Ministar obrane Mario Banožić u nedjelju je izjavio kako je 12. prosinca rok Međuresornom povjerenstvu da odluči koju ponudu za nabavu borbenih aviona će predložiti za odabir, a potvrdio je i da će doći do racionalizacije broja zaposlenih u MORH-u za oko 20 posto odnosno 200 do 250 ljudi.
"S obzirom na ponude koje su dostavljene MORH-u 9. rujna, a imamo rok od tri mjeseca, lako se da izračunati da je to 12. prosinca i mislim da ćemo u ta tri mjeseca izvršiti ono što je pred Međuresornim povjerenstvom – period validacije svih ponuda te evaluacije", rekao je Banožić u Dnevniku HTV-a upitan kada će biti donesena odluka koje će borbene avione Hrvatska nabaviti.
"12. prosinca je rok koji smo zacrtali", dodao je ministar obrane.
Potvrdio je i da najbolja ponuda ne mora biti i konačna jer, rekao je, Međuresorno povjerenstvo razgovarat će sa svakim ponuditeljem i postoje razni elementi koji će odlučiti o konačnoj odluci (eventualni broj simulatora, paket naoružanja, obuka pilota, otplatni plan, partnerska suradnja među državama), a ministar očekuje da će ponuditelji u razgovorima i "smanjiti" iznos prvotne ponude.
Smatra da Hrvatska treba izbjeći situaciju da joj nebo "čuvaju" druge zemlje što također, naglasio je, košta. "Hrvatska to defnitivno treba izbjeći jer to neće biti besplatno. Ako se to prepusti Mađarskoj ili Italiji, koje se spominje kao jedno od rješenja, to je isto tako plaćen novac, ali nekoj drugoj zemlji”, rekao je.
Milanovićeva izjava nekorektna
Nekorektnom smatra izjavu predsjednika Republike i vrhovnog zapovjednika Zoran Milanovića koji smatra da bi prvi izbor trebali biti američki avioni, a u kontekstu činjenice da nitko iz Ureda predsjednika nije član Međuresornog povjerenstva za nabavu borbenog zrakoplova.
"Odluka da ne budu u Povjerenstvu donosi im smanjenu odgovornost i na taj način mogu istupati u javnosti kako to sada rade. Pa čak to, po meni, spada u jedan oblik lobiranja i navijanja za jednu od ponuda što je, po meni, nekorektno", rekao je Banožić.
Povjerenstvo, jer ono predlaže odluku o nabavi aviona, mjesto je na kojem se treba iznijeti svoj stav, dodao je.
"Treba se biti krajnje odgovoran i ne iznositi paušalna rješenja prema medijima. Ne pokušati se dodvoravati, na neki način, određenim ponuđačima i zemljama koje sudjeluju u postupku, nego jasno i glasno stati iza ponude i donijeti cjelovito, jednoglasno rješenje koje će biti na čast Hrvatskoj vojsci i građanima Hrvatske", dodao je.
Potvrdio je i da je već bilo pritisaka određenih lobija, navevši kao primjer da je nekoliko dana prije podnošenja ponuda objavljena vijest o "lažnoj ponudi koja će biti najbolja od svih” te dodao kako je takva strategija dezinformiranja putem medija i društvenih mreža poznata.
"Vjerujem da će ona biti intenzivnija, kako će se približavati vrijeme donošenja odluke, prema članovima Povjerenstva i Vlade. A siguran sam, ako pristupimo iskreno i čisto kako su članovi Povjerenstva pristupili kod samog slaganja ponuda, uvjeren sam da će rezulat biti jako dobar za sve - za Hrvatsku vojsku i građane Hrvatske", dodao je ministar Banožić.
Proračun MORH-a zbog korona krize smanjen za pola milijarde kuna (prošle godine iznosio je 5,1 milijardu kuna) te je ministar potvrdio je da će unutar Ministarstva, kako bi se napravile uštede u proračunu odnosno bruto masi plaća, doći do racionalizacije ljudstva za oko 20 posto, odnosno za 200 do 250 ljudi.
Naveo je da će se to nastojati provesti kroz sistematizaciju radnih mjesta te kroz odlazak određenog broja zaposlenih u mirovinu, a u dogovoru sa sindikatom.

