Na području Gline policijski službenici spriječili su još jedno krijumčarenje ilegalnih migranata i uhitili 62-godišnjeg krijumčara stranih državljana, priopćeno je u nedjelju iz Policijske uprave sisačko-moslavačke.

Policajci koji rade na sprječavanju nezakonitih migracija i prekograničnog kriminaliteta, u subotu popodne na području Gline zaustavili su automobil sisačkih registracija kojim je upravljao 62-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, a u automobilu se nalazilo četvero stranih državljana koji su nezakonito ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku, dodaju iz PU.

Osumnjičeni 62-godišnjak je uhićen i doveden u službene prostorije policije zbog kaznenog djela ‘Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma‘,

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da je osumnjičeni iz koristoljublja, za unaprijed dogovoreni novčani iznos, prevozio strane državljane do krajnjeg odredišta.

Tijekom postupanja policije svi su strani državljani izrazili namjeru za podnošenje zahtjeva za međunarodnom zaštitom.

Zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela ‘Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma‘, protiv 62-godišnjaka slijedi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Na području Gline policijski službenici spriječili su još jedno krijumčarenje ilegalnih migranata i uhitili 62-godišnjeg krijumčara stranih državljana, priopćeno je u nedjelju iz Policijske uprave sisačko-moslavačke.

Policajci koji rade na sprječavanju nezakonitih migracija i prekograničnog kriminaliteta, u subotu popodne na području Gline zaustavili su automobil sisačkih registracija kojim je upravljao 62-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, a u automobilu se nalazilo četvero stranih državljana koji su nezakonito ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku, dodaju iz PU.

Osumnjičeni 62-godišnjak je uhićen i doveden u službene prostorije policije zbog kaznenog djela ‘Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma‘,

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da je osumnjičeni iz koristoljublja, za unaprijed dogovoreni novčani iznos, prevozio strane državljane do krajnjeg odredišta.

Tijekom postupanja policije svi su strani državljani izrazili namjeru za podnošenje zahtjeva za međunarodnom zaštitom.

Zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela ‘Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma‘, protiv 62-godišnjaka slijedi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policija spriječila još jedno krijumčarenje stranih državljana uz granicu sa BiH: 62-godišnjak ‘taksirao‘ migrante

Na području Gline policijski službenici spriječili su još jedno krijumčarenje ilegalnih migranata i uhitili 62-godišnjeg krijumčara stranih državljana, priopćeno je u nedjelju iz Policijske uprave sisačko-moslavačke.

Policajci koji rade na sprječavanju nezakonitih migracija i prekograničnog kriminaliteta, u subotu popodne na području Gline zaustavili su automobil sisačkih registracija kojim je upravljao 62-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, a u automobilu se nalazilo četvero stranih državljana koji su nezakonito ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku, dodaju iz PU.

Osumnjičeni 62-godišnjak je uhićen i doveden u službene prostorije policije zbog kaznenog djela ‘Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma‘,

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da je osumnjičeni iz koristoljublja, za unaprijed dogovoreni novčani iznos, prevozio strane državljane do krajnjeg odredišta.

Tijekom postupanja policije svi su strani državljani izrazili namjeru za podnošenje zahtjeva za međunarodnom zaštitom.

Zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela ‘Protuzakonito ulaženje, kretanje i boravak u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma‘, protiv 62-godišnjaka slijedi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
