Nekad poznati pjevač Mirko Cetinski i njegova supruga Vinka, bivša zamjenica ministra turizma, danas su opet uhićeni i sutra bi trebali biti predani pritvorskom nadzorniku u Rijeci. S njima su uhićena i dvojica riječkih poreznika koja su im, navodno, pomagala.

Budući da je riječ o korupciji državnih službenika, slučaj je u nadležnosti Uskoka, pa će svih četvero osumnjičenih nakon preprate biti ispitano u riječkom odjelu Ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta.

Premda se službena informacija o točnim razlozima uhićenja Cetinskih i što su za njih uhićeni poreznici radili nije mogla dobiti, neslužbeno se moglo čuti da je se slučaj naslanja na dva prijašnja u kojima su Supružnici osumnjičenici.

Naime, osim što je Cetinske te još niz osoba optužilo za malverzacije novcem Danka Končara, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Puli je 2011., na početku cijele priče, zatražilo da se nad imovinom obitelji Cetinski te njihovih navodnih suradnika provede porezni nadzor kako bi se utvrdilo jesu li novac od inkriminiranih kaznenih djela oprali ulaganjem u imovinu.

Rezultat ovakvog nadzora trebao je prije svega poslužiti kao dokaz nesrasmjera stečene imovine i legalnih prihoda Cetinskih, čime bi se potkrijepile tvrdnje da su Danku Končaru prijevarom uzimali novac kupujući za njega zemljišta po Istri. Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, porezni nadzor koji je provodio tim iz Rijeke dao je prilično neočekivane rezultate.

Gotovo sva imovina bračnog para Cetinski u razdoblju od 2005. do 2011. godine pokrivena je legalnim prihodima, što se istražiteljima činilo nevjerojatno s obizrom na indicije da su na inkriminiranim poslovima Cetinski zaradili desetke milijune kuna.

Budući su detektirani i neformalni kontaki između Cetinskih i riječkih poreznika, pojavile su se sumnje da su poreznici na traženje Cetinskih lažirali izvješća, i to da bi im se pogodovalo u dva kaznena postupka pokrenuta protiv njih. Nakon osmomjesečne istrage, tijekom koje je Uskok, navodno, i tajno snimao telefonske razgovore osumnjičenih, danas je donesena odluka o njihovu uhićenju.

Gotovo cijela obitelj Cetinski našla se na udaru istražitelja 2011. kad ih je poduzetnik Danko Končar optužio da su ga kupujući za njega zemljišta prevarili te mu naplatili znatno veće iznose od njihovih stvarnih vrijednosti.

Nakon istraga Državnog odvjetništva u četiri su mjeseca podignute dvije optužnice, koje Cetinske i njihove suradnike terete za prisvajanje oko 150 milijuna kuna. Osim Mirka i Vinke Cetinski, u jednom od slučajeva optužen je i njihov mlađi sin, Matteo.

Cetinski tvrde da nisu krivi.

Nekad poznati pjevač Mirko Cetinski i njegova supruga Vinka, bivša zamjenica ministra turizma, danas su opet uhićeni i sutra bi trebali biti predani pritvorskom nadzorniku u Rijeci. S njima su uhićena i dvojica riječkih poreznika koja su im, navodno, pomagala.

Budući da je riječ o korupciji državnih službenika, slučaj je u nadležnosti Uskoka, pa će svih četvero osumnjičenih nakon preprate biti ispitano u riječkom odjelu Ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta.

Premda se službena informacija o točnim razlozima uhićenja Cetinskih i što su za njih uhićeni poreznici radili nije mogla dobiti, neslužbeno se moglo čuti da je se slučaj naslanja na dva prijašnja u kojima su Supružnici osumnjičenici.

Naime, osim što je Cetinske te još niz osoba optužilo za malverzacije novcem Danka Končara, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Puli je 2011., na početku cijele priče, zatražilo da se nad imovinom obitelji Cetinski te njihovih navodnih suradnika provede porezni nadzor kako bi se utvrdilo jesu li novac od inkriminiranih kaznenih djela oprali ulaganjem u imovinu.

Rezultat ovakvog nadzora trebao je prije svega poslužiti kao dokaz nesrasmjera stečene imovine i legalnih prihoda Cetinskih, čime bi se potkrijepile tvrdnje da su Danku Končaru prijevarom uzimali novac kupujući za njega zemljišta po Istri. Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, porezni nadzor koji je provodio tim iz Rijeke dao je prilično neočekivane rezultate.

Gotovo sva imovina bračnog para Cetinski u razdoblju od 2005. do 2011. godine pokrivena je legalnim prihodima, što se istražiteljima činilo nevjerojatno s obizrom na indicije da su na inkriminiranim poslovima Cetinski zaradili desetke milijune kuna.

Budući su detektirani i neformalni kontaki između Cetinskih i riječkih poreznika, pojavile su se sumnje da su poreznici na traženje Cetinskih lažirali izvješća, i to da bi im se pogodovalo u dva kaznena postupka pokrenuta protiv njih. Nakon osmomjesečne istrage, tijekom koje je Uskok, navodno, i tajno snimao telefonske razgovore osumnjičenih, danas je donesena odluka o njihovu uhićenju.

Gotovo cijela obitelj Cetinski našla se na udaru istražitelja 2011. kad ih je poduzetnik Danko Končar optužio da su ga kupujući za njega zemljišta prevarili te mu naplatili znatno veće iznose od njihovih stvarnih vrijednosti.

Nakon istraga Državnog odvjetništva u četiri su mjeseca podignute dvije optužnice, koje Cetinske i njihove suradnike terete za prisvajanje oko 150 milijuna kuna. Osim Mirka i Vinke Cetinski, u jednom od slučajeva optužen je i njihov mlađi sin, Matteo.

Cetinski tvrde da nisu krivi.
