Do potonuća je, prema iskazu članova posade, došlo zbog jakog prodora mora. Troje brodolomaca, među kojima je i vlasnik broda Milivoj Mamić iz Sumartina na Braču, spasila je posada 25-metarskog ribarskoga broda “Marinero”.

“Bistra” je bila u plovidbi iz Visa prema Palagruži, a vremenski uvjeti bili su povoljni. Vlasnik Mamić, zapovjednik “Bistre” Duško Vidić iz Splita te upravitelj stroja Nikica Bošković iz Selaca na Braču već su oko 9.37 sati preko VHS uređaja javili da moraju napustiti brod.

Njihov je poziv u pomoć preko Obalne radiopostaje Split primila Nacionalna središnjica za traganje i spašavanje na moru te je o nesreći obavijestila posadu najbližeg broda, a to je bio “Marinero” s lukom upisa Rijeka, koji je preuzeo brodolomce te ih je potom prevezao na Vis, gdje su ih ispitali pripadnici Policijske postaje iz Visa, Pomorske policije i Damir Radica, lučki kapetan.

S obzirom na to da je, na dubini većoj od sto metara, u tankovima potonulog broda “Bistra” ostalo oko dvije tone plavog dizela, na mjesto nesreće upućen je i brod “Pojišan” Lučke kapetanije Split.

Mjesto potonuća obišao je i policijski brod “Zvir”. Kako je priopćilo Ministarstvo mora, nisu primijećeni nikakvi tragovi onečišćenja na mjestu potonuća “Bistre”. Prije napuštanja broda članovi posade “Bistre” provjerili su sve ventile. Nešto prije podne, u pratnji policijskoga glisera u višku je luku uplovila ribarica “Marinero” s brodolomcima.

− U dva sata ujutro isplovili smo prema Palagruži i nakon dvije milje primijetili smo prodor mora u pramčanom dijelu − kazao nam je Milivoj Mamić, vlasnik broda.

− Pokušali smo ispumpati more, borili smo se, ali kad smo vidjeli da su nam ugroženi životi, zvali smo pomoć. Na kraju smo morali napustiti brod. More je ipak bilo jače.

− Preko radija smo čuli poziv u pomoć − kazao nam je Ante Buškulić, zapovjednik “Marinera”.

− Stigli smo za petnaestak minuta. Već je sve bilo gotovo, Bošković i Mamić uspjeli su uskočiti u brod prije potonuća, dok smo zapovjednika “Bistre” uspjeli izvući iz mora.

svjetionika Stončica. Do potonuća je, prema iskazu članova posade, došlo zbog jakog prodora mora. Troje brodolomaca, među kojima je i vlasnik broda Milivoj Mamić iz Sumartina na Braču, spasila je posada 25-metarskog ribarskoga broda “Marinero”.

“Bistra” je bila u plovidbi iz Visa prema Palagruži, a vremenski uvjeti bili su povoljni. Vlasnik Mamić, zapovjednik “Bistre” Duško Vidić iz Splita te upravitelj stroja Nikica Bošković iz Selaca na Braču već su oko 9.37 sati preko VHS uređaja javili da moraju napustiti brod.

Njihov je poziv u pomoć preko Obalne radiopostaje Split primila Nacionalna središnjica za traganje i spašavanje na moru te je o nesreći obavijestila posadu najbližeg broda, a to je bio “Marinero” s lukom upisa Rijeka, koji je preuzeo brodolomce te ih je potom prevezao na Vis, gdje su ih ispitali pripadnici Policijske postaje iz Visa, Pomorske policije i Damir Radica, lučki kapetan.

S obzirom na to da je, na dubini većoj od sto metara, u tankovima potonulog broda “Bistra” ostalo oko dvije tone plavog dizela, na mjesto nesreće upućen je i brod “Pojišan” Lučke kapetanije Split.

Mjesto potonuća obišao je i policijski brod “Zvir”. Kako je priopćilo Ministarstvo mora, nisu primijećeni nikakvi tragovi onečišćenja na mjestu potonuća “Bistre”. Prije napuštanja broda članovi posade “Bistre” provjerili su sve ventile. Nešto prije podne, u pratnji policijskoga glisera u višku je luku uplovila ribarica “Marinero” s brodolomcima.

− U dva sata ujutro isplovili smo prema Palagruži i nakon dvije milje primijetili smo prodor mora u pramčanom dijelu − kazao nam je Milivoj Mamić, vlasnik broda.

− Pokušali smo ispumpati more, borili smo se, ali kad smo vidjeli da su nam ugroženi životi, zvali smo pomoć. Na kraju smo morali napustiti brod. More je ipak bilo jače.

− Preko radija smo čuli poziv u pomoć − kazao nam je Ante Buškulić, zapovjednik “Marinera”.

− Stigli smo za petnaestak minuta. Već je sve bilo gotovo, Bošković i Mamić uspjeli su uskočiti u brod prije potonuća, dok smo zapovjednika “Bistre” uspjeli izvući iz mora.

Drvena ribarica “Bistra”, dužine 32 metra, potonula je u subotu oko 9.40 sati u akvatoriju otoka Visa, deset nautičkih milja jugoistočno od svjetionika Stončica. Do potonuća je, prema iskazu članova posade, došlo zbog jakog prodora mora.
