Četiri od deset uhićenih prometnih policajaca iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske koji su u ponedjeljak lišeni slobode zbog sumnje u primanje mita i zloporabu položaja i ovlasti u zadnja četiri mjeseca, jučer je na Županijskom sudu u Splitu ispitao istražni sudac Davor Svalina.

USKOK je za svu četvoricu ispitanih zatražio jednomjesečni istražni pritvor, ali je sudac istrage odlučio trojicu policajaca pustiti da se brane sa slobode, a jedino je pritvor određen Denisu K. iz PP-a Imotski, i to zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke budući da su svjedoci koji su tom policajcu navodno dali mito civilne osobe.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, iskaze sucu su dali prometni policajac iz Imotskog Denis L. kod kojeg je u cijeloj ovoj priči evidentirana sumnja u jedno kazneno djelo primanja mita, i to sredinom siječnja ove godine, a ispitan je i policajac iz PP-a Makarska Zoran H. te još jedan njihov kolega.

‘Predaja’ u postaji

Tijekom popodnevnih sati sudac Svalina je preslušavao snimljene CD-ove nastale tijekom četveromjesečne obrade, a što se na njima nalazi od inkriminiranog materijala, gotovo je nemoguće doznati, kao i detalje ove istrage.

Doznajemo da su neki od imotskih policajaca, kao što je to bilo u slučaju Matka M., došli od svoje kuće u policijsku postaju Imotski kada su čuli da se istražitelji USKOK-a zanimaju “za njihovo zdravlje”.

- Bojimo se samo da na kraju od cijele ove akcije ne bude “tresla se brda, rodio se miš” - kaže nam jedan stariji prometni policajac koji je sada u mirovini, dodajući da je barem šest djelatnika PP-a Imotski u zadnje dvije godine dobilo pravomoćne otkaze, ali da očito iz toga neki drugi policajci nisu izvukli nikakvu pouku.

Navodno među uhićenim policajcima ima i onih koji su prije nekoliko godina već bili uhićeni zbog nečasnih radnji kao što je šverc preko granice, ali im se u biti ništa nije dogodilo jer su nakon toga usrljali u novo kazneno djelo za koje ih sada USKOK sumnjiči.

U PP-u Kaštela je u listopadu prošle godine u primanju mita uhićen policajac Zdenko Z. koji je nakon toga udaljen s dužnosti, ali taj podatak javnost nije uspjela doznati dok USKOK nije jače udario “maljem” po slučajevima primanja mita.

Četiri od deset uhićenih prometnih policajaca iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske koji su u ponedjeljak lišeni slobode zbog sumnje u primanje mita i zloporabu položaja i ovlasti u zadnja četiri mjeseca, jučer je na Županijskom sudu u Splitu ispitao istražni sudac Davor Svalina.

USKOK je za svu četvoricu ispitanih zatražio jednomjesečni istražni pritvor, ali je sudac istrage odlučio trojicu policajaca pustiti da se brane sa slobode, a jedino je pritvor određen Denisu K. iz PP-a Imotski, i to zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke budući da su svjedoci koji su tom policajcu navodno dali mito civilne osobe.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, iskaze sucu su dali prometni policajac iz Imotskog Denis L. kod kojeg je u cijeloj ovoj priči evidentirana sumnja u jedno kazneno djelo primanja mita, i to sredinom siječnja ove godine, a ispitan je i policajac iz PP-a Makarska Zoran H. te još jedan njihov kolega.

‘Predaja’ u postaji

Tijekom popodnevnih sati sudac Svalina je preslušavao snimljene CD-ove nastale tijekom četveromjesečne obrade, a što se na njima nalazi od inkriminiranog materijala, gotovo je nemoguće doznati, kao i detalje ove istrage.

Doznajemo da su neki od imotskih policajaca, kao što je to bilo u slučaju Matka M., došli od svoje kuće u policijsku postaju Imotski kada su čuli da se istražitelji USKOK-a zanimaju “za njihovo zdravlje”.

- Bojimo se samo da na kraju od cijele ove akcije ne bude “tresla se brda, rodio se miš” - kaže nam jedan stariji prometni policajac koji je sada u mirovini, dodajući da je barem šest djelatnika PP-a Imotski u zadnje dvije godine dobilo pravomoćne otkaze, ali da očito iz toga neki drugi policajci nisu izvukli nikakvu pouku.

Navodno među uhićenim policajcima ima i onih koji su prije nekoliko godina već bili uhićeni zbog nečasnih radnji kao što je šverc preko granice, ali im se u biti ništa nije dogodilo jer su nakon toga usrljali u novo kazneno djelo za koje ih sada USKOK sumnjiči.

U PP-u Kaštela je u listopadu prošle godine u primanju mita uhićen policajac Zdenko Z. koji je nakon toga udaljen s dužnosti, ali taj podatak javnost nije uspjela doznati dok USKOK nije jače udario “maljem” po slučajevima primanja mita.
