Josip (38) je fizički napao prijatelja Vladu i prijetio mu smrću jer je “nezasluženo” stavio kapu HOS-a na glavu.

Prema optužnici, sve se događalo u veljači ove godine na području Siska, i to nakon što je Vlado na Facebooku objavio svoju fotografiju na kojoj ima kapu s oznakom HOS-a.

“Nakon prepirke s Vladom na Facebooku, Josip je došao do njegove obiteljske kuće te ga uhvatio rukom za vrat i u cilju da ga ustraši obratio mu se riječima: ‘Ubit ću te, šta je, ja se ne bojim policije i pred njima ću te ubiti’, prenosi Danica.

Dobit će ‘plesku’

Kada ga je Vlado izgurao van iz kuće, lupao je po ulaznim vratima i tražio da izađe van da ga ubije, što je kod Vlade izazvalo ozbiljan strah za njegov život, dakle drugome je ozbiljno prijetio da će ga usmrtiti”, navodi se u optužnici.

Josip se u istrazi branio kako je s Vladom htio samo popričati o kapi HOS-a. Inače je, kaže, s njim bio u dobrim odnosima, poznaju se godinama, pomagali su si međusobno i često su se viđali.

“Smatrao sam uvredljivim i blamažom da je Vlado stavio kapu HOS-a je on nije bio sudionik rata, pa nije zaslužio nositi takva obilježja te sam na Facebooku napisao takav komentar. Nakon toga mi je Vlado počeo slati nekakve poruke, pa sam otišao do njega da to raspravimo.

Točno je da smo se verbalno sukobili i da sam gurnuo na zid, ali ga nisam udario i ne znam kako je Vlado mogao zadobiti ozljede. Nije točno da sam mu prijetio, samo sam mu rekao da će dobiti “plesku” i da ću ga uloviti”, ispričao je Josip.

Vlado je potvrdio da su se posvađali na Facebooku oko te njegove kape. Kasnije je u njegovu kuću banuo Josip koji je sam otvorio ulazna vrata i ušao.

Vikao i psovao

“Uhvatio me desnom rukom za vrat, a lijevom rukom me htio udariti, ali sam ga spriječio. Nakon toga me je odgurnuo na plakar za vješanje odjeće. Uhvatio sam Josipa za prsa i ruku da me ne udari, a on me cijelo vrijeme držao za vrat i psovao mi.

Uspio sam ga izbaciti iz kuće, a on je sve do dolaska policije stajao na dvorištu i vikao, psovao, tražio da izađem van da me ubije te lupao po ulaznim vratima pokušavajući ući u kuću. To je kod mene i moje kćeri izazvalo osjećaj straha za život”, rekao je Vlado.

Prema izvještaju policije i bolničkoj dokumentaciji, Josipu je te večeri utvrđena koncentracija alkohola od 0,85 promila, a Vlado je u sukobu zadobio lakše tjelesne ozljede.

Tužitelji za Josipa traže osam mjeseci uvjetnog zatvora zbog prijetnji smrću i produženje mjere zabrane približavanja i uznemiravanja Vlade, piše Danica.

Josip (38) je fizički napao prijatelja Vladu i prijetio mu smrću jer je “nezasluženo” stavio kapu HOS-a na glavu.

Prema optužnici, sve se događalo u veljači ove godine na području Siska, i to nakon što je Vlado na Facebooku objavio svoju fotografiju na kojoj ima kapu s oznakom HOS-a.

“Nakon prepirke s Vladom na Facebooku, Josip je došao do njegove obiteljske kuće te ga uhvatio rukom za vrat i u cilju da ga ustraši obratio mu se riječima: ‘Ubit ću te, šta je, ja se ne bojim policije i pred njima ću te ubiti’, prenosi Danica.

Dobit će ‘plesku’

Kada ga je Vlado izgurao van iz kuće, lupao je po ulaznim vratima i tražio da izađe van da ga ubije, što je kod Vlade izazvalo ozbiljan strah za njegov život, dakle drugome je ozbiljno prijetio da će ga usmrtiti”, navodi se u optužnici.

