Ništa od rada za opće dobro. Ipak će u zatvor na 10 mjeseci. Odlučio je to Županijski sud u Zagrebu, kao drugostupanjski sud, u slučaju Ante B. (25), optuženog za divljačko i bešćutno premlaćivanje zagrebačkog taksista prije točno tri godine na ulici u metropoli, a što je mobitelom zabilježio prolaznik pa je uznemirujuća videosnimka postala viralna. Viši sud je, naime, nakon žalbe državnog odvjetništva preinačio prvostupanjski pravorijek Općinskog kaznenog suda u Zagrebu prema kojemu je 25-godišnjak bio osuđen na 600 sati dobrovoljnog rada. Takva kazna je preblaga, smatra drugostupanjski sud, jer se njome ne bi mogla ostvariti sva svrha kažnjavanja, piše Jutarnji list.

Podsjetimo, Ante B., inače sin voditelja Odjela u jednom Ministarstvu, priznao je krivnju, izrazio kajanje i žaljenje te se ispričao taksistu Vladimiru K. zahvalivši mu što mu nije pucao iz pištolja u glavu, već u zrak. Taksist je zadobio podljeve očiju, razderotine vjeđa, prijelom sinusa i očne šupljine s pomakom, niz krvarenja te prijelom nosnog nastavka gornje čeljusti.

Tog kobnog 14. travnja 2019. u zoru, nakon provoda u klubu Bunga Bunga, taksist Vladimir K. pokupio je optuženog i njegove prijatelje kako bi ih odvezao kućama, no tijekom vožnje na nedužnog vozača okomio se suvozač koji je imao više od jednog promila alkohola u krvi.

- Sa svojim prijateljima Dominikom i Lucijom toga dana ušao sam u taksi. Tijekom vožnje raspravljao sam s Lucijom, ali nisam primijetio da sam naporan kao što znam biti. Vozač mi je u jednom trenu rekao da prekinem, na što sam mu odgovorio da se ne miješa u moj razgovor s Lucijom. Stali smo na Vrapčanskoj cesti jer je očito i Luciji i vozaču prekipjelo. Vozaču sam rekao neke pogrdne riječi, ali smatram da nisu bile teške, nakon čega mi je on uvrijedio mamu. Ulovio sam ga pritom za vrat pa je izvadio pištolj te mi ga prislonio uz obraz i rekao da će pucati ako ne izađem. Rekao sam mu neka puca jer da nije fora. Pitao me izlazim li, a kad sam izašao iz auta, bez razmišljanja sam ga udario. On je pao na pod i ponovno ustao te pucao iz pištolja - ispričao je odmah nakon uhićenja u tužiteljstvu Ante B.

Optuženikov prijatelj Dominik N. prisjetio se u tužiteljstvu kako je taksi naručila Lucija P. s kojom je za vrijeme vožnje Ante polemizirao.

- Lucija je Anti govorila da prestane i da je ostavi na miru te zamolila vozača da stane da Ante može izaći. I ja sam Anti u nekoliko navrata rekao da je dosadan i da se smiri. Dolaskom do raskrižja Ilice i Vrapčanske, dok smo bili na semaforu, Ante je Luciji rekao da će je, ako je vidi vani, nabiti. Lucija se razljutila i rekla taksistu: 'Stanite da izađe van'. Na obližnjoj postaji na Ilici je stao te se obratio Anti riječima: 'Vaša vožnja je završena', a on mu je odgovorio: 'Nećeš ti mene tjerati, ja financiram ovu vožnju'. Lucija ga je ispravila da je financira ona i da ju je već platila. I tad je taksist svojom rukom preko Ante, a da ga nije dodirnuo, otvorio suvozačeva vrata rekavši mu: 'Dečko, izađi van, odi doma'. Ante mu je odbrusio ponovivši da ga neće tjerati jer da on financira vožnju i njegov auto i njegovu obitelj - opisao je Dominik N. Nakon toga taksist je na mobitelu utipkao 112 te poziv pokazao suvozaču upitavši ga 'treba li mu da mu policija dođe sad'.

