Tužiteljstvo se, međutim, o tom prijedlogu nije očitovalo, no ni Tuta nije iznio svoju obranu na suđenju u kojem ga se tereti da je kao zapovjednik tzv. Kažnjeničke bojne HVO-a 1993. oteo Roberta Nosića u policijskoj postaji u Ljubuškom te poticao na ubojstvo Damira Brekala 1995. u Širokom Brijegu.

Njegov odvjetnik Željko Žganjer još je krajem prošle godine kazao kako uskoro očekuje okončanje postupka koji se protiv Naletilića vodi od ožujka 2013. Zbog zločna u Ljubuškom i Širokom Brijegu Naletilić je na hrvatskoj granici uhićen još 1997. gotovo tri godine prije predaje Haškom sudu na kojem je u međuvremenu osuđen pa pušten iz zatvora sredinom veljače 2013. nakon izdržane dvije trećine 20-godišnje kazne.

Naletilića se tereti da je s 50-ak pripadnika Kažnjeničke bojne u studenom 1993. upao u policijsku postaju u Ljubuškom, razoružao stražare i načelnika postaje kako bi Nosića, kojega je smatrao odgovornim za smrt jednog pripadnika Kažnjeničke bojne, odveo u Mostar. Pripadnik hercegovačkog HOS-a Nosić se kasnije vodio kao nestala osoba, iako je po medijskim napisima ubijen nedugo nakon otmice. U optužnici se Naletilića tereti i za zlostavljanje Brekala u Duhanskoj stanici u Širokom Brijegu 1995. Brekalo, koji je prije stupanja u HVO bio poznat pod imenom Amir, u međuvremenu je također zbog ratnog zločina bio zatvoren u Zenici.

Na Haškom sudu Naletilić je kažnjen zbog zločina protiv čovječnosti, kršenja ratnog prava i običaja te teških povreda Ženevskih konvencija počinjenih protiv Bošnjaka na području Mostara i Jablanice tijekom hrvatsko-bošnjačkog sukoba 1993. i 1994.

Tužiteljstvo se, međutim, o tom prijedlogu nije očitovalo, no ni Tuta nije iznio svoju obranu na suđenju u kojem ga se tereti da je kao zapovjednik tzv. Kažnjeničke bojne HVO-a 1993. oteo Roberta Nosića u policijskoj postaji u Ljubuškom te poticao na ubojstvo Damira Brekala 1995. u Širokom Brijegu.

Njegov odvjetnik Željko Žganjer još je krajem prošle godine kazao kako uskoro očekuje okončanje postupka koji se protiv Naletilića vodi od ožujka 2013. Zbog zločna u Ljubuškom i Širokom Brijegu Naletilić je na hrvatskoj granici uhićen još 1997. gotovo tri godine prije predaje Haškom sudu na kojem je u međuvremenu osuđen pa pušten iz zatvora sredinom veljače 2013. nakon izdržane dvije trećine 20-godišnje kazne.

Naletilića se tereti da je s 50-ak pripadnika Kažnjeničke bojne u studenom 1993. upao u policijsku postaju u Ljubuškom, razoružao stražare i načelnika postaje kako bi Nosića, kojega je smatrao odgovornim za smrt jednog pripadnika Kažnjeničke bojne, odveo u Mostar. Pripadnik hercegovačkog HOS-a Nosić se kasnije vodio kao nestala osoba, iako je po medijskim napisima ubijen nedugo nakon otmice. U optužnici se Naletilića tereti i za zlostavljanje Brekala u Duhanskoj stanici u Širokom Brijegu 1995. Brekalo, koji je prije stupanja u HVO bio poznat pod imenom Amir, u međuvremenu je također zbog ratnog zločina bio zatvoren u Zenici.

Na Haškom sudu Naletilić je kažnjen zbog zločina protiv čovječnosti, kršenja ratnog prava i običaja te teških povreda Ženevskih konvencija počinjenih protiv Bošnjaka na području Mostara i Jablanice tijekom hrvatsko-bošnjačkog sukoba 1993. i 1994.
