S obzirom na nepovoljnu strukturu u kojem dominira turizam, hrvatsko gospodarstvo bi se od posljedica koronakrize moglo oporavljati dulje i bolnije, pa tako ni najnovija prognoza Komisije, kojom je povećana procjena pada hrvatskog BDP-a u ovoj godini na 10,8 posto, ne predstavlja ništa neočekivano, ocjenjuju za Hinu ekonomski analitičari.

Europska komisija (EK) u utorak je u privremenim ljetnim prognozama dodatno povećala procjenu pada hrvatskog gospodarstva u 2020. godini, na 10,8 posto, dok za sljedeću godinu predviđa djelomični oporavak i rast od 7,5 posto.

Hrvatska je među tri najteže pogođene zemlje, s obzirom da najveći pad BDP-a Komisija predviđa u Italiji, 11,2 posto, Španjolskoj 10,9 i Hrvatskoj 10,8 posto. Kako se navodi u prognozi, pandemija koronavirusa teško je pogodila gospodarstva svih zemalja članica EU-a, ali neravnomjerno i najteže će stradati one koje u većoj mjeri ovise o turizmu.

U proljetnim ekonomskim prognozama, prvima nakon izbijanja pandemije koronavirusa, objavljenim 6. svibnja, Komisija je procijenila da će se hrvatski BDP u ovoj godini smanjiti za 9,1 posto, a sljedeće godine rasti za 7,5 posto. 

Redoviti profesor na Fakultetu političkih znanosti Luka Brkić kaže da najnovije prognoze nisu neočekivane, a ocjenjuje da će Hrvatska, s obzirom na strukturu gospodarstva i značajan udio uslužnog sektora, prije svega turizma i povezanih djelatnosti, imati dodatne poteškoće.

"Vrijeme našeg oporavka moglo bi biti duže, problematičnije i bolnije", ocjenjuje Brkić.

No, dodaje da je općenito, kada je o prognozama riječ, "puno pričanja napamet", uz brojne pretpostavke, koje ostavljaju preveliki prostor za spekulacije, s obzirom da ne postoje "gole činjenice", koje samo treba povezati i staviti u model.

Stoga mu je i vrlo teško reći što slijedi na jesen te koliko će rasti nezaposlenost. Puno je tih "ako", kaže Brkić, u kontekstu i podbačaja turističke sezone, eventualnog dolaska tzv. drugog vala koronavirusa, a i uz činjenicu da Hrvatska nema fiskalni i monetarni kapacitet za ponovo "zatvaranje" gospodarstva. 

Biti će teško, neizvjesno i "grbavo", no u kojoj mjeri i kako, to ćemo tek vidjeti, zaključuje Brkić.

Ekonomski analitičar Damir Novotny kaže da će oporavak gospodarstava EU-a iduće godine sigurno uslijediti, no da se tu i bitno razlikuje situacija od zemlje do zemlje, pri čemu također apostrofira nepovoljnu gospodarsku strukturu Hrvatske, ovisnu o turističkim kretanjima.

Turizam je dominantan u kreiranju hrvatskog BDP-a i radnih mjesta, kaže Novotny i ocjenjuje da će gospodarski pad ove godine sigurno biti iznad 10 posto, dok bi se u slijedećoj godini mogao ostvariti "dobar rast" no nikako ne na razini 2019. godine. 
"Trebati će nam nekoliko godina za oporavak", smatra Novotny.

Podržava intervenciju Vlade u pogledu potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta, međutim upozorava da je ona kratkoročna i ne može trajati dulje razdoblje. "Već na jesen ćemo imati problem s očuvanjem tih radnih mjesta, prije svega u turističkom sektoru i povezanim sektorima", upozorava.

U odnosu na 2009. godinu, kada je Hrvatska izgubila oko 150 tisuća radnih mjesta, velika razlika je u tome što je Hrvatska sada članica EU-a, kaže Novotny i podsjeća da se na razini Unije priprema paket mjera za ubrzanje oporavka zemalja članica "EU sljedeće generacije", kojim bi Hrvatskoj trebalo pripasti oko 10 milijardi eura.

