Općinski sud u Bjelovaru danas je potvrdio optužnicu koju je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Bjelovaru sredinom prosinca prošle godine podignulo protiv bjelovarskog kirurga, doktora Davorina Diklića (58), kojega se tereti zbog počinjenja dvanaest kaznenih djela protiv zdravlja ljudi, javlja BBZinfo .

Diklića se optužuje da je od 2003. do kraja 2009. godine kao doktor medicine, obavljajući svoju djelatnost primjenjivao očito nepodobna sredstva i načine liječenja te uopće nesavjesno postupao tako da je uslijed njegovih liječničkih pogrešaka kod dvije osobe teško narušeno zdravlje, a u deset je slučajeva prouzročena smrt.

Desetogodišnju zabranu djelatnosti tužiteljstvo je predložilo zbog višekratnog nesavjesnog postupanja okrivljenika koji je teška kaznena djela protiv zdravlja ljudi činio kao specijalist kirurgije.

Optuženom liječniku bio je u lipnju prošle godine određen jednomjesečni istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke, ali je ubrzo nakon žalbe pušten da se brani sa slobode.

- Kirurg sam s najvećim brojem obavljenih operativnih zahvata u Općoj bolnici Bjelovar. U svojoj profesionalnoj karijeri obavio sam oko pet tisuća ozbiljnijih, kompliciranijih operacija i neke od njih na žalost nisu završile sretnim ishodom. Ali ja sam samo kirurg i ne mogu jamčiti nikome da ću ga izliječiti. Jedino što mogu obećati jest da ću napraviti sve što je u mojoj moći da pomognem pacijentu - izjavio je u prosincu za Jutarnji bjelovarski kirurg Davorin Diklić.

Općinski sud u Bjelovaru danas je potvrdio optužnicu koju je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Bjelovaru sredinom prosinca prošle godine podignulo protiv bjelovarskog kirurga, doktora Davorina Diklića (58), kojega se tereti zbog počinjenja dvanaest kaznenih djela protiv zdravlja ljudi, javlja BBZinfo .

Diklića se optužuje da je od 2003. do kraja 2009. godine kao doktor medicine, obavljajući svoju djelatnost primjenjivao očito nepodobna sredstva i načine liječenja te uopće nesavjesno postupao tako da je uslijed njegovih liječničkih pogrešaka kod dvije osobe teško narušeno zdravlje, a u deset je slučajeva prouzročena smrt.

Desetogodišnju zabranu djelatnosti tužiteljstvo je predložilo zbog višekratnog nesavjesnog postupanja okrivljenika koji je teška kaznena djela protiv zdravlja ljudi činio kao specijalist kirurgije.

Optuženom liječniku bio je u lipnju prošle godine određen jednomjesečni istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke, ali je ubrzo nakon žalbe pušten da se brani sa slobode.

- Kirurg sam s najvećim brojem obavljenih operativnih zahvata u Općoj bolnici Bjelovar. U svojoj profesionalnoj karijeri obavio sam oko pet tisuća ozbiljnijih, kompliciranijih operacija i neke od njih na žalost nisu završile sretnim ishodom. Ali ja sam samo kirurg i ne mogu jamčiti nikome da ću ga izliječiti. Jedino što mogu obećati jest da ću napraviti sve što je u mojoj moći da pomognem pacijentu - izjavio je u prosincu za Jutarnji bjelovarski kirurg Davorin Diklić.
