[alias] => afera-planinska-sanaderu-nepravomocna-presuda-vec-iduceg-mjeseca [catid] => 142 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => U nastavku suđenja bivšem premijeru i šefu HDZ-a Ivi Sanaderu u slučaju Planinska na klupu za svjedoke danas su sjele dvije vještakinje čije je saslušanje završeno u svega desetak minuta, a s obzirom da je prema sadašnjem planu preostalo ispitati još samo dva svjedoka nepravomoćna presuda očekuje se prije ljetne stanke.

Vještakinje za računovodstvo i financije, odnosno za dokumente Ksenija Špoljarić i Jasna Galeković ostale su pri pisanim nalazima koje su dostavile zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu, gdje su se zadržale kratko jer osim par pitanja jednog od branitelja, druge stranke u postupku nisu postavljale pitanja.

Suđenje se približava kraju jer bi, prema sadašnjem rasporedu, trebali još biti ispitani vještak za graditeljstvo i arhitekturu Vladimir Krtalić 13. svibnja, i dan kasnije svjedok Sebastijan Vukušić.

Sud potom treba odlučiti o preostalim dokaznim prijedlozima. Ne bude li novih dokaza, Sanader i Mladen Mlinarević, koji odbacuju krivnju, trebali bi iznijeti obrane, a odvjetnici i tužiteljstvo završne govore.

Suoptuženi mesar Stjepan Fiolić, koji je priznao da je bivšem premijeru nosio milijunsku proviziju od prodaje nekretnine u Planinskoj, obranu je iznio na početku suđenja. Optužbe je priznao i bivši Sanaderov ministar Petar Čobanković, koji je nakon nagodbe s tužiteljstvom, osuđen na rad za opće dobro.

Na prošlom ročištu građevinski vještak Davorin Štengl posvjedočio je da je vrijednost nekretnine, od čije je kupoprodaje Sanader navodno primio 17 milijuna kuna provizije, bila preuveličana, jer je zemljište na kojoj se nalazila zgrada Mesnica Fiolić procijenjena čak četiri puta iznad realne vrijednosti.

Spornu procjenu nekretnine u Planinskoj, koju su Mesnice Fiolić prodale Ministarstvu regionalnog razvoja, napravila je tvrtka Inžinjerski biro, suoptuženog Mladena Mlinarevića. Fiolić tvrdi da je je milijunsku proviziju od prodaje te zgrade bivšem premijeru nosio u kutiji za hrenovke.

Očekuje se da bi treća nepravomoćna presuda Sanaderu mogla biti objavljena u lipnju ili najkasnije početkom srpnja.

Nekada najmoćniji hrvatski političar, koji je premijersku dužnost napustio 1. srpnja 2009., dosad je je nepravomoćno osuđen u predmetu Hypo i Ina-Mol na deset godina zatvora te zbog slučaja Fimi-medija na devet godina zatvora. Suočen je i s optužbama zbog afera HEP-Dioki i HEP-TLM.

Vještakinje za računovodstvo i financije, odnosno za dokumente Ksenija Špoljarić i Jasna Galeković ostale su pri pisanim nalazima koje su dostavile zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu, gdje su se zadržale kratko jer osim par pitanja jednog od branitelja, druge stranke u postupku nisu postavljale pitanja.

Suđenje se približava kraju jer bi, prema sadašnjem rasporedu, trebali još biti ispitani vještak za graditeljstvo i arhitekturu Vladimir Krtalić 13. svibnja, i dan kasnije svjedok Sebastijan Vukušić.

Sud potom treba odlučiti o preostalim dokaznim prijedlozima. Ne bude li novih dokaza, Sanader i Mladen Mlinarević, koji odbacuju krivnju, trebali bi iznijeti obrane, a odvjetnici i tužiteljstvo završne govore.

Suoptuženi mesar Stjepan Fiolić, koji je priznao da je bivšem premijeru nosio milijunsku proviziju od prodaje nekretnine u Planinskoj, obranu je iznio na početku suđenja. Optužbe je priznao i bivši Sanaderov ministar Petar Čobanković, koji je nakon nagodbe s tužiteljstvom, osuđen na rad za opće dobro.

Na prošlom ročištu građevinski vještak Davorin Štengl posvjedočio je da je vrijednost nekretnine, od čije je kupoprodaje Sanader navodno primio 17 milijuna kuna provizije, bila preuveličana, jer je zemljište na kojoj se nalazila zgrada Mesnica Fiolić procijenjena čak četiri puta iznad realne vrijednosti.

Spornu procjenu nekretnine u Planinskoj, koju su Mesnice Fiolić prodale Ministarstvu regionalnog razvoja, napravila je tvrtka Inžinjerski biro, suoptuženog Mladena Mlinarevića. Fiolić tvrdi da je je milijunsku proviziju od prodaje te zgrade bivšem premijeru nosio u kutiji za hrenovke.

Očekuje se da bi treća nepravomoćna presuda Sanaderu mogla biti objavljena u lipnju ili najkasnije početkom srpnja.

Nekada najmoćniji hrvatski političar, koji je premijersku dužnost napustio 1. srpnja 2009., dosad je je nepravomoćno osuđen u predmetu Hypo i Ina-Mol na deset godina zatvora te zbog slučaja Fimi-medija na devet godina zatvora. Suočen je i s optužbama zbog afera HEP-Dioki i HEP-TLM.

U nastavku suđenja bivšempremijeru i šefu HDZ-a Ivi Sanaderu u slučaju Planinska na klupu zasvjedoke danas su sjele dvije vještakinje čije je saslušanje završeno usvega desetak minuta, a s obzirom da je prema sadašnjem planu preostaloispitati još samo dva svjedoka nepravomoćna presuda očekuje se prijeljetne stanke.
