stdClass Object ( [id] => 242333 [title] => Vinka Cetinski odbacuje Uskokove optužbe [alias] => vinka-cetinski-odbacuje-uskokove-optuzbe [catid] => 243 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Nedavno uhićena Vinka Cetinski, koju Uskok zajedno sa suprugom Mirkom i dvoje riječkih poreznika istražuje zbog sumnji u porezne malverzacije, danas je poslala priopćenje u kojemu kaže da o optužbama što joj se stavljaju na teret dovoljno govori činjenica da im nije određen istražni zatvor.

"Sama činjenica da u Uskočkom predmetu nije određen istražni zatvor za sve suokrivljenike pa tako i za mene, a koji nisu priznali kazneno djelo, govori samo za sebe o samoj optužbi. Nažalost, argumentaciju o razlozima na kojima se optužba temelji te rješenje o provođenju istrage i prijedloga za određivanje istražnog zatvora ne mogu komentirati i iznositi u javnost jer je, zbog postupka, obuhvaćena tajnosti", navodi Vinka Cetinski.

Supružnici Cetinski i dvoje riječkih poreznika uhićeni su u utorak, a Uskok je zbog sumnje da su zlouporabili položaj i ovlasti, poticali na zlouporabu i krivotvorili službene isprave za sve zatražio istražni zatvor. No, sudac istrage riječkog Županijskog suda u srijedu ih je pustio da se brane sa slobode.

Uskok tvrdi da su porezni inspektori temeljem nevjerodostonih i krivotvorenih oporuka, darovnica i raznih potvrda, neosnovano prihvatili kao zakonite prihode imovinu Cetinskih od najmanje 24 milijuna kuna te vlasništvo nad nekretninama.

Neslužbeno se doznaje da je riječ o slučaju vezanom uz istragu pokrenutu 2011. protiv bračnog para Cetinski, kasnije proširenom na sina Matttea te njihove suradnike temeljem prijave poduzetnika Danka Končara. On je tvrdio da su ga prevarili kupujući za njega nekretnine te mu prikazujući da su ih platili osjetno više od tržišne vrijednosti. Na taj način, stoji u dvjema optužnicama proizašlim iz ove istrage, Cetinski su oštetili Končara za oko 150 milijuna kuna.

sa suprugom Mirkom i dvoje riječkih poreznika istražuje zbog sumnji u porezne malverzacije, danas je poslala priopćenje u kojemu kaže da o optužbama što joj se stavljaju na teret dovoljno govori činjenica da im nije određen istražni zatvor.

"Sama činjenica da u Uskočkom predmetu nije određen istražni zatvor za sve suokrivljenike pa tako i za mene, a koji nisu priznali kazneno djelo, govori samo za sebe o samoj optužbi. Nažalost, argumentaciju o razlozima na kojima se optužba temelji te rješenje o provođenju istrage i prijedloga za određivanje istražnog zatvora ne mogu komentirati i iznositi u javnost jer je, zbog postupka, obuhvaćena tajnosti", navodi Vinka Cetinski.

Supružnici Cetinski i dvoje riječkih poreznika uhićeni su u utorak, a Uskok je zbog sumnje da su zlouporabili položaj i ovlasti, poticali na zlouporabu i krivotvorili službene isprave za sve zatražio istražni zatvor. No, sudac istrage riječkog Županijskog suda u srijedu ih je pustio da se brane sa slobode.

Uskok tvrdi da su porezni inspektori temeljem nevjerodostonih i krivotvorenih oporuka, darovnica i raznih potvrda, neosnovano prihvatili kao zakonite prihode imovinu Cetinskih od najmanje 24 milijuna kuna te vlasništvo nad nekretninama.

Neslužbeno se doznaje da je riječ o slučaju vezanom uz istragu pokrenutu 2011. protiv bračnog para Cetinski, kasnije proširenom na sina Matttea te njihove suradnike temeljem prijave poduzetnika Danka Končara. On je tvrdio da su ga prevarili kupujući za njega nekretnine te mu prikazujući da su ih platili osjetno više od tržišne vrijednosti. Na taj način, stoji u dvjema optužnicama proizašlim iz ove istrage, Cetinski su oštetili Končara za oko 150 milijuna kuna.

Nedavno uhićena Vinka Cetinski, koju Uskok zajedno sa suprugom Mirkom i dvoje riječkih poreznika istražuje zbog sumnji u porezne malverzacije, danas je poslala priopćenje u kojemu kaže da o optužbama što joj se stavljaju na teret dovoljno govori činjenica da im nije određen istražni zatvor.
