stdClass Object ( [id] => 199425 [title] => Siniša Svilan osuđen na 8 mjeseci, mora vratiti 67.500 eura: umjesto zatvora, radit će za opće dobro [alias] => sinisa-svilan-osuden-na-8-mjeseci-mora-vratiti-67-500-eura-umjesto-zatvora-radit-ce-za-opce-dobro [catid] => 243 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Bivši direktor programa Nove TV Siniša Svilan nepravomoćno je u ponedjeljak na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu osuđen na osam mjeseci zatvora zbog primanje mita u gospodarskom poslovanju, a ta mu kazna, prema odluci sudskog vijeća, može biti «pretvorena» u rad za opće dobro (jedan dan zatvora – dva sata rada).

Svilan je, prema optužnici, u razdoblju od listopada 2004. do prosinca 2007. s Vladimirom Šelebajem Sellierom, direktorom i odgovornom osobom u Trgovačkom društvu Core Media, dogovorio da će projekti navedene tvrtke biti prihvaćeni od strane Uprave Nove TV te otkupljeni i uvršteni u programsku shemu, uz uvjet da njemu po svakoj emitiranoj emisiji «Jedan na jedan», «Istraga» i «Rekonstrukcija» (u sklopu «Istrage») bude isplaćeno po 250 eura, a za emisiju «U sridu» - 375 eura.

U cilju realizacije tog dogovora Svilan je odavao Šelebaju povjerljive podatke s kolegija Nove TV o vrsti potrebnih vanjskih produkcijskih sadržaja pa je ovaj slijedom toga organizirao izradu projekata koje je Core Media, potom, prodala Novoj TV.

Okrivljeniku je, pak, isplaćeno ukupno 67.500 eura (u protuvrijednosti 513.675 kuna). Tu će nepripadnu dobit, ukoliko presuda postane pravomoćna, morati uplatiti u državni proračun RH. Uz to mu je naloženo i plaćanje dvije tisuće kuna paušalnog troška ovog kaznenog postupka.

Sutkinja Jasna Smiljanić je u obrazloženju presude istaknula kako je utvrđeno da je Svilan počinio kazneno djelo koje mu se stavlja na teret. Kazala je i kako je sudsko vijeće prihvatilo svjedočki iskaz Šelebaja vezano za iznos mita.

Nije, pak, prošao iskaz estradnog menadžera Edvina Softića koji je naveo da je Svilanu bilo isplaćivano 1000 eura po emisiji.

Nije prihvaćen niti navod iz optuženikove obrane kako je u kuverti koju je primio bila novčana naknada za njegovu nevjenčanu suprugu i njene kolegice.

Sudsko vijeće, naime, smatra da je tu bio novac i za Svilana. Sutkinja Smiljanić je naglasila kako je on svojim postupanjem, između ostalog, narušio i ugled medija.

Njegov branitelj – odvjetnik Ljubo Pavasović Visković najavio je žalbu na ovu presudu.

može biti «pretvorena» u rad za opće dobro (jedan dan zatvora – dva sata rada).

Svilan je, prema optužnici, u razdoblju od listopada 2004. do prosinca 2007. s Vladimirom Šelebajem Sellierom, direktorom i odgovornom osobom u Trgovačkom društvu Core Media, dogovorio da će projekti navedene tvrtke biti prihvaćeni od strane Uprave Nove TV te otkupljeni i uvršteni u programsku shemu, uz uvjet da njemu po svakoj emitiranoj emisiji «Jedan na jedan», «Istraga» i «Rekonstrukcija» (u sklopu «Istrage») bude isplaćeno po 250 eura, a za emisiju «U sridu» - 375 eura.

U cilju realizacije tog dogovora Svilan je odavao Šelebaju povjerljive podatke s kolegija Nove TV o vrsti potrebnih vanjskih produkcijskih sadržaja pa je ovaj slijedom toga organizirao izradu projekata koje je Core Media, potom, prodala Novoj TV.

Okrivljeniku je, pak, isplaćeno ukupno 67.500 eura (u protuvrijednosti 513.675 kuna). Tu će nepripadnu dobit, ukoliko presuda postane pravomoćna, morati uplatiti u državni proračun RH. Uz to mu je naloženo i plaćanje dvije tisuće kuna paušalnog troška ovog kaznenog postupka.

Sutkinja Jasna Smiljanić je u obrazloženju presude istaknula kako je utvrđeno da je Svilan počinio kazneno djelo koje mu se stavlja na teret. Kazala je i kako je sudsko vijeće prihvatilo svjedočki iskaz Šelebaja vezano za iznos mita.

Nije, pak, prošao iskaz estradnog menadžera Edvina Softića koji je naveo da je Svilanu bilo isplaćivano 1000 eura po emisiji.

Nije prihvaćen niti navod iz optuženikove obrane kako je u kuverti koju je primio bila novčana naknada za njegovu nevjenčanu suprugu i njene kolegice.

Sudsko vijeće, naime, smatra da je tu bio novac i za Svilana. Sutkinja Smiljanić je naglasila kako je on svojim postupanjem, između ostalog, narušio i ugled medija.

Njegov branitelj – odvjetnik Ljubo Pavasović Visković najavio je žalbu na ovu presudu.
