[fulltext] => Na Općinskom sudu u Karlovcu saborčanskom šamanu Luki Hodaku sudi se za pronevjeru milijun kuna iz općine Saborsko devedesetih godina, iako je za ista kaznena djela već bio osuđen te je čak odležao 12 od 14 dosuđenih mu mjeseci zatvora.
Prvotnu osuđujuću presudu ogulinskog suda, te drugostupanjsku Županijskog suda u Karlovcu, poniištio je Vrhovni sud, pa se Hodak opet morao suočiti s istim optužbama.
Terete ga da je prenamjenjivao financijska sredstvaa, primjerice da je 1996. godine novac koji je Općina dobila za izgradnju crkve i župnog dvora iskoristio za nabavku cijevi za općinski vodovod. On se pravda da nije imao izbora kada za crkvu tada nisu imali projekt niti dozvole.
U zatvoru je između ostalog ležao jer je 140 tisuća županijskih kuna potrošio na plaće zaposlenika Općine te komunalije, a s 50 tisuća kuna namjenjenih psihosocijalnoj pomoći uredio je mjesnu ambulantu.
Vrhovni sud poništio je prvotne presude tumačeći da Hodak novac nije zadržao za sebe.
- Ne znam što više hoće, pa od Hiroshime sam napravio St. Moritz - komentirao je novinarima početak novog sudskog postupka okrivljeni Hodak.
Njegov odvjetnik Zvonimir Hodak zatražio je od suda da se tijekom dokaznog postupka ispitaju svi svjedoci iz istrage, a ne samo njih troje ispitanih tijekom poništenog suđenja. Sudac Michal Daneček prihvatio je prijedlog, pa je rasprava odgođena za dva tjedna.
Odvjetnik Hodak pojasnio je da Luka Hodak više ne može biti osuđen na višu kaznu od one tijekom prvog suđenja, što znači da bi u najgorem slučaju mogao u zatvor na dva mjeseca. U najboljem slučaju, čemu se nadaju oba Hodaka, on bi mogao biti oslobođen optužbi, te bi od države mogao potraživati odštetu za 12 mjeseci nezakonito provedenihu zatvoru.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Na Općinskom sudu u Karlovcu saborčanskom šamanu Luki Hodaku sudi se za pronevjeru milijun kuna iz općine Saborsko devedesetih godina, iako je za ista kaznena djela već bio osuđen te je čak odležao 12 od 14 dosuđenih mu mjeseci zatvora.
Prvotnu osuđujuću presudu ogulinskog suda, te drugostupanjsku Županijskog suda u Karlovcu, poniištio je Vrhovni sud, pa se Hodak opet morao suočiti s istim optužbama.
Terete ga da je prenamjenjivao financijska sredstvaa, primjerice da je 1996. godine novac koji je Općina dobila za izgradnju crkve i župnog dvora iskoristio za nabavku cijevi za općinski vodovod. On se pravda da nije imao izbora kada za crkvu tada nisu imali projekt niti dozvole.
U zatvoru je između ostalog ležao jer je 140 tisuća županijskih kuna potrošio na plaće zaposlenika Općine te komunalije, a s 50 tisuća kuna namjenjenih psihosocijalnoj pomoći uredio je mjesnu ambulantu.
Vrhovni sud poništio je prvotne presude tumačeći da Hodak novac nije zadržao za sebe.
- Ne znam što više hoće, pa od Hiroshime sam napravio St. Moritz - komentirao je novinarima početak novog sudskog postupka okrivljeni Hodak.
Njegov odvjetnik Zvonimir Hodak zatražio je od suda da se tijekom dokaznog postupka ispitaju svi svjedoci iz istrage, a ne samo njih troje ispitanih tijekom poništenog suđenja. Sudac Michal Daneček prihvatio je prijedlog, pa je rasprava odgođena za dva tjedna.
Odvjetnik Hodak pojasnio je da Luka Hodak više ne može biti osuđen na višu kaznu od one tijekom prvog suđenja, što znači da bi u najgorem slučaju mogao u zatvor na dva mjeseca. U najboljem slučaju, čemu se nadaju oba Hodaka, on bi mogao biti oslobođen optužbi, te bi od države mogao potraživati odštetu za 12 mjeseci nezakonito provedenihu zatvoru.