Ministar obrane Mario Banožić u nedjelju je izjavio kako je 12. prosinca rok Međuresornom povjerenstvu da odluči koju ponudu za nabavu borbenih aviona će predložiti za odabir, a potvrdio je i da će doći do racionalizacije broja zaposlenih u MORH-u za oko 20 posto odnosno 200 do 250 ljudi.
"S obzirom na ponude koje su dostavljene MORH-u 9. rujna, a imamo rok od tri mjeseca, lako se da izračunati da je to 12. prosinca i mislim da ćemo u ta tri mjeseca izvršiti ono što je pred Međuresornim povjerenstvom – period validacije svih ponuda te evaluacije", rekao je Banožić u Dnevniku HTV-a upitan kada će biti donesena odluka koje će borbene avione Hrvatska nabaviti.
"12. prosinca je rok koji smo zacrtali", dodao je ministar obrane.
Potvrdio je i da najbolja ponuda ne mora biti i konačna jer, rekao je, Međuresorno povjerenstvo razgovarat će sa svakim ponuditeljem i postoje razni elementi koji će odlučiti o konačnoj odluci (eventualni broj simulatora, paket naoružanja, obuka pilota, otplatni plan, partnerska suradnja među državama), a ministar očekuje da će ponuditelji u razgovorima i "smanjiti" iznos prvotne ponude.
Smatra da Hrvatska treba izbjeći situaciju da joj nebo "čuvaju" druge zemlje što također, naglasio je, košta. "Hrvatska to defnitivno treba izbjeći jer to neće biti besplatno. Ako se to prepusti Mađarskoj ili Italiji, koje se spominje kao jedno od rješenja, to je isto tako plaćen novac, ali nekoj drugoj zemlji”, rekao je.
Milanovićeva izjava nekorektna
Nekorektnom smatra izjavu predsjednika Republike i vrhovnog zapovjednika Zoran Milanovića koji smatra da bi prvi izbor trebali biti američki avioni, a u kontekstu činjenice da nitko iz Ureda predsjednika nije član Međuresornog povjerenstva za nabavu borbenog zrakoplova.
"Odluka da ne budu u Povjerenstvu donosi im smanjenu odgovornost i na taj način mogu istupati u javnosti kako to sada rade. Pa čak to, po meni, spada u jedan oblik lobiranja i navijanja za jednu od ponuda što je, po meni, nekorektno", rekao je Banožić.
Povjerenstvo, jer ono predlaže odluku o nabavi aviona, mjesto je na kojem se treba iznijeti svoj stav, dodao je.
"Treba se biti krajnje odgovoran i ne iznositi paušalna rješenja prema medijima. Ne pokušati se dodvoravati, na neki način, određenim ponuđačima i zemljama koje sudjeluju u postupku, nego jasno i glasno stati iza ponude i donijeti cjelovito, jednoglasno rješenje koje će biti na čast Hrvatskoj vojsci i građanima Hrvatske", dodao je.
Potvrdio je i da je već bilo pritisaka određenih lobija, navevši kao primjer da je nekoliko dana prije podnošenja ponuda objavljena vijest o "lažnoj ponudi koja će biti najbolja od svih” te dodao kako je takva strategija dezinformiranja putem medija i društvenih mreža poznata.
"Vjerujem da će ona biti intenzivnija, kako će se približavati vrijeme donošenja odluke, prema članovima Povjerenstva i Vlade. A siguran sam, ako pristupimo iskreno i čisto kako su članovi Povjerenstva pristupili kod samog slaganja ponuda, uvjeren sam da će rezulat biti jako dobar za sve - za Hrvatsku vojsku i građane Hrvatske", dodao je ministar Banožić.
Proračun MORH-a zbog korona krize smanjen za pola milijarde kuna (prošle godine iznosio je 5,1 milijardu kuna) te je ministar potvrdio je da će unutar Ministarstva, kako bi se napravile uštede u proračunu odnosno bruto masi plaća, doći do racionalizacije ljudstva za oko 20 posto, odnosno za 200 do 250 ljudi.
Naveo je da će se to nastojati provesti kroz sistematizaciju radnih mjesta te kroz odlazak određenog broja zaposlenih u mirovinu, a u dogovoru sa sindikatom.