Bio je to okidač da Ante B. pokaže svoje pravo lice. Uhvatio je taksista za vrat te ga, prema optužnici, počeo gušiti.

- Vozač je u ruci u tom trenutku držao pištolj usmjeren prema autoradiju. Rekao sam Luciji da izađemo iz auta, udaljili smo se 15 metara od auta, ona je vrištala, a u jednom trenutku taksist i Ante su bili izvan auta. Taksist je, dok ga je Ante rukama gušio za vrat, u zrak ispalio jedan hitac. Uplašili smo se pucnja. Ante je zatim vozača udarao i šakama, nakon čega su brzo stigli policajci koji su Antu, dok je čovjeka šaketao po glavi, primili, odmaknuli i posjeli u policijski auto. Vidio sam tad da Ante na stražnjem sjedalu udara glavom po staklu ničim izazvan - zaključio je Dominik N.

Okrivljenikova prijateljica Lucija identično je opisala nemile scene te otkrila i da je taksist u jednom trenutku molio Antu, dok ga je udarao, da se udalji jer da će ga morati ozlijediti.

- Nakon što je vozač ispalio hitac u zrak, Ante ga je i dalje udarao. Nije dozvoljavao taksistu da se udalji i zatvori vrata auta, već je šakama i nogama lupao po auto i vozaču - prisjetila se Lucija, kako piše Jutarnji list.

Ništa od rada za opće dobro. Ipak će u zatvor na 10 mjeseci. Odlučio je to Županijski sud u Zagrebu, kao drugostupanjski sud, u slučaju Ante B. (25), optuženog za divljačko i bešćutno premlaćivanje zagrebačkog taksista prije točno tri godine na ulici u metropoli, a što je mobitelom zabilježio prolaznik pa je uznemirujuća videosnimka postala viralna. Viši sud je, naime, nakon žalbe državnog odvjetništva preinačio prvostupanjski pravorijek Općinskog kaznenog suda u Zagrebu prema kojemu je 25-godišnjak bio osuđen na 600 sati dobrovoljnog rada. Takva kazna je preblaga, smatra drugostupanjski sud, jer se njome ne bi mogla ostvariti sva svrha kažnjavanja, piše Jutarnji list.

Podsjetimo, Ante B., inače sin voditelja Odjela u jednom Ministarstvu, priznao je krivnju, izrazio kajanje i žaljenje te se ispričao taksistu Vladimiru K. zahvalivši mu što mu nije pucao iz pištolja u glavu, već u zrak. Taksist je zadobio podljeve očiju, razderotine vjeđa, prijelom sinusa i očne šupljine s pomakom, niz krvarenja te prijelom nosnog nastavka gornje čeljusti.

Tog kobnog 14. travnja 2019. u zoru, nakon provoda u klubu Bunga Bunga, taksist Vladimir K. pokupio je optuženog i njegove prijatelje kako bi ih odvezao kućama, no tijekom vožnje na nedužnog vozača okomio se suvozač koji je imao više od jednog promila alkohola u krvi.

- Sa svojim prijateljima Dominikom i Lucijom toga dana ušao sam u taksi. Tijekom vožnje raspravljao sam s Lucijom, ali nisam primijetio da sam naporan kao što znam biti. Vozač mi je u jednom trenu rekao da prekinem, na što sam mu odgovorio da se ne miješa u moj razgovor s Lucijom. Stali smo na Vrapčanskoj cesti jer je očito i Luciji i vozaču prekipjelo. Vozaču sam rekao neke pogrdne riječi, ali smatram da nisu bile teške, nakon čega mi je on uvrijedio mamu. Ulovio sam ga pritom za vrat pa je izvadio pištolj te mi ga prislonio uz obraz i rekao da će pucati ako ne izađem. Rekao sam mu neka puca jer da nije fora. Pitao me izlazim li, a kad sam izašao iz auta, bez razmišljanja sam ga udario. On je pao na pod i ponovno ustao te pucao iz pištolja - ispričao je odmah nakon uhićenja u tužiteljstvu Ante B.