Ipak, dodaje, poželjno je da Vlada provede i strukturne reforme, ustvrdivši da je to djelomično i uvjetovano paketom mjera.
"Sad je pravo vrijeme da se provedu reforme, kako bi ekonomija iz ove krize izašla jača, a ne slabija, kako se to dogodilo 2009. godine", rekao je Novotny, koji između ostalog zagovara restrukturiranje javnog sektora, u smislu smanjenja troškova i povećanja efikasnosti.

Ocjenjuje da je pred hrvatskom vladom veliki izazov, s obzirom da bi paralelno s očuvanjem ekonomske aktivnosti i likvidnosti privatnog sektora, po njemu, trebala pokrenuti novi investicijski ciklus koji bi imao dugoročne učinke na strukturu gospodarstva, kako bi došlo do diverzifikacije nacionalne ekonomije, u smislu da ona ne ovisi samo o turizmu.

Povrh članstva u EU-u, Novotny smatra da bi bilo jako dobro da je Hrvatska članica eurozone jer bi tada oporavak bio brži. "Tada bi protukrizni kišobran bio veći, izdašniji i širi, uz korištenje čitavog niza instrumenata koje mogu koristiti trenutne članice", zaključuje Novotny.

S obzirom na nepovoljnu strukturu u kojem dominira turizam, hrvatsko gospodarstvo bi se od posljedica koronakrize moglo oporavljati dulje i bolnije, pa tako ni najnovija prognoza Komisije, kojom je povećana procjena pada hrvatskog BDP-a u ovoj godini na 10,8 posto, ne predstavlja ništa neočekivano, ocjenjuju za Hinu ekonomski analitičari.

Europska komisija (EK) u utorak je u privremenim ljetnim prognozama dodatno povećala procjenu pada hrvatskog gospodarstva u 2020. godini, na 10,8 posto, dok za sljedeću godinu predviđa djelomični oporavak i rast od 7,5 posto.

Hrvatska je među tri najteže pogođene zemlje, s obzirom da najveći pad BDP-a Komisija predviđa u Italiji, 11,2 posto, Španjolskoj 10,9 i Hrvatskoj 10,8 posto. Kako se navodi u prognozi, pandemija koronavirusa teško je pogodila gospodarstva svih zemalja članica EU-a, ali neravnomjerno i najteže će stradati one koje u većoj mjeri ovise o turizmu.

U proljetnim ekonomskim prognozama, prvima nakon izbijanja pandemije koronavirusa, objavljenim 6. svibnja, Komisija je procijenila da će se hrvatski BDP u ovoj godini smanjiti za 9,1 posto, a sljedeće godine rasti za 7,5 posto. 

Redoviti profesor na Fakultetu političkih znanosti Luka Brkić kaže da najnovije prognoze nisu neočekivane, a ocjenjuje da će Hrvatska, s obzirom na strukturu gospodarstva i značajan udio uslužnog sektora, prije svega turizma i povezanih djelatnosti, imati dodatne poteškoće.

"Vrijeme našeg oporavka moglo bi biti duže, problematičnije i bolnije", ocjenjuje Brkić.

No, dodaje da je općenito, kada je o prognozama riječ, "puno pričanja napamet", uz brojne pretpostavke, koje ostavljaju preveliki prostor za spekulacije, s obzirom da ne postoje "gole činjenice", koje samo treba povezati i staviti u model.

Stoga mu je i vrlo teško reći što slijedi na jesen te koliko će rasti nezaposlenost. Puno je tih "ako", kaže Brkić, u kontekstu i podbačaja turističke sezone, eventualnog dolaska tzv. drugog vala koronavirusa, a i uz činjenicu da Hrvatska nema fiskalni i monetarni kapacitet za ponovo "zatvaranje" gospodarstva. 

