Narednih mjesec dana u ćeliji remetinečkog zatvora razmišljat će o svojim postupcima u hotelu Porin u novozagrebačkim Dugavama 45-godišnji državljanin Turske Muhamed A.J., inače serviser električnih bicikala, saznaje Jutarnji list.

Njemu je velikogorička sutkinja istrage Županijskog suda, pred koju je doveden u lisicama s masnicom ispod oka, odredila istražni zatvor nakon što je tužiteljstvo zatražilo pritvaranje te pokrenulo istragu zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo pokušaja ubojstva.

Nesvakidašnje scene odvijale su se 29. kolovoza oko 22.10 sati u Porinu u kojem su već dugi niz godina smješteni tražitelji azila. U jednom je trenutku, nakon višednevnih trzavica, izbio sukob između njega i 35-godišnjeg državljanina Jordana koji je na kraju vozilom Hitne pomoći prevezen u KBC Zagreb gdje su mu utvrđene lakše ozljede.

Kako doznajemo, sukob je prvo započeo sa škarama kojima je nekontrolirano mahao i kojima je nasrnuo na drugog tražitelja azila. U jednom je trenutku sa strane odložio škare i na čovjeka dalje navalio šakama po glavi.

U svoju obranu krivnju je svalio na oštećenog, među ostalim, navodeći da je on žrtva, da je napadnut radi nekog mobitela, ali je pokušao i zaigrati na kartu zdravlja, odnosno da ima rak pa da mu nije mjesto u pritvoru.

Pritom je ukazao i da se 35-godišnji napadnuti muškarac bavi krijumčarenjem ljudi, a u vrijeme policijskog postupanja uhićeni Turčin je zatečen pripit s tzv. "mirogojčekom" u neposrednoj blizini.

Narednih mjesec dana u ćeliji remetinečkog zatvora razmišljat će o svojim postupcima u hotelu Porin u novozagrebačkim Dugavama 45-godišnji državljanin Turske Muhamed A.J., inače serviser električnih bicikala, saznaje Jutarnji list.

Njemu je velikogorička sutkinja istrage Županijskog suda, pred koju je doveden u lisicama s masnicom ispod oka, odredila istražni zatvor nakon što je tužiteljstvo zatražilo pritvaranje te pokrenulo istragu zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo pokušaja ubojstva.

Nesvakidašnje scene odvijale su se 29. kolovoza oko 22.10 sati u Porinu u kojem su već dugi niz godina smješteni tražitelji azila. U jednom je trenutku, nakon višednevnih trzavica, izbio sukob između njega i 35-godišnjeg državljanina Jordana koji je na kraju vozilom Hitne pomoći prevezen u KBC Zagreb gdje su mu utvrđene lakše ozljede.

Kako doznajemo, sukob je prvo započeo sa škarama kojima je nekontrolirano mahao i kojima je nasrnuo na drugog tražitelja azila. U jednom je trenutku sa strane odložio škare i na čovjeka dalje navalio šakama po glavi.

U svoju obranu krivnju je svalio na oštećenog, među ostalim, navodeći da je on žrtva, da je napadnut radi nekog mobitela, ali je pokušao i zaigrati na kartu zdravlja, odnosno da ima rak pa da mu nije mjesto u pritvoru.

Pritom je ukazao i da se 35-godišnji napadnuti muškarac bavi krijumčarenjem ljudi, a u vrijeme policijskog postupanja uhićeni Turčin je zatečen pripit s tzv. "mirogojčekom" u neposrednoj blizini.

Crna kronikaokršaj azilanata

Pomahnitali Turčin navalio škarama na Jordanca, a onda ga i isprebijao šakama: Policajci ga pronašli uz ‘mirogojček‘

Narednih mjesec dana u ćeliji remetinečkog zatvora razmišljat će o svojim postupcima u hotelu Porin u novozagrebačkim Dugavama 45-godišnji državljanin Turske Muhamed A.J., inače serviser električnih bicikala, saznaje Jutarnji list.

Njemu je velikogorička sutkinja istrage Županijskog suda, pred koju je doveden u lisicama s masnicom ispod oka, odredila istražni zatvor nakon što je tužiteljstvo zatražilo pritvaranje te pokrenulo istragu zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo pokušaja ubojstva.

Nesvakidašnje scene odvijale su se 29. kolovoza oko 22.10 sati u Porinu u kojem su već dugi niz godina smješteni tražitelji azila. U jednom je trenutku, nakon višednevnih trzavica, izbio sukob između njega i 35-godišnjeg državljanina Jordana koji je na kraju vozilom Hitne pomoći prevezen u KBC Zagreb gdje su mu utvrđene lakše ozljede.

Kako doznajemo, sukob je prvo započeo sa škarama kojima je nekontrolirano mahao i kojima je nasrnuo na drugog tražitelja azila. U jednom je trenutku sa strane odložio škare i na čovjeka dalje navalio šakama po glavi.

U svoju obranu krivnju je svalio na oštećenog, među ostalim, navodeći da je on žrtva, da je napadnut radi nekog mobitela, ali je pokušao i zaigrati na kartu zdravlja, odnosno da ima rak pa da mu nije mjesto u pritvoru.

Pritom je ukazao i da se 35-godišnji napadnuti muškarac bavi krijumčarenjem ljudi, a u vrijeme policijskog postupanja uhićeni Turčin je zatečen pripit s tzv. "mirogojčekom" u neposrednoj blizini.