Optuženikov prijatelj Dominik N. prisjetio se u tužiteljstvu kako je taksi naručila Lucija P. s kojom je za vrijeme vožnje Ante polemizirao.

- Lucija je Anti govorila da prestane i da je ostavi na miru te zamolila vozača da stane da Ante može izaći. I ja sam Anti u nekoliko navrata rekao da je dosadan i da se smiri. Dolaskom do raskrižja Ilice i Vrapčanske, dok smo bili na semaforu, Ante je Luciji rekao da će je, ako je vidi vani, nabiti. Lucija se razljutila i rekla taksistu: 'Stanite da izađe van'. Na obližnjoj postaji na Ilici je stao te se obratio Anti riječima: 'Vaša vožnja je završena', a on mu je odgovorio: 'Nećeš ti mene tjerati, ja financiram ovu vožnju'. Lucija ga je ispravila da je financira ona i da ju je već platila. I tad je taksist svojom rukom preko Ante, a da ga nije dodirnuo, otvorio suvozačeva vrata rekavši mu: 'Dečko, izađi van, odi doma'. Ante mu je odbrusio ponovivši da ga neće tjerati jer da on financira vožnju i njegov auto i njegovu obitelj - opisao je Dominik N. Nakon toga taksist je na mobitelu utipkao 112 te poziv pokazao suvozaču upitavši ga 'treba li mu da mu policija dođe sad'.

Bio je to okidač da Ante B. pokaže svoje pravo lice. Uhvatio je taksista za vrat te ga, prema optužnici, počeo gušiti.

- Vozač je u ruci u tom trenutku držao pištolj usmjeren prema autoradiju. Rekao sam Luciji da izađemo iz auta, udaljili smo se 15 metara od auta, ona je vrištala, a u jednom trenutku taksist i Ante su bili izvan auta. Taksist je, dok ga je Ante rukama gušio za vrat, u zrak ispalio jedan hitac. Uplašili smo se pucnja. Ante je zatim vozača udarao i šakama, nakon čega su brzo stigli policajci koji su Antu, dok je čovjeka šaketao po glavi, primili, odmaknuli i posjeli u policijski auto. Vidio sam tad da Ante na stražnjem sjedalu udara glavom po staklu ničim izazvan - zaključio je Dominik N.

Okrivljenikova prijateljica Lucija identično je opisala nemile scene te otkrila i da je taksist u jednom trenutku molio Antu, dok ga je udarao, da se udalji jer da će ga morati ozlijediti.

- Nakon što je vozač ispalio hitac u zrak, Ante ga je i dalje udarao. Nije dozvoljavao taksistu da se udalji i zatvori vrata auta, već je šakama i nogama lupao po auto i vozaču - prisjetila se Lucija, kako piše Jutarnji list.

Ništa od rada za opće dobro. Ipak će u zatvor na 10 mjeseci. Odlučio je to Županijski sud u Zagrebu, kao drugostupanjski sud, u slučaju Ante B. (25), optuženog za divljačko i bešćutno premlaćivanje zagrebačkog taksista prije točno tri godine na ulici u metropoli, a što je mobitelom zabilježio prolaznik pa je uznemirujuća videosnimka postala viralna. Viši sud je, naime, nakon žalbe državnog odvjetništva preinačio prvostupanjski pravorijek Općinskog kaznenog suda u Zagrebu prema kojemu je 25-godišnjak bio osuđen na 600 sati dobrovoljnog rada. Takva kazna je preblaga, smatra drugostupanjski sud, jer se njome ne bi mogla ostvariti sva svrha kažnjavanja, piše Jutarnji list.