Biti će teško, neizvjesno i "grbavo", no u kojoj mjeri i kako, to ćemo tek vidjeti, zaključuje Brkić.

Ekonomski analitičar Damir Novotny kaže da će oporavak gospodarstava EU-a iduće godine sigurno uslijediti, no da se tu i bitno razlikuje situacija od zemlje do zemlje, pri čemu također apostrofira nepovoljnu gospodarsku strukturu Hrvatske, ovisnu o turističkim kretanjima.

Turizam je dominantan u kreiranju hrvatskog BDP-a i radnih mjesta, kaže Novotny i ocjenjuje da će gospodarski pad ove godine sigurno biti iznad 10 posto, dok bi se u slijedećoj godini mogao ostvariti "dobar rast" no nikako ne na razini 2019. godine. 
"Trebati će nam nekoliko godina za oporavak", smatra Novotny.

Podržava intervenciju Vlade u pogledu potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta, međutim upozorava da je ona kratkoročna i ne može trajati dulje razdoblje. "Već na jesen ćemo imati problem s očuvanjem tih radnih mjesta, prije svega u turističkom sektoru i povezanim sektorima", upozorava.

U odnosu na 2009. godinu, kada je Hrvatska izgubila oko 150 tisuća radnih mjesta, velika razlika je u tome što je Hrvatska sada članica EU-a, kaže Novotny i podsjeća da se na razini Unije priprema paket mjera za ubrzanje oporavka zemalja članica "EU sljedeće generacije", kojim bi Hrvatskoj trebalo pripasti oko 10 milijardi eura.

Ipak, dodaje, poželjno je da Vlada provede i strukturne reforme, ustvrdivši da je to djelomično i uvjetovano paketom mjera.
"Sad je pravo vrijeme da se provedu reforme, kako bi ekonomija iz ove krize izašla jača, a ne slabija, kako se to dogodilo 2009. godine", rekao je Novotny, koji između ostalog zagovara restrukturiranje javnog sektora, u smislu smanjenja troškova i povećanja efikasnosti.

Ocjenjuje da je pred hrvatskom vladom veliki izazov, s obzirom da bi paralelno s očuvanjem ekonomske aktivnosti i likvidnosti privatnog sektora, po njemu, trebala pokrenuti novi investicijski ciklus koji bi imao dugoročne učinke na strukturu gospodarstva, kako bi došlo do diverzifikacije nacionalne ekonomije, u smislu da ona ne ovisi samo o turizmu.

Povrh članstva u EU-u, Novotny smatra da bi bilo jako dobro da je Hrvatska članica eurozone jer bi tada oporavak bio brži. "Tada bi protukrizni kišobran bio veći, izdašniji i širi, uz korištenje čitavog niza instrumenata koje mogu koristiti trenutne članice", zaključuje Novotny.

Analitičari komentiraju veliki pad: Prognoza Europske komisije je očekivana zbog nepovoljne gospodarske strukture

S obzirom na nepovoljnu strukturu u kojem dominira turizam, hrvatsko gospodarstvo bi se od posljedica koronakrize moglo oporavljati dulje i bolnije, pa tako ni najnovija prognoza Komisije, kojom je povećana procjena pada hrvatskog BDP-a u ovoj godini na 10,8 posto, ne predstavlja ništa neočekivano, ocjenjuju za Hinu ekonomski analitičari.

Europska komisija (EK) u utorak je u privremenim ljetnim prognozama dodatno povećala procjenu pada hrvatskog gospodarstva u 2020. godini, na 10,8 posto, dok za sljedeću godinu predviđa djelomični oporavak i rast od 7,5 posto.

Hrvatska je među tri najteže pogođene zemlje, s obzirom da najveći pad BDP-a Komisija predviđa u Italiji, 11,2 posto, Španjolskoj 10,9 i Hrvatskoj 10,8 posto. Kako se navodi u prognozi, pandemija koronavirusa teško je pogodi...