Josip se u istrazi branio kako je s Vladom htio samo popričati o kapi HOS-a. Inače je, kaže, s njim bio u dobrim odnosima, poznaju se godinama, pomagali su si međusobno i često su se viđali.

“Smatrao sam uvredljivim i blamažom da je Vlado stavio kapu HOS-a je on nije bio sudionik rata, pa nije zaslužio nositi takva obilježja te sam na Facebooku napisao takav komentar. Nakon toga mi je Vlado počeo slati nekakve poruke, pa sam otišao do njega da to raspravimo.

Točno je da smo se verbalno sukobili i da sam gurnuo na zid, ali ga nisam udario i ne znam kako je Vlado mogao zadobiti ozljede. Nije točno da sam mu prijetio, samo sam mu rekao da će dobiti “plesku” i da ću ga uloviti”, ispričao je Josip.

Vlado je potvrdio da su se posvađali na Facebooku oko te njegove kape. Kasnije je u njegovu kuću banuo Josip koji je sam otvorio ulazna vrata i ušao.

Vikao i psovao

“Uhvatio me desnom rukom za vrat, a lijevom rukom me htio udariti, ali sam ga spriječio. Nakon toga me je odgurnuo na plakar za vješanje odjeće. Uhvatio sam Josipa za prsa i ruku da me ne udari, a on me cijelo vrijeme držao za vrat i psovao mi.

Uspio sam ga izbaciti iz kuće, a on je sve do dolaska policije stajao na dvorištu i vikao, psovao, tražio da izađem van da me ubije te lupao po ulaznim vratima pokušavajući ući u kuću. To je kod mene i moje kćeri izazvalo osjećaj straha za život”, rekao je Vlado.

Prema izvještaju policije i bolničkoj dokumentaciji, Josipu je te večeri utvrđena koncentracija alkohola od 0,85 promila, a Vlado je u sukobu zadobio lakše tjelesne ozljede.

Tužitelji za Josipa traže osam mjeseci uvjetnog zatvora zbog prijetnji smrću i produženje mjere zabrane približavanja i uznemiravanja Vlade, piše Danica.

Josip (38) je fizički napao prijatelja Vladu i prijetio mu smrću jer je “nezasluženo” stavio kapu HOS-a na glavu.

Prema optužnici, sve se događalo u veljači ove godine na području Siska, i to nakon što je Vlado na Facebooku objavio svoju fotografiju na kojoj ima kapu s oznakom HOS-a.

“Nakon prepirke s Vladom na Facebooku, Josip je došao do njegove obiteljske kuće te ga uhvatio rukom za vrat i u cilju da ga ustraši obratio mu se riječima: ‘Ubit ću te, šta je, ja se ne bojim policije i pred njima ću te ubiti’, prenosi Danica.

Dobit će ‘plesku’

Kada ga je Vlado izgurao van iz kuće, lupao je po ulaznim vratima i tražio da izađe van da ga ubije, što je kod Vlade izazvalo ozbiljan strah za njegov život, dakle drugome je ozbiljno prijetio da će ga usmrtiti”, navodi se u optužnici.

Josip se u istrazi branio kako je s Vladom htio samo popričati o kapi HOS-a. Inače je, kaže, s njim bio u dobrim odnosima, poznaju se godinama, pomagali su si međusobno i često su se viđali.

“Smatrao sam uvredljivim i blamažom da je Vlado stavio kapu HOS-a je on nije bio sudionik rata, pa nije zaslužio nositi takva obilježja te sam na Facebooku napisao takav komentar. Nakon toga mi je Vlado počeo slati nekakve poruke, pa sam otišao do njega da to raspravimo.

Točno je da smo se verbalno sukobili i da sam gurnuo na zid, ali ga nisam udario i ne znam kako je Vlado mogao zadobiti ozljede. Nije točno da sam mu prijetio, samo sam mu rekao da će dobiti “plesku” i da ću ga uloviti”, ispričao je Josip.
