[fulltext] => Nakon noći provedene u pritvorskoj jedinici, bivša HTV-ova urednica Dijana Čuljak jutros je dovedena na ispitivanje u Županijsko državno odvjetništvo. Dovedena je u lisicama i s policijskom maricom.
Čuljak je osumjičena u slučaju Core Media.
Sutkinja istrage Vera Polak Presečki odredila je Dijani Čuljak istražni zatvor u trajanju od mjesec dana. Kako se doznajeod glasnogovornika Županijskog suda u Zagrebu suca Krešimira Devčića, istražni zatvor određen je zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela i utjecaja na svjedoke. Nakon što sutkinja napravi pisani otpravak o tom rješenju, Dijana Čuljak bit će policijskim kombijem prevezena u zatvor u Remetincu.
Podsjetimo, bivša HTV-ova urednica osumnjičena je u aferi Core media u kojoj se njezinog bivšeg supruga Vladimira Šelebaja i još četiri osobe tereti za neplaćanje 3,1 milijun kuna PDV-a te nezakonito izvlačenje više od 16 milijuna kuna iz tvrtki Core Media i Media Spot.
Prvoosumnjičeni Vladimir Šelebaj je u istrazi, ali i na suđenju bivšem direktoru programa Nove TV Siniši Svilanu posvjedočio da je Core medija osnovana isključivo na inicijativu Dijane Čuljak , da je ona imala polovicu učešća u tvrtki i da su dijelili zaradu. Ona, pak, poriče da je s bivšim suprugom sklopila tajni ugovor kojim se trebao prikriti njezin sukob interesa, budući je u to vrijeme radila na HTV-u, a Core Media je radila emisije za konkurentsku televiziju.
"Ugovor o društvu nikada nisam vidjela, niti ga svjesno potpisala. Ako sam nešto potpisala onda je to bilo nesvjesno", rekla je Čuljak svjedočeći na suđenju Svilanu, optuženom da je od Šelebaja primao mito kako bi se na Novoj TV plasirale emisije iz produkcije Core medije.
U srpnju prošle godine Jutarnji list ekskluzivno je objavio i sporne SMS-ove koje je Dijana Čuljak slala svojim partnerima.
'Sve je nastalo na mojoj ideji, Šelebajevim novcima i tvojim vezama' - stoji u SMS-u koji je 'zvijezda HTV-a Dijana Čuljak poslala Edvinu Softiću kada se počelo raspadati njihovo partnerstvo u Core Mediji i plasmanu njihovih projekata na Novu TV i HTV.
U toj poruci, koju je Softić prezentirao istražiteljima, jasno je sažeto djelovanje tvrtke po kojoj je potkraj prošle godine ime dobila i afera Core Media , kada je uhićen bivši suprug Dijane Čuljak, Vladimir Šelebaj Sellier

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Nakon noći provedene u pritvorskoj jedinici, bivša HTV-ova urednica Dijana Čuljak jutros je dovedena na ispitivanje u Županijsko državno odvjetništvo. Dovedena je u lisicama i s policijskom maricom.
Čuljak je osumjičena u slučaju Core Media.
Sutkinja istrage Vera Polak Presečki odredila je Dijani Čuljak istražni zatvor u trajanju od mjesec dana. Kako se doznajeod glasnogovornika Županijskog suda u Zagrebu suca Krešimira Devčića, istražni zatvor određen je zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela i utjecaja na svjedoke. Nakon što sutkinja napravi pisani otpravak o tom rješenju, Dijana Čuljak bit će policijskim kombijem prevezena u zatvor u Remetincu.
Podsjetimo, bivša HTV-ova urednica osumnjičena je u aferi Core media u kojoj se njezinog bivšeg supruga Vladimira Šelebaja i još četiri osobe tereti za neplaćanje 3,1 milijun kuna PDV-a te nezakonito izvlačenje više od 16 milijuna kuna iz tvrtki Core Media i Media Spot.
Prvoosumnjičeni Vladimir Šelebaj je u istrazi, ali i na suđenju bivšem direktoru programa Nove TV Siniši Svilanu posvjedočio da je Core medija osnovana isključivo na inicijativu Dijane Čuljak , da je ona imala polovicu učešća u tvrtki i da su dijelili zaradu. Ona, pak, poriče da je s bivšim suprugom sklopila tajni ugovor kojim se trebao prikriti njezin sukob interesa, budući je u to vrijeme radila na HTV-u, a Core Media je radila emisije za konkurentsku televiziju.
"Ugovor o društvu nikada nisam vidjela, niti ga svjesno potpisala. Ako sam nešto potpisala onda je to bilo nesvjesno", rekla je Čuljak svjedočeći na suđenju Svilanu, optuženom da je od Šelebaja primao mito kako bi se na Novoj TV plasirale emisije iz produkcije Core medije.
U srpnju prošle godine Jutarnji list ekskluzivno je objavio i sporne SMS-ove koje je Dijana Čuljak slala svojim partnerima.
'Sve je nastalo na mojoj ideji, Šelebajevim novcima i tvojim vezama' - stoji u SMS-u koji je 'zvijezda HTV-a Dijana Čuljak poslala Edvinu Softiću kada se počelo raspadati njihovo partnerstvo u Core Mediji i plasmanu njihovih projekata na Novu TV i HTV.
U toj poruci, koju je Softić prezentirao istražiteljima, jasno je sažeto djelovanje tvrtke po kojoj je potkraj prošle godine ime dobila i afera Core Media , kada je uhićen bivši suprug Dijane Čuljak, Vladimir Šelebaj Sellier
