Djevojčica koja je prije tjedan dana preminula u obiteljskom domu u Glavicama pokraj Sinja umrla je zbog meningokokne sepse, pokazala je mikrobiološka analiza koja je obavljena na Kliničkom zavodu za patologiju splitskog Kliničkog bolničkog centra.

Kako smo već izvještavali, stanje 3,5-godišnje djevojčice naglo se pogoršalo tijekom ranog jutra u petak 20. veljače, dan nakon što ju je liječnik pregledao zbog prehlade koju je dobila nekoliko dana prije.

Tijekom pregleda osim prehlade liječnik nije utvrdio ništa drugo, te je propisao terapiju i roditeljima dao upute, jer je djevojčica imala povišenu temperaturu. Cijela noć s 19. na 20. veljače u obiteljskoj je kući u Glavicama prošla manje-više dobro, roditelji su se ustajali cijelu noć kako bi kontrolirali stanje svoje kćerkice, koje je bilo zadovoljavajuće do pet sati ujutro.

Tada se naglo pogoršalo zdravstveno stanje djevojčice, kada je pozvana i Hitna medicinska pomoć, no nažalost to je bilo prekasno.

Odmah se posumnjalo u meningokoknu sepsu te je čak 19 osoba koje su bile u doticaju s djevojčicom primilo preventivnu, dvodnevnu antibiotsku terapiju.

U vrlo kratkom razdoblju ovo je drugi slučaj meningokokne sepse na području Sinja. Prvi je bio krajem siječnja, no dijete je spašeno brzim otkrićem bolesti.

Djevojčica koja je prije tjedan dana preminula u obiteljskom domu u Glavicama pokraj Sinja umrla je zbog meningokokne sepse, pokazala je mikrobiološka analiza koja je obavljena na Kliničkom zavodu za patologiju splitskog Kliničkog bolničkog centra.

Kako smo već izvještavali, stanje 3,5-godišnje djevojčice naglo se pogoršalo tijekom ranog jutra u petak 20. veljače, dan nakon što ju je liječnik pregledao zbog prehlade koju je dobila nekoliko dana prije.

Tijekom pregleda osim prehlade liječnik nije utvrdio ništa drugo, te je propisao terapiju i roditeljima dao upute, jer je djevojčica imala povišenu temperaturu. Cijela noć s 19. na 20. veljače u obiteljskoj je kući u Glavicama prošla manje-više dobro, roditelji su se ustajali cijelu noć kako bi kontrolirali stanje svoje kćerkice, koje je bilo zadovoljavajuće do pet sati ujutro.

Tada se naglo pogoršalo zdravstveno stanje djevojčice, kada je pozvana i Hitna medicinska pomoć, no nažalost to je bilo prekasno.

Odmah se posumnjalo u meningokoknu sepsu te je čak 19 osoba koje su bile u doticaju s djevojčicom primilo preventivnu, dvodnevnu antibiotsku terapiju.

U vrlo kratkom razdoblju ovo je drugi slučaj meningokokne sepse na području Sinja. Prvi je bio krajem siječnja, no dijete je spašeno brzim otkrićem bolesti.
