Protiv sudaca Općinskog suda u Splitu Roberta Pešutića i Ante Unkovića te Nade Karin, Gabrijele Soldo i Gordana Bička postala je pravomoćna optužnica zbog primanja i davanja mita, zloporabe položaja i ovlasti, pomaganja u primanju mita i poticanja na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti.

Odluku je donijelo optužno vijeće Županijskog suda u Rijeci na koji je slučaj premješten već u početku.

Nakon što je donijeta očekivana odluka može biti zakazana glavna rasprava. Unkovića terete da je uz Pešutićevo posredovanje donio oslobađajuću presudu za mito od tri tisuće eura. Sudac Pešutić je još optužen za nekoliko slučajeva u kojima je donosio povoljne odluke za okrivljenike.

Obojica se brane sa slobode s tom razlikom što je Robert Pešutić položio jamčevinu za izlazak iz pritvora koji mu je bio određen odmah po uhićenju. Upravo zbog pritvora na sudu na kojem je radio je odmah i suspendiran.

S Unkovićem je situacija nešto drugačija jer se postupak vodio redovnim putem, bez privođenja tako da suspenzija ovisi upravo o pravomoćnosti optužnog akta.

Protiv sudaca Općinskog suda u Splitu Roberta Pešutića i Ante Unkovića te Nade Karin, Gabrijele Soldo i Gordana Bička postala je pravomoćna optužnica zbog primanja i davanja mita, zloporabe položaja i ovlasti, pomaganja u primanju mita i poticanja na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti.

Odluku je donijelo optužno vijeće Županijskog suda u Rijeci na koji je slučaj premješten već u početku.

Nakon što je donijeta očekivana odluka može biti zakazana glavna rasprava. Unkovića terete da je uz Pešutićevo posredovanje donio oslobađajuću presudu za mito od tri tisuće eura. Sudac Pešutić je još optužen za nekoliko slučajeva u kojima je donosio povoljne odluke za okrivljenike.

Obojica se brane sa slobode s tom razlikom što je Robert Pešutić položio jamčevinu za izlazak iz pritvora koji mu je bio određen odmah po uhićenju. Upravo zbog pritvora na sudu na kojem je radio je odmah i suspendiran.

S Unkovićem je situacija nešto drugačija jer se postupak vodio redovnim putem, bez privođenja tako da suspenzija ovisi upravo o pravomoćnosti optužnog akta.

Potvrđena optužnica protiv splitskih sudaca Unkovića i Pešutića
