U posljednje vrijeme i na televiziji i u novinama mnogo se govorilo o borbi protiv krivotvorenih lijekova, ali se, valjda iz pristojnosti, izbjegavalo imenovati najveće štetočine.
Zbog koga ovo crno tržište opstaje? Tko su glavne mušterije proizvođača farmaceutskih lažnjaka? Penzioneri, naravno. Mnogi stariji građani uopće ne čitaju šta piše na bočicama lijekova i nemaju blage veze šta im je liječnik naredio da piju. Oni su zapamtili jedino boju. Svaka tableta im je dobra dok je žuta.
Pod dva, penzioneri samo gledaju kako bi prošli jeftinije. Stare cicije kruže kao kopci po buvljacima. S rukama na leđima dugo i oprezno odmjeravaju robu izloženu na šoferšajbama ili na dekama prostrtima na tlu, i ako negdje između kolekcija značaka, kositrenih svijećnjaka, pokvarenih usisavača, gipsanih poprsja Josipa Broza Tita, ustaških kapa, drvenih čaplji slomljenog kljuna i kaseta s najvećim hitovima Dalibora Bruna, ugledaju nekakve tablete, čak i ako su izvan kutije, momentalno im se zasjaje oči.
Penzići otrovani, moljci živahni
“Za šta su one ljubičaste?”
“Za srce”, odgovori im magistar farmacije preko somuna s deset ćevapa s ajvarom.
“A one zelene pokraj njih?”
“To je kamfor.”
Penzioner povoljno kupi i ljubičaste i zelene za pet eura i ne trebam vam vjerojatno opisivati što se kasnije dogodi. Do kuće zaboravi koje su tablete za što. On i njegova Blaženka otruju se sredstvom protiv moljaca, a moljci u ormaru, ako je koji imao problema sa srcem, ima ih i dalje jer je u ljubičastim tabletama obični vitamin B 12.

Drugi put penzioner na pazaru u Zadvarju kupi Viagru. Ali prirodnu, našu. Napravljenu po tradicionalnom receptu iz okolice Muća.
“Je li ti domaća Viagra?” pita on sumnjičavo prodavačicu.
“Moja, friška. Jutros je napravila”, kaže žena odlučno.
“Zakuni se.”
“Oči mi iskapale ako lažen. Domaća Viagra. Ista ko prava, samo bolja.”
Glavno da je tableta crvena
Tablete za liječenje erektilne disfunkcije čine velik dio tržišta krivotvorenih lijekova. Milijarde dolara vrte se u ovome biznisu, a nema dokaza da se ijednom muškarcu, ikad i igdje, digao. Tako i ovaj naš penzioner i njegova Blaženka dulje od pola sata sjede na rubu postelje uzaludno čekajući da čudotvorno sredstvo za potenciju počne djelovati.
“Ko da je malo tvrđi”, reče on sa slabašnom nadom u glasu.
“Ma je đavla”, odbrusi mu ona nemilosrdno. “Mek ti je ko duša. U koga si, kažeš, kupio tablete?”
“A neka žena iz Muća.”
“Budalo!” zaviče žena ojađeno. “Di će ona iz Muća znat šta je Viagra.”
“Ajde mi malo pomozi”, zamoli on.
“E, da ne bi. Zadnji put kad san ti išla pomoć, i ruka mi utrnila i vilica mi se ukočenila, a sve džaba. Bolje zapamti za drugi put, nema ti, dragi moj, Viagre u Muću. Jedina Viagra original je iz Unešića.”

Unatoč svim lošim iskustvima s krivotvorenim lijekovima, izostanku njihovog djelovanja ili čak gore, užasnim nuspojavama na njih, mučninama, vrtoglavicama, drhtavicama, osipu, otkazivanju pluća i jetara, zatvoru, sljepilu i drugim posljedicama lažnih tableta, ovo tržište bujno cvate. Vrijednost falše robe vrtoglavo raste. Velika je većina uvezena iz Azije, ali ima mnogo i domaćih proizvoda. Po garažama i šupama diljem naše zemlje niču stalno novi, mali obiteljski pogoni s visokim higijenskim standardima i strogom kontrolom kvalitete.
“Ćaća”, govori jedan mlađi farmaceutski tehničar iz Zagvozda, “ostalo nam je još pedesetak kila onih rozih tableta za visoki tlak, a nemamo više bočica za njih.”
“Nema veze”, dosjeti se ćaća, izlazeći iz zahoda i brišući ruke o trenirku, “sad ih puni u bočice za niski tlak.”
Zdravstveni osiguranici lakomisleno gutaju šarene lijekove načinjene na crno, riskiraju s nepouzdanim čiribu-čiriba preparatima koje na internetu preporučuju poznate pjevačice i glumci koji obično nemaju pojma da su slika i ime na nekakvoj sumnjivoj reklami.
S mješavinom sažaljenja i srama gledate zemljake koji nasjedaju na glupe oglase, ali ne možete ih ipak osuđivati. Što nesretnicima uopće preostaje u zdravstvenom sustavu koji vodi Vili Beroš? •

