurno i znanost pokazuje koliko je uspješno u sprječavanju raka, rekla je. 

Jelena Cahun koordinatorica kampanje "Budi mRak roditelj" ističe da se cijepiti trebaju i dječaci i djevojčice.

- Započeli smo s projektom "Budi mrak izbjegni rak" gdje studenti medicine odlaze u osnovne škole i educiraju mlade o HPV virusu. Od 2019. godine smo aktivni. Uvidjeli smo da je vrlo bitna uloga roditelja koji su odgovorni da cijepe svoju djecu protiv raka.

Zato smo pokrenuli kampanju "Budi mRak roditelj". Iako se HPV virus najviše povezuje s rakom grlića maternice, vrlo je važno naglasiti da se trebaju cijepiti i dječaci i djevojčice jer su tu i rak penisa, rak usne šupljine, rak anusa i rak stidnice - naglasila je

“Cjepivo je besplatno za oba spola do 25. godine života”, dodala Cahun.

- Oko sto žena godišnje umre od karcinoma, a 300 oboli od karcinoma. Ne treba zanemariti ni oboljenja od orofaringalnih karcinoma uzrokovanih HPV-om na stražnoj strani jezika i ždrijela, osobito u muškoj populaciji. U Hrvatskoj je 57 muškaraca i desetak žena umrlo od tog karcinoma. Vrlo je važno da roditelji znaju da su u riziku i djevojčice i dječaci -  poručila je u studiju N1 televijizije u emisiji Novi dan.

HPV virus uzročnik je čak šest vrsta raka, pogađa oba spola, a cjepivo protiv njega postoji. Najčešći karcinom uzrokovan HPV virusom je rak grlića maternice, ali od različitih karcinoma mogu oboljeti i muškarci.

Na cijepljenje protiv HPV-a poziva i edukativna kampanja "Budi mRak roditelj". Bernarda Krnić, voditeljica školske medicine u Zagrebačkoj županiji i Jelena Cahun, nacionalna koordinatorica spomenute kampanje, o cjepljenju su govorile u Novom Danu.

Voditeljica školske medicine Krnić kaže da je cjepivo u ponudi zadnjih sedam godina, a cijepiti se mogu djeca već od petog razreda osnovne škole.
