Nakon što je u bolnicu u Novoj Gradiški u srijedu zaprimljena teško ozlijeđena dvoipolgodišnja curica, koju su potom zbog ozbiljnosti ozljeda glave, koja joj je smrskana, prebacili u Kliniku za dječje bolesti u Klaićevoj ulici, gradiška policija uhitila je oca i majku, piše Jutarnji.
Kako doznajemo, od sinoć se u policijskim prostorijama nalaze 24-godišnja djevojka i 27-godišnji partner, inače roditelji ukupno četvero djece, a zbog osnovane sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo zloporabe djetetovih prava.
Za navedeno kazneno djelo zapriječena je kazna od jedne do osam godina zatvora, a ukoliko dođe do promjene zdravstvenog stanja djeteta, s obzirom da je u kritičnom stanju i liječnici se bore za život djevojčice, doći će i do prekvalifikacije djela.
Ostalo troje djece su, nekoliko sati prije uhićenja roditelja, rješenjem Centra za socijalnu skrb smješteni u udomiteljsku obitelj.
Djevojčica i dalje kritično i vitalno ugrožena
Ravnatelj Klaićeve bolnice Goran Roić gostovao je na N1 televiziji i potvrdio da je dvoipolgodišnja djevojčica i dalje kritično i životno nestabilno te da se nalazi u moždanoj komi.
Na pitanje s kakvih je ozljedama djevojčica zaprimljena, ravnatelj kaže kako je curica u trenutku prijema već bila na mehaničkoj ventilaciji i s teškim ozljedama. "Mi se u Klaićevoj susrećemo sa svakakvim slučajevima, ali ovakvi nas uvijek šokiraju", rekao je.
Upitan je li djevojčica bila zanemarivana, Roić kaže da se može posumnjati na to na temelju indicija i ozljeda na tijelu, ali da to trenutno ne može potvrditi.
"Nadležne institucije će ući u ovaj slučaj i već su u akciji kako bi rasvijetlile okolnosti", rekao je Roić i dodao kako se slučajem bave nadležni centar za socijalnu skrb, ali da su o svemu obaviješteni i Pravobraniteljica za djecu i Ministarstvo.
"Idući sati su kritični i dijete je izravno vitalno ugroženo. Naš zadatak je poduzeti sve korake koje današnja medicina može napraviti da bi se situacija poboljšala", rekao je.
Ne zna se kako je došlo do teških ozljeda
Kako je jučer objavljeno, djevojčica ima teško nagnječenje mozga, ali i cijele glave, osobito na koži, gdje se jasno vide tragovi gnječenja. Ozljede su, brutalne i zastrašujuće, doslovno ekstremne, a djetetu je, uz to, tijelo puno modrica različite starosti.
Drugim riječima, nisu sve nastale svježe, prije nego što je djevojčica dovezena u Klaićevu, nego su vidljivi tragovi prijašnjih ozljeda.
Liječnici, osim što su u potpunom šoku zbog djetetova stanja, ne mogu shvatiti mehanizam ozljeda, odnosno nije im jasno što se dogodilo da je dijete došlo u ovakvom stanju.

Preostalo troje djece na pregledu kod pedijatra
Nakon uhićenja oba roditelja 2,5 godišnje djevojčice iz Nove Gradiške koja je zbog teških ozljeda i vitalne ugroženosti u srijedu prevezena u zagrebačku dječju Klinika Klaićeva, preostalo troje djece je smješteno u udomiteljsku obitelj i pregledat će ih pedijatri.
"Troje preostale djece iz obitelji ozlijeđene dvoipolgodišnje djevojčice smješteno je u udomiteljsku obitelj", rekao je u petak Hini ravnatelj Centra za socijalnu skrb Nova Gradiška, Branko Medunić.
"Djeca su u dobi od nekoliko mjeseci do četiri godine i svi troje su smješteni u istu obitelj, koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini gdje su djeca do sada živjela. Danas će i preostalu djecu pregledati pedijatar kako bi se utvrdilo jesu li i ona bila ozljeđivana", dodao je.
Ravnatelj novogradiškog Centra za socijalnu skrb ističe kako je slučaj preuzela policija i stoga su u Centru ograničeni u davanju više informacija. (Hina)

