Je li prof.dr. Vuk Borčić podoban vještak u slučaju Maškarin i postoje li zapreke za prihvaćanje vještačkog nalaza pitanje je o kojem će stav iznijeti sutkinja Općinskog suda Sandra Vučković u još nepoznatom roku.

Na početku ročišta na kojem su članovi vještačkog tima zagrebačkog Medicinskog fakulteta trebali odgovarati na pitanja dr. Branka Popovića optuženog zbog nesavjesnog liječenja pacijenta Miroslava Maškarina kojem je nakon operacije crvuljka amputirana noga, njegov branitelj Milenko Škrlec podsjetio je na novinske napise objavljene između dva ročišta u kojima se dovodi u pitanje moralni lik prof.dr. Borčića.

Liječnikovi kolege nazočni u sudnici stali su u njegovu obranu i pojasnili da su i oni raspravljali o toj dilemi, te ga podržali kao vjerodostojnog člana vještačkog tima jer se protiv njega ne vodi sudski postupak niti je podignuta optužnica protiv njega. Prema mišljenju zastupnice optužbe, vještački je nalaz rezultat rada tima, a ne pojedinaca, pa nema razloga da ga se dovodi u pitanje bez obzira na medijske napise o pojedinim članovima.

Slijedeći sudsku praksu da se o tome sud posebno očituje, sutkinja je prekinula suđenje dok ne donese konačnu odluku o statusu prof. dr. Borčića.

Na prethodnom ročištu održanom u veljači zagrebački su stručnjaci iznijeli jasan stav da se u ovom slučaju radi o liječničkoj pogrešci, a ne komplikaciji.

Liječnik je bio nazočan na ročištu, ali se nije oglasio već je kasnije, izvan sudnice rekao da je zbog klevete tužio dvije dnevne novine koje su pisale o njegovom slučaju.

Je li prof.dr. Vuk Borčić podoban vještak u slučaju Maškarin i postoje li zapreke za prihvaćanje vještačkog nalaza pitanje je o kojem će stav iznijeti sutkinja Općinskog suda Sandra Vučković u još nepoznatom roku.

Na početku ročišta na kojem su članovi vještačkog tima zagrebačkog Medicinskog fakulteta trebali odgovarati na pitanja dr. Branka Popovića optuženog zbog nesavjesnog liječenja pacijenta Miroslava Maškarina kojem je nakon operacije crvuljka amputirana noga, njegov branitelj Milenko Škrlec podsjetio je na novinske napise objavljene između dva ročišta u kojima se dovodi u pitanje moralni lik prof.dr. Borčića.

Liječnikovi kolege nazočni u sudnici stali su u njegovu obranu i pojasnili da su i oni raspravljali o toj dilemi, te ga podržali kao vjerodostojnog člana vještačkog tima jer se protiv njega ne vodi sudski postupak niti je podignuta optužnica protiv njega. Prema mišljenju zastupnice optužbe, vještački je nalaz rezultat rada tima, a ne pojedinaca, pa nema razloga da ga se dovodi u pitanje bez obzira na medijske napise o pojedinim članovima.

Slijedeći sudsku praksu da se o tome sud posebno očituje, sutkinja je prekinula suđenje dok ne donese konačnu odluku o statusu prof. dr. Borčića.

Na prethodnom ročištu održanom u veljači zagrebački su stručnjaci iznijeli jasan stav da se u ovom slučaju radi o liječničkoj pogrešci, a ne komplikaciji.

Liječnik je bio nazočan na ročištu, ali se nije oglasio već je kasnije, izvan sudnice rekao da je zbog klevete tužio dvije dnevne novine koje su pisale o njegovom slučaju.
