Pod istragom, koju je Uskok proširio, od ranije je bivša šefica porezne ispostave u Osijeku Ružica Kovačević, koja je navodno na traženje Čavlović Smiljanec stopirala naplatu poreznog duga OLT-u.

U Uskoku se nije mogla dobiti informacija o proširenju istrage. Glasnogovornik tog specijaliziranog odjela Državnog odvjetništva Vuk Đuričić izjavio je kratko da nema komentara.

Ravnateljica Porezne uprave, koju je policija kazneno prijavila zbog trgovanja utjecajem, nedavno je opovrgnula povezanost s tim slučajem, istaknuvši da joj podmeću oni koji nisu radili svoj posao.

Stopiranjem ovrhe nad osječkom tvrtkom proračun je navodno oštećen za najmanje 11,8 milijuna kuna, dok je OLT-u omogućeno da nesmetano posluje preko svojih računa do predstečajne nagodbe u svibnju 2013.

Ministar financija Slavko Linić zaključio je da nije bilo odgovornosti Čavlović Smiljanec zbog propusta u Područnom uredu Osijek, te da može nastaviti obnašati dužnosti ravnateljice Porezne uprave i pomoćnice ministra. Premijer Zoran Milanović potvrdio je danas da je vidio očitovanje Slavka Linića o ravnateljici Porezne uprave te kazao kako je ono precizno i nema mu što dodati.

tvrtkom.

Pod istragom, koju je Uskok proširio, od ranije je bivša šefica porezne ispostave u Osijeku Ružica Kovačević, koja je navodno na traženje Čavlović Smiljanec stopirala naplatu poreznog duga OLT-u.

U Uskoku se nije mogla dobiti informacija o proširenju istrage. Glasnogovornik tog specijaliziranog odjela Državnog odvjetništva Vuk Đuričić izjavio je kratko da nema komentara.

Ravnateljica Porezne uprave, koju je policija kazneno prijavila zbog trgovanja utjecajem, nedavno je opovrgnula povezanost s tim slučajem, istaknuvši da joj podmeću oni koji nisu radili svoj posao.

Stopiranjem ovrhe nad osječkom tvrtkom proračun je navodno oštećen za najmanje 11,8 milijuna kuna, dok je OLT-u omogućeno da nesmetano posluje preko svojih računa do predstečajne nagodbe u svibnju 2013.

Ministar financija Slavko Linić zaključio je da nije bilo odgovornosti Čavlović Smiljanec zbog propusta u Područnom uredu Osijek, te da može nastaviti obnašati dužnosti ravnateljice Porezne uprave i pomoćnice ministra. Premijer Zoran Milanović potvrdio je danas da je vidio očitovanje Slavka Linića o ravnateljici Porezne uprave te kazao kako je ono precizno i nema mu što dodati.