Nakon što je u bolnicu u Novoj Gradiški u srijedu zaprimljena teško ozlijeđena dvoipolgodišnja curica, koju su potom zbog ozbiljnosti ozljeda glave, koja joj je smrskana, prebacili u Kliniku za dječje bolesti u Klaićevoj ulici, gradiška policija uhitila je oca i majku, piše Jutarnji.
Kako doznajemo, od sinoć se u policijskim prostorijama nalaze 24-godišnja djevojka i 27-godišnji partner, inače roditelji ukupno četvero djece, a zbog osnovane sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo zloporabe djetetovih prava.
Za navedeno kazneno djelo zapriječena je kazna od jedne do osam godina zatvora, a ukoliko dođe do promjene zdravstvenog stanja djeteta, s obzirom da je u kritičnom stanju i liječnici se bore za život djevojčice, doći će i do prekvalifikacije djela.
Ostalo troje djece su, nekoliko sati prije uhićenja roditelja, rješenjem Centra za socijalnu skrb smješteni u udomiteljsku obitelj.
Djevojčica i dalje kritično i vitalno ugrožena
Ravnatelj Klaićeve bolnice Goran Roić gostovao je na N1 televiziji i potvrdio da je dvoipolgodišnja djevojčica i dalje kritično i životno nestabilno te da se nalazi u moždanoj komi.
Na pitanje s kakvih je ozljedama djevojčica zaprimljena, ravnatelj kaže kako je curica u trenutku prijema već bila na mehaničkoj ventilaciji i s teškim ozljedama. "Mi se u Klaićevoj susrećemo sa svakakvim slučajevima, ali ovakvi nas uvijek šokiraju", rekao je.
Upitan je li djevojčica bila zanemarivana, Roić kaže da se može posumnjati na to na temelju indicija i ozljeda na tijelu, ali da to trenutno ne može potvrditi.
"Nadležne institucije će ući u ovaj slučaj i već su u akciji kako bi rasvijetlile okolnosti", rekao je Roić i dodao kako se slučajem bave nadležni centar za socijalnu skrb, ali da su o svemu obaviješteni i Pravobraniteljica za djecu i Ministarstvo.
"Idući sati su kritični i dijete je izravno vitalno ugroženo. Naš zadatak je poduzeti sve korake koje današnja medicina može napraviti da bi se situacija poboljšala", rekao je.
Ne zna se kako je došlo do teških ozljeda
Kako je jučer objavljeno, djevojčica ima teško nagnječenje mozga, ali i cijele glave, osobito na koži, gdje se jasno vide tragovi gnječenja. Ozljede su, brutalne i zastrašujuće, doslovno ekstremne, a djetetu je, uz to, tijelo puno modrica različite starosti.
Drugim riječima, nisu sve nastale svježe, prije nego što je djevojčica dovezena u Klaićevu, nego su vidljivi tragovi prijašnjih ozljeda.
Liječnici, osim što su u potpunom šoku zbog djetetova stanja, ne mogu shvatiti mehanizam ozljeda, odnosno nije im jasno što se dogodilo da je dijete došlo u ovakvom stanju.

Preostalo troje djece na pregledu kod pedijatra
Nakon uhićenja oba roditelja 2,5 godišnje djevojčice iz Nove Gradiške koja je zbog teških ozljeda i vitalne ugroženosti u srijedu prevezena u zagrebačku dječju Klinika Klaićeva, preostalo troje djece je smješteno u udomiteljsku obitelj i pregledat će ih pedijatri.
"Troje preostale djece iz obitelji ozlijeđene dvoipolgodišnje djevojčice smješteno je u udomiteljsku obitelj", rekao je u petak Hini ravnatelj Centra za socijalnu skrb Nova Gradiška, Branko Medunić.
"Djeca su u dobi od nekoliko mjeseci do četiri godine i svi troje su smješteni u istu obitelj, koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini gdje su djeca do sada živjela. Danas će i preostalu djecu pregledati pedijatar kako bi se utvrdilo jesu li i ona bila ozljeđivana", dodao je.
Ravnatelj novogradiškog Centra za socijalnu skrb ističe kako je slučaj preuzela policija i stoga su u Centru ograničeni u davanju više informacija. (Hina)
