18:16 - Prvi potpredsjednik Vlade Tomislav Karamarko i njegova supruga Ana u ponedjeljak će, neslužbeno doznaje Večernji list, Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa podnijeti potrebnu dokumentacije i očitovanja u slučaju poslovanja Drimije i Peritus savjetovanja.

Rok za predaju je deset do 15 dana, a kada je u ponedjeljak dostave Povjerenstvu, bit će unutar tih rokova. Iako im je cilj, kao i Povjerenstvu, da se što prije donese odluka je li bilo sukoba interesa u poslovanju Drimije i Peritus savjetovanja, žele da su očitovanja što detaljnija i dokumentacija kompletna.

12:15 - Predsjednica Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa, Dalija Orešković objasnila je za N1 u kojoj fazi se nalazi proces donošenja odluke o mogućem sukobu interesa prvog potpredsjednika Vlade Tomislava Karamarka.

Orešković je na upit kada će biti donesena odluka kazala kako će se Povjerenstvo dati sve od sebe da se postupak provede bez odugovlačenja.

- Povjerenstvo je prije donošenje odluke o pokretanju postupka zatražilo jedan dio dokumentacije od nadležnih tijela. Jedan dio je pristigao, ali ne sve što je potrebno. Početkom tjedana, ako ne primimo sve što je zatraženo, uputit ćemo i požurnice, a moramo pričekati da ono što smo zatražili i pristigne.

U protivnom odluka Povjerenstva teško da bi bila objektivna i nepristrana. Mi ćemo dati sve od sebe da se postupak provede bez odugovlačenja - kazala je Orešković.

- Ako bi bila primjerena reakcija svih odgovornih osoba od kojih je zatraženo očitovanje onda bi bilo moguće donijeti odluku sredinom lipnja'.

Dodala je kako od Karamarka, njegove supruge i Joze Petrovića Povjerenstvo nije dobilo sve zatražane dokumente.

- To bi trebalo provjeriti u zapisniku Povjerenstva. Čini mi se da nismo dobili sve što smo tražili, a to znači da nismo dobili niti očitovanje od trgovačkih društava' - rekla je.

Za pritiske na Povjerenstvo Orešković kaže kako ne postoje.

- Mislim da ne postoje pritisci. Prvenstveno govorim u svoje ime. Mi smo svjesni odgovornosti koja je na nama. Politički trenutak ima neke druge razloge, ali moramo voditi računa o tome da naša odluka i nakon proteka godina izdrži test provjere njezine objektivnosti. Nećemo podleći pritisku trenutka, a vjerujem da će ono što ćemo izreći biti dobra pouka svima za ubuduće - zaključila je Orešković, piše N1.

18:16 - Prvi potpredsjednik Vlade Tomislav Karamarko i njegova supruga Ana u ponedjeljak će, neslužbeno doznaje Večernji list, Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa podnijeti potrebnu dokumentacije i očitovanja u slučaju poslovanja Drimije i Peritus savjetovanja.

Rok za predaju je deset do 15 dana, a kada je u ponedjeljak dostave Povjerenstvu, bit će unutar tih rokova. Iako im je cilj, kao i Povjerenstvu, da se što prije donese odluka je li bilo sukoba interesa u poslovanju Drimije i Peritus savjetovanja, žele da su očitovanja što detaljnija i dokumentacija kompletna.

12:15 - Predsjednica Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa, Dalija Orešković objasnila je za N1 u kojoj fazi se nalazi proces donošenja odluke o mogućem sukobu interesa prvog potpredsjednika Vlade Tomislava Karamarka.

Orešković je na upit kada će biti donesena odluka kazala kako će se Povjerenstvo dati sve od sebe da se postupak provede bez odugovlačenja.

- Povjerenstvo je prije donošenje odluke o pokretanju postupka zatražilo jedan dio dokumentacije od nadležnih tijela. Jedan dio je pristigao, ali ne sve što je potrebno. Početkom tjedana, ako ne primimo sve što je zatraženo, uputit ćemo i požurnice, a moramo pričekati da ono što smo zatražili i pristigne.

U protivnom odluka Povjerenstva teško da bi bila objektivna i nepristrana. Mi ćemo dati sve od sebe da se postupak provede bez odugovlačenja - kazala je Orešković.

- Ako bi bila primjerena reakcija svih odgovornih osoba od kojih je zatraženo očitovanje onda bi bilo moguće donijeti odluku sredinom lipnja'.

Dodala je kako od Karamarka, njegove supruge i Joze Petrovića Povjerenstvo nije dobilo sve zatražane dokumente.

- To bi trebalo provjeriti u zapisniku Povjerenstva. Čini mi se da nismo dobili sve što smo tražili, a to znači da nismo dobili niti očitovanje od trgovačkih društava' - rekla je.

Za pritiske na Povjerenstvo Orešković kaže kako ne postoje.

- Mislim da ne postoje pritisci. Prvenstveno govorim u svoje ime. Mi smo svjesni odgovornosti koja je na nama. Politički trenutak ima neke druge razloge, ali moramo voditi računa o tome da naša odluka i nakon proteka godina izdrži test provjere njezine objektivnosti. Nećemo podleći pritisku trenutka, a vjerujem da će ono što ćemo izreći biti dobra pouka svima za ubuduće - zaključila je Orešković, piše N1.
