Na Županijskom sudu u Šibeniku nastavljeno je suđenje prvoptuženom direktortu Teniskog kluba «Split» Anti Kragiću (64), predsjedniku Kluba Hrvoju Kačeru (50), i treneru spomenutog kluba Željku Staniću (36).

Tereti ih se da su od početka 1998. pa do kraja 2003. godine u Splitu zajednički, u dogovoru, na traženje i u korist Hrvoja Kačera, ispisivali fiktivne putne naloge za putovanja na kojima nisu bili te tako počinili kazneno djelo zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti namicanjem znatne imovinske koristi.

Prema optužnici, Ante Kragić je ispisao 161 neistiniti putni nalog bez broja. Od toga 149 na svoje ime, i na ime domara Kluba Ivana Kupine, te na ime trenera Helene Ninčević, 126 naloga, na ime Željka Stanića 11, a jedan na ime Ivana Kupine koji za to nije ni znao. Ante Kragić je sve putne naloge potpisao i ovjerio pečatom Tenis Kluba «Split».

Uz to su obračunate dnevnice, troškovi uporabe osobnih vozila u službene svrhe, autoceste, parkiranja, prehrane, ponekad i noćenja, te druge troškove koje nisu ostvarili ili su ostvareni u druge svrhe a ne za potrebe kluba.

Novac od putnih naloga s kojima na putu nisu bili, preuzimali su iz blagajne, i predavali ga Hrvoju Kačaru koji ga je zadržao za sebe.

U dokaznom postupku saslušane su svjedokinje, Jasna Berak (50) administratorica spomenutog kluba, i bivša trenerica Helena Ninčević (35). One ih nisu izravno teretile. Govorile su samo o ulozi u svom poslu u to vrijeme.

- Ja sam kao administratorica imala zadatak samo prikupiti novac od članarine i predati ga Anti Kragiću koji je novac nosio i predavao u FINU. Inače sve što sam obavljala kontrolirao je Hrvoje Kačar - kazala je svjedokinja Jasna Berak.

Osim toga, istakla je kako joj je poznato da su sa djecom koja su išla na takmičenja išli i njihovi roditelji, ali na svoj račun.

Na upit zastupnika optužnice «dali ste od nekih zaposlenika čuli da su se potpisivali fiktivni putni nalozi», svjedokinja je odgovorila da ne zna što su to fiktivni nalozi.Kad joj je sutkinja pojasnila, odgovrila je da za to nije čula.

Svjedokinja Helena Ninčević, sada nezaposlena, je kazala da je bila trenerica mlađih uzrasta do 10 godina i to od 1992. do 2006. godine. Dodala je da od nje nitko nikada nije tražio da potpiše putni nalog ako na putu nije bila.

Također joj je, je rekla, poznato da je u klubu postojala odluka kojom onaj tko za klub pribavi sredstva, od toga ima proviziju u određenom postotku.
Nastavk ročišta najavljen je za 8. srpnja 2008.

Domar udaljen iz sudnice

Dok je svjedokinja Jasna govorila, u publici je bio njen suprug, inače, domar u klubu. On je iz klupe za publiku glasno držao monolog, zbog čega ga je predsjedavajuća Vijeća, sutkinja Jadranka Biga-Milutin u jednom navratu opomenula, a onda i udaljila iz sudnice.

Na Županijskom sudu u Šibeniku nastavljeno je suđenje prvoptuženom direktortu Teniskog kluba «Split» Anti Kragiću (64), predsjedniku Kluba Hrvoju Kačeru (50), i treneru spomenutog kluba Željku Staniću (36).

Tereti ih se da su od početka 1998. pa do kraja 2003. godine u Splitu zajednički, u dogovoru, na traženje i u korist Hrvoja Kačera, ispisivali fiktivne putne naloge za putovanja na kojima nisu bili te tako počinili kazneno djelo zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti namicanjem znatne imovinske koristi.

Prema optužnici, Ante Kragić je ispisao 161 neistiniti putni nalog bez broja. Od toga 149 na svoje ime, i na ime domara Kluba Ivana Kupine, te na ime trenera Helene Ninčević, 126 naloga, na ime Željka Stanića 11, a jedan na ime Ivana Kupine koji za to nije ni znao. Ante Kragić je sve putne naloge potpisao i ovjerio pečatom Tenis Kluba «Split».

Uz to su obračunate dnevnice, troškovi uporabe osobnih vozila u službene svrhe, autoceste, parkiranja, prehrane, ponekad i noćenja, te druge troškove koje nisu ostvarili ili su ostvareni u druge svrhe a ne za potrebe kluba.

Novac od putnih naloga s kojima na putu nisu bili, preuzimali su iz blagajne, i predavali ga Hrvoju Kačaru koji ga je zadržao za sebe.

U dokaznom postupku saslušane su svjedokinje, Jasna Berak (50) administratorica spomenutog kluba, i bivša trenerica Helena Ninčević (35). One ih nisu izravno teretile. Govorile su samo o ulozi u svom poslu u to vrijeme.

- Ja sam kao administratorica imala zadatak samo prikupiti novac od članarine i predati ga Anti Kragiću koji je novac nosio i predavao u FINU. Inače sve što sam obavljala kontrolirao je Hrvoje Kačar - kazala je svjedokinja Jasna Berak.

Osim toga, istakla je kako joj je poznato da su sa djecom koja su išla na takmičenja išli i njihovi roditelji, ali na svoj račun.

Na upit zastupnika optužnice «dali ste od nekih zaposlenika čuli da su se potpisivali fiktivni putni nalozi», svjedokinja je odgovorila da ne zna što su to fiktivni nalozi.Kad joj je sutkinja pojasnila, odgovrila je da za to nije čula.

Svjedokinja Helena Ninčević, sada nezaposlena, je kazala da je bila trenerica mlađih uzrasta do 10 godina i to od 1992. do 2006. godine. Dodala je da od nje nitko nikada nije tražio da potpiše putni nalog ako na putu nije bila.

Također joj je, je rekla, poznato da je u klubu postojala odluka kojom onaj tko za klub pribavi sredstva, od toga ima proviziju u određenom postotku.
Nastavk ročišta najavljen je za 8. srpnja 2008.

Dok je svjedokinja Jasna govorila, u publici je bio njen suprug, inače, domar u klubu. On je iz klupe za publiku glasno držao monolog, zbog čega ga je predsjedavajuća Vijeća, sutkinja Jadranka Biga-Milutin u jednom navratu opomenula, a onda i udaljila iz sudnice.
