Zagrepčani su ovoga vikenda na djelu upoznali Sebastiana Ogiera, sedmerostrukog svjetskog prvaka u reliju. Počinio je tri teška prometna prekršaja, piše Net.hr.

U nedjelju ujutro, Ogier je na Aveniji Dubrovnik tijekom utrke sudjelovao u prometnoj nezgodi kada je bez prethodnog uključivanja žmigavca naglo prešao u desnu traku te se sudario s vozačem osobnog automobila, budući da se natjecanje održavalo skupa s uobičajenim gradskim prometom.

Potom je Ogier na mjestu te nezgode, nakon kraćeg razgovora s policajcima, nastavio s utrkom prilično agresivno krenuvši vozilom na policajca koji je stavio ruke na haubu njegove Toyote očito ga želeći zadržati. Ogier ga je doslovno odgurao vozilom u stranu i nastavio vožnju!

Naknadno se doznalo i za treći i najveći prekršaj francuskog asa: vozeći se na natjecanje u Novi Zagreb, Ogier je u nedjelju ujutro svojim vozilom hladno projurio kroz jedno križanje u središtu Zagreba dok je na semaforu bilo crveno svjetlo. Za taj je prekršaj zaradio novčanu kaznu u iznosu od 8000 kuna te jednomjesečnu zabranu vožnje u Hrvatskoj.

Potvrdio je to jutros u HRT-ovoj emisiji Studio 4 Miron Huljak iz Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa Ravnateljstva policije navodeći tri Ogierova prekršaja: onaj zbog kojeg je nastala nesreća na Aveniji Dubrovnik, nepostupanje po nalogu ovlaštene službene osobe (napuštanje mjesta nesreće) te prolazak kroz crveno svjetlo. Ukupno je kažnjen s 11.000 kuna te mu je zabranjeno upravljanje motornim vozilom na području Hrvatske u trajanju od mjesec dana. Huljak je ustvrdio da Ogier nije bježao nakon nesreće, ali je neizravno dao do znanja da se svjetskom prvaku progledalo kroz prste.

“Na kraju krajeva, Bože moj, radi se o svjetskom prvaku, nije to štogod”, rekao je Huljak iako je potom dodao da je policija prema Ogieru “reagirala identično kao što bi reagirala prema bilo kome”.

S tom se tvrdnjom ne slaže prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić.

“Njega je policija trebala uhititi odmah nakon što je bezobzirno prošao kroz crveno svjetlo i pokazati da kod nas vrijede zakoni. Trebali su zaustaviti Ogiera, izvući iz automobila i sprovesti ga u pritvor! Za to što je učinio ne treba mu oduzeti, nego poništiti vozačku dozvolu, a komisija treba procijeniti hoće li mu ikad više dozvoliti da vozi u Hrvatskoj. Time bismo na kraju više profitirali, nego od marketinške koristi ovog relija. Ogier se ovdje ponašao kao da je u banana-državi. Uvjeren sam da se tako ne bi ponašao u Francuskoj”, kazao nam je Marušić.

Ona prva nesreća, na Aveniji Dubrovnik, kaže ovaj prometni stručnjak, još je bila najmanja. U toj situaciji, Marušić smatra da je veća krivnja vozača BMW-a, nego Ogiera, jer nije usporio kada je vidio da ovaj prelazi u njegovu traku.

“Zbog onoga što se poslije toga dogodilo, načina na koji je komunicirao s policijom i praktički jednom policajcu ugrozio život te što je mrtav-hladan prošao kroz crveno svjetlo, Ogier je trebao biti uhićen”, ističe.

Zbog narušenog kredibiliteta i loše poruke koja je time poslana, Marušić smatra da bi se policija trebala javno ispričati građanima. Također smatra da za obijesni prolazak kroz crveno svjetlo, vozaču koji to učini mrtav-hladan, kao što je učinio Ogier, uopće ne treba davati drugu šansu.

“To je prekršaj par excellance i u prometu gori prekršaj ne postoji. Kada to kažem ne izmišljam toplu vodu, to je tako u zakonu. Kroz crveno na semaforu ne bi smjela proći ni štićena kolona, kao što je od nas čest slučaj. Čak ni Hitna pomoći ni vatrogasno vozilo kada idu na intervenciju, jer ne smiju se zbog spašavanja jednog života dovesti u opasnost drugi životi. To vam govori kakav je to prekršaj. U ovom slučaju Ogier nam je pokazao da smo banana-država, a naša policija je potvrdila da jesmo”, zaključio je Marušić za Net.hr.

