Optužni akt je rezultat istražnih radnji koje traju od početka prošle godine, a pokrenute su nakon što je Radman podnio kaznenu prijavu protiv svog polubrata Radeljaka.



Optužnim prijedlogom Radeljaka se tereti da je Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu priložio krivotvoreni sporazum u nakani da za sebe ishodi prijenos vlasništva na poslovnom udjelu kao i na nekretnini tržišne vrijednosti najmanje 3.500.000,00 kn. Već u svibnju prošle godine Trgovački sud nije prihvatio navedeni ugovor kao valjan i odbio je tužbu Josipa Radeljaka protiv polubrata.

Sve je krenulo  2008. Godine kada je Radeljak podnio tužbeni zahtjev Trgovačkom sudu tvrdeći kako je njegov polubrat Željan Radman 1998. godine potpisao sporazum kojim mu je prenio vlasništvo nad tvrtkom “Semko”. U vlasništvu navedene tvrtke su i poznata splitska kavana “Semafor” i restoran “Pimpinela”.

Kada je pozvan kao tuženik na sud, Željan Radman se izjasnio kako navedeni sporazum nije nikada vidio, a kamoli potpisao.

Radeljak duže vrijeme nije želio original navedenog sporazuma priložiti sudu. Trgovački sud je dugo baratao tek kopijom, a tada je Radeljak ipak donio primjerak sporazuma koji je bio napisan rukom na istrgnutim stranicama iz bilježnice, a potpisi nisu bili ovjereni.

U međuvremenu je Radman kazneno prijavio Radeljaka za krivotvorenje isprava te je navedeni primjerak sporazuma od Trgovačkog suda zatražilo Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu koje je sada i optužilo Radeljaka.

Sutkinja ga odbila

Nakon provedenog postupka sutkinja Trgovačkog suda u Splitu je u svibnju prošle godine odbila tužbeni zahtjev Josipa Radeljaka. Osim što nije dobio vlasništvo nad Semaforom i Pimpinelom tada je odlučeno i kako će Radeljak trebati platiti trošak odvjetnika Dragana Mijoča koji je zastupao Željana Radmana, a koji iznosi 550.000 kuna.

Optužni akt je rezultat istražnih radnji koje traju od početka prošle godine, a pokrenute su nakon što je Radman podnio kaznenu prijavu protiv svog polubrata Radeljaka.



Optužnim prijedlogom Radeljaka se tereti da je Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu priložio krivotvoreni sporazum u nakani da za sebe ishodi prijenos vlasništva na poslovnom udjelu kao i na nekretnini tržišne vrijednosti najmanje 3.500.000,00 kn. Već u svibnju prošle godine Trgovački sud nije prihvatio navedeni ugovor kao valjan i odbio je tužbu Josipa Radeljaka protiv polubrata.

Sve je krenulo  2008. Godine kada je Radeljak podnio tužbeni zahtjev Trgovačkom sudu tvrdeći kako je njegov polubrat Željan Radman 1998. godine potpisao sporazum kojim mu je prenio vlasništvo nad tvrtkom “Semko”. U vlasništvu navedene tvrtke su i poznata splitska kavana “Semafor” i restoran “Pimpinela”.

Kada je pozvan kao tuženik na sud, Željan Radman se izjasnio kako navedeni sporazum nije nikada vidio, a kamoli potpisao.

Radeljak duže vrijeme nije želio original navedenog sporazuma priložiti sudu. Trgovački sud je dugo baratao tek kopijom, a tada je Radeljak ipak donio primjerak sporazuma koji je bio napisan rukom na istrgnutim stranicama iz bilježnice, a potpisi nisu bili ovjereni.

U međuvremenu je Radman kazneno prijavio Radeljaka za krivotvorenje isprava te je navedeni primjerak sporazuma od Trgovačkog suda zatražilo Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu koje je sada i optužilo Radeljaka.

Sutkinja ga odbila

Nakon provedenog postupka sutkinja Trgovačkog suda u Splitu je u svibnju prošle godine odbila tužbeni zahtjev Josipa Radeljaka. Osim što nije dobio vlasništvo nad Semaforom i Pimpinelom tada je odlučeno i kako će Radeljak trebati platiti trošak odvjetnika Dragana Mijoča koji je zastupao Željana Radmana, a koji iznosi 550.000 kuna.