U posljednje vrijeme i na televiziji i u novinama mnogo se govorilo o borbi protiv krivotvorenih lijekova, ali se, valjda iz pristojnosti, izbjegavalo imenovati najveće štetočine.
Zbog koga ovo crno tržište opstaje? Tko su glavne mušterije proizvođača farmaceutskih lažnjaka? Penzioneri, naravno. Mnogi stariji građani uopće ne čitaju šta piše na bočicama lijekova i nemaju blage veze šta im je liječnik naredio da piju. Oni su zapamtili jedino boju. Svaka tableta im je dobra dok je žuta.
Pod dva, penzioneri samo gledaju kako bi prošli jeftinije. Stare cicije kruže kao kopci po buvljacima. S rukama na leđima dugo i oprezno odmjeravaju robu izloženu na šoferšajbama ili na dekama prostrtima na tlu, i ako negdje između kolekcija značaka, kositrenih svijećnjaka, pokvarenih usisavača, gipsanih poprsja Josipa Broza Tita, ustaških kapa, drvenih čaplji slomljenog kljuna i kaseta s najvećim hitovima Dalibora Bruna, ugledaju nekakve tablete, čak i ako su izvan kutije, momentalno im se zasjaje oči.
Penzići otrovani, moljci živahni
“Za šta su one ljubičaste?”
“Za srce”, odgovori im magistar farmacije preko somuna s deset ćevapa s ajvarom.
“A one zelene pokraj njih?”
“To je kamfor.”
Penzioner povoljno kupi i ljubičaste i zelene za pet eura i ne trebam vam vjerojatno opisivati što se kasnije dogodi. Do kuće zaboravi koje su tablete za što. On i njegova Blaženka otruju se sredstvom protiv moljaca, a moljci u ormaru, ako je koji imao problema sa srcem, ima ih i dalje jer je u ljubičastim tabletama obični vitamin B 12.

Drugi put penzioner na pazaru u Zadvarju kupi Viagru. Ali prirodnu, našu. Napravljenu po tradicionalnom receptu iz okolice Muća.
“Je li ti domaća Viagra?” pita on sumnjičavo prodavačicu.
“Moja, friška. Jutros je napravila”, kaže žena odlučno.
“Zakuni se.”
“Oči mi iskapale ako lažen. Domaća Viagra. Ista ko prava, samo bolja.”
Glavno da je tableta crvena
Tablete za liječenje erektilne disfunkcije čine velik dio tržišta krivotvorenih lijekova. Milijarde dolara vrte se u ovome biznisu, a nema dokaza da se ijednom muškarcu, ikad i igdje, digao. Tako i ovaj naš penzioner i njegova Blaženka dulje od pola sata sjede na rubu postelje uzaludno čekajući da čudotvorno sredstvo za potenciju počne djelovati.
“Ko da je malo tvrđi”, reče on sa slabašnom nadom u glasu.
“Ma je đavla”, odbrusi mu ona nemilosrdno. “Mek ti je ko duša. U koga si, kažeš, kupio tablete?”
“A neka žena iz Muća.”
“Budalo!” zaviče žena ojađeno. “Di će ona iz Muća znat šta je Viagra.”
“Ajde mi malo pomozi”, zamoli on.
“E, da ne bi. Zadnji put kad san ti išla pomoć, i ruka mi utrnila i vilica mi se ukočenila, a sve džaba. Bolje zapamti za drugi put, nema ti, dragi moj, Viagre u Muću. Jedina Viagra original je iz Unešića.”

Unatoč svim lošim iskustvima s krivotvorenim lijekovima, izostanku njihovog djelovanja ili čak gore, užasnim nuspojavama na njih, mučninama, vrtoglavicama, drhtavicama, osipu, otkazivanju pluća i jetara, zatvoru, sljepilu i drugim posljedicama lažnih tableta, ovo tržište bujno cvate. Vrijednost falše robe vrtoglavo raste. Velika je većina uvezena iz Azije, ali ima mnogo i domaćih proizvoda. Po garažama i šupama diljem naše zemlje niču stalno novi, mali obiteljski pogoni s visokim higijenskim standardima i strogom kontrolom kvalitete.
“Ćaća”, govori jedan mlađi farmaceutski tehničar iz Zagvozda, “ostalo nam je još pedesetak kila onih rozih tableta za visoki tlak, a nemamo više bočica za njih.”
“Nema veze”, dosjeti se ćaća, izlazeći iz zahoda i brišući ruke o trenirku, “sad ih puni u bočice za niski tlak.”
Zdravstveni osiguranici lakomisleno gutaju šarene lijekove načinjene na crno, riskiraju s nepouzdanim čiribu-čiriba preparatima koje na internetu preporučuju poznate pjevačice i glumci koji obično nemaju pojma da su slika i ime na nekakvoj sumnjivoj reklami.
S mješavinom sažaljenja i srama gledate zemljake koji nasjedaju na glupe oglase, ali ne možete ih ipak osuđivati. Što nesretnicima uopće preostaje u zdravstvenom sustavu koji vodi Vili Beroš? •