Zagrepčani su ovoga vikenda na djelu upoznali Sebastiana Ogiera, sedmerostrukog svjetskog prvaka u reliju. Počinio je tri teška prometna prekršaja, piše Net.hr.

U nedjelju ujutro, Ogier je na Aveniji Dubrovnik tijekom utrke sudjelovao u prometnoj nezgodi kada je bez prethodnog uključivanja žmigavca naglo prešao u desnu traku te se sudario s vozačem osobnog automobila, budući da se natjecanje održavalo skupa s uobičajenim gradskim prometom.

Potom je Ogier na mjestu te nezgode, nakon kraćeg razgovora s policajcima, nastavio s utrkom prilično agresivno krenuvši vozilom na policajca koji je stavio ruke na haubu njegove Toyote očito ga želeći zadržati. Ogier ga je doslovno odgurao vozilom u stranu i nastavio vožnju!

Naknadno se doznalo i za treći i najveći prekršaj francuskog asa: vozeći se na natjecanje u Novi Zagreb, Ogier je u nedjelju ujutro svojim vozilom hladno projurio kroz jedno križanje u središtu Zagreba dok je na semaforu bilo crveno svjetlo. Za taj je prekršaj zaradio novčanu kaznu u iznosu od 8000 kuna te jednomjesečnu zabranu vožnje u Hrvatskoj.

Potvrdio je to jutros u HRT-ovoj emisiji Studio 4 Miron Huljak iz Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa Ravnateljstva policije navodeći tri Ogierova prekršaja: onaj zbog kojeg je nastala nesreća na Aveniji Dubrovnik, nepostupanje po nalogu ovlaštene službene osobe (napuštanje mjesta nesreće) te prolazak kroz crveno svjetlo. Ukupno je kažnjen s 11.000 kuna te mu je zabranjeno upravljanje motornim vozilom na području Hrvatske u trajanju od mjesec dana. Huljak je ustvrdio da Ogier nije bježao nakon nesreće, ali je neizravno dao do znanja da se svjetskom prvaku progledalo kroz prste.

“Na kraju krajeva, Bože moj, radi se o svjetskom prvaku, nije to štogod”, rekao je Huljak iako je potom dodao da je policija prema Ogieru “reagirala identično kao što bi reagirala prema bilo kome”.

S tom se tvrdnjom ne slaže prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić.

“Njega je policija trebala uhititi odmah nakon što je bezobzirno prošao kroz crveno svjetlo i pokazati da kod nas vrijede zakoni. Trebali su zaustaviti Ogiera, izvući iz automobila i sprovesti ga u pritvor! Za to što je učinio ne treba mu oduzeti, nego poništiti vozačku dozvolu, a komisija treba procijeniti hoće li mu ikad više dozvoliti da vozi u Hrvatskoj. Time bismo na kraju više profitirali, nego od marketinške koristi ovog relija. Ogier se ovdje ponašao kao da je u banana-državi. Uvjeren sam da se tako ne bi ponašao u Francuskoj”, kazao nam je Marušić.

Ona prva nesreća, na Aveniji Dubrovnik, kaže ovaj prometni stručnjak, još je bila najmanja. U toj situaciji, Marušić smatra da je veća krivnja vozača BMW-a, nego Ogiera, jer nije usporio kada je vidio da ovaj prelazi u njegovu traku.

“Zbog onoga što se poslije toga dogodilo, načina na koji je komunicirao s policijom i praktički jednom policajcu ugrozio život te što je mrtav-hladan prošao kroz crveno svjetlo, Ogier je trebao biti uhićen”, ističe.

Zbog narušenog kredibiliteta i loše poruke koja je time poslana, Marušić smatra da bi se policija trebala javno ispričati građanima. Također smatra da za obijesni prolazak kroz crveno svjetlo, vozaču koji to učini mrtav-hladan, kao što je učinio Ogier, uopće ne treba davati drugu šansu.

“To je prekršaj par excellance i u prometu gori prekršaj ne postoji. Kada to kažem ne izmišljam toplu vodu, to je tako u zakonu. Kroz crveno na semaforu ne bi smjela proći ni štićena kolona, kao što je od nas čest slučaj. Čak ni Hitna pomoći ni vatrogasno vozilo kada idu na intervenciju, jer ne smiju se zbog spašavanja jednog života dovesti u opasnost drugi životi. To vam govori kakav je to prekršaj. U ovom slučaju Ogier nam je pokazao da smo banana-država, a naša policija je potvrdila da jesmo”, zaključio je Marušić za Net.hr.
