Svilanov odvjetnik Ljubo Pavasović Visković izjavio je da je sud odlučio potvrditi optužnicu unatoč prigovorima obrane koji su bili "načelne i procesne prirode".

"Sud pritom nije ulazio u činjenična pitanja. Ide se u suđenje i očekujemo određivanje pripremnog ročišta", kazao je Visković. Dodao je da do pripremnog ročišta ne želi govoriti o mogućoj taktici obrane.

USKOK Svilana tereti da je pune tri godine primao mito za emisije "1 na 1", "U sridu", "Istraga", "Interijeri" i "Rekonstrukcija", a za prikazivanje svake emisije iz određenog projekta navodno je primao po tisuću eura.

Novac su mu "na ruke" po tvrdnjama tužiteljstva davali Šelebaj ili neki od posrednika, među kojima je bio i Šelebajev partner u "Core mediji", estradni menadžer Edvin Softić. On je i priznao da je Svilanu nosio kuverte kad je Šelebaj bio na putu.

Svilan i Šelebaj navodno su počeli surađivati nakon što je Svilan 2004. s HTV-a prešao na Novu TV, gdje je bio zadužen za otkup projekata vanjske produkcije.

Tužiteljstvo u optužnici od suda traži i da se Svilanu oduzme 262.000 eura jer je od 2004. do 2007. ugrožavao sigurnost platnog prometa.

Za primanje mita u gospodarskom poslovanju za koje je optužen predviđena je zatvorska kazna od jedne do osam godina.

Afera "Core media" u javnost je izbila polovicom listopada prošle godine, kada je uhićen Šelebaj kojega se tereti da je uz pomoć petero suosumnjičenih fiktivnim ugovorima i računima "izvukao" šest milijuna kuna preko tvrtaka "Core Media" i "Media spot" te da je za više od tri milijuna kuna oštetio i državni proračun na račun podizanja uračunatoga PDV-a.

direktora programa Nove TV Siniše Svilana kojega se tereti za primanje 262 tisuće eura mita od direktora produkcijske tvrtke "Core media" Vladimira Šelebaja Selliera kako bi se njegove emisije prikazale na Novoj TV.

Svilanov odvjetnik Ljubo Pavasović Visković izjavio je da je sud odlučio potvrditi optužnicu unatoč prigovorima obrane koji su bili "načelne i procesne prirode".

"Sud pritom nije ulazio u činjenična pitanja. Ide se u suđenje i očekujemo određivanje pripremnog ročišta", kazao je Visković. Dodao je da do pripremnog ročišta ne želi govoriti o mogućoj taktici obrane.

USKOK Svilana tereti da je pune tri godine primao mito za emisije "1 na 1", "U sridu", "Istraga", "Interijeri" i "Rekonstrukcija", a za prikazivanje svake emisije iz određenog projekta navodno je primao po tisuću eura.

Novac su mu "na ruke" po tvrdnjama tužiteljstva davali Šelebaj ili neki od posrednika, među kojima je bio i Šelebajev partner u "Core mediji", estradni menadžer Edvin Softić. On je i priznao da je Svilanu nosio kuverte kad je Šelebaj bio na putu.

Svilan i Šelebaj navodno su počeli surađivati nakon što je Svilan 2004. s HTV-a prešao na Novu TV, gdje je bio zadužen za otkup projekata vanjske produkcije.

Tužiteljstvo u optužnici od suda traži i da se Svilanu oduzme 262.000 eura jer je od 2004. do 2007. ugrožavao sigurnost platnog prometa.

Za primanje mita u gospodarskom poslovanju za koje je optužen predviđena je zatvorska kazna od jedne do osam godina.

Afera "Core media" u javnost je izbila polovicom listopada prošle godine, kada je uhićen Šelebaj kojega se tereti da je uz pomoć petero suosumnjičenih fiktivnim ugovorima i računima "izvukao" šest milijuna kuna preko tvrtaka "Core Media" i "Media spot" te da je za više od tri milijuna kuna oštetio i državni proračun na račun podizanja uračunatoga PDV-a.
