Glasnogovornik suda Zoran Sršen rekao je u ponedjeljak kako Uskok novom optužnicom tereti Rukavinu za sprječavanje dokazivanja, u drugom postupku koji se protiv njega vodi pred istim sudom. Više o sadržaju optužnice, odnosno za što ga se konkretno optužuje, kao i to hoće li ona biti potvrđena, znat će se sutra nakon sjednice Optužnog vijeća, kazao je Sršen.

Suđenje HDZ-ovom gradonačelniku Crikvenice za pogodovanje u javnoj nabavi počelo je u svibnju prošle godine, kada se Rukavina izjasnio da se ne smatra krivim.

Uskok je protiv njega u prosincu 2012. podigao optužnicu kojom ga tereti za kazneno djelo zlouporabe obavljanja dužnosti državne vlasti kod pogodovanja u postupku javne nabave. Optužen da je kao vlasnik i osnivač tvrtke "Sando" službeno prenio vlasništvo te tvrtke na tvrtku "Marijana Liebhart", zadržavajući upravljačka prava.

Navodno je tvrtki "Sando" pogodovao tako što joj je kao gradonačelnik na osnovi neposredne pogodbe 2009. dao poslove vezane uz javnu rasvjetu u Crikvenici, čime joj je omogućio da ostvari korist od 521.000 kuna.

Optužen je i da je pogodovao u vezi s poslovima ukrasne rasvjete u Crikvenici, čime je tvrtka "Sando" navodno ostvarila korist od 201.000 kuna.

Rukavina je preuzeo dužnost gradonačelnika 13. lipnja 2009., a sporni poslovi sklopljeni su 14. srpnja i 15. listopada te godine.

gradonačelnika Damira Rukavine, kojemu se sudi zbog optužbi za pogodovanje svojoj tvrtki u postupku javne nabave, na riječkom Županijskom sudu podignuta je još jedna optužnica, ovaj put zbog sumnje da je sprječavao dokazivanje.

Glasnogovornik suda Zoran Sršen rekao je u ponedjeljak kako Uskok novom optužnicom tereti Rukavinu za sprječavanje dokazivanja, u drugom postupku koji se protiv njega vodi pred istim sudom. Više o sadržaju optužnice, odnosno za što ga se konkretno optužuje, kao i to hoće li ona biti potvrđena, znat će se sutra nakon sjednice Optužnog vijeća, kazao je Sršen.

Suđenje HDZ-ovom gradonačelniku Crikvenice za pogodovanje u javnoj nabavi počelo je u svibnju prošle godine, kada se Rukavina izjasnio da se ne smatra krivim.

Uskok je protiv njega u prosincu 2012. podigao optužnicu kojom ga tereti za kazneno djelo zlouporabe obavljanja dužnosti državne vlasti kod pogodovanja u postupku javne nabave. Optužen da je kao vlasnik i osnivač tvrtke "Sando" službeno prenio vlasništvo te tvrtke na tvrtku "Marijana Liebhart", zadržavajući upravljačka prava.

Navodno je tvrtki "Sando" pogodovao tako što joj je kao gradonačelnik na osnovi neposredne pogodbe 2009. dao poslove vezane uz javnu rasvjetu u Crikvenici, čime joj je omogućio da ostvari korist od 521.000 kuna.

Optužen je i da je pogodovao u vezi s poslovima ukrasne rasvjete u Crikvenici, čime je tvrtka "Sando" navodno ostvarila korist od 201.000 kuna.

Rukavina je preuzeo dužnost gradonačelnika 13. lipnja 2009., a sporni poslovi sklopljeni su 14. srpnja i 15. listopada te godine.

Protiv crikveničkog gradonačelnika Damira Rukavine, kojemu sesudi zbog optužbi za pogodovanje svojoj tvrtki u postupku javne nabave,na riječkom Županijskom sudu podignuta je još jedna optužnica, ovaj putzbog sumnje da je sprječavao dokazivanje.
