Dvojica prvokrivljenih za palež vikendice bivšeg glavnog državnog odvjetnika Radovana Ortynskog izići će iz pritvora nakon što uplate jamčevinu, u ukupnom iznosu od 4,5 milijuna kuna, odlučio je u ponedjeljak osječki Županijski sud.

Sudsko vijeće prihvatilo je prijedlog obrane, s kojim se suglasio i Uskok, da prvookrivljeni Dragan Baković "Bambur" za izlazak iz pritvora plati jamčevinu od 3,5 milijuna kuna, dok će drugooptuženi Milan Bulat za izlazak na slobodu morati platiti jamčevinu od milijun kuna.

Obrana obojice okrivljenika predložila je da se istražni zatvor, u kojem se nalaze od svibnja 2018., zamjeni blažom mjerom, kojom se može osigurati njihova nazočnost suđenju, uz obećanje okrivljenika da se neće skrivati, niti napuštati prebivalište bez javljanja Sudu.

Prihvaćeni su prijedlozi obrane da se okrivljenicima zabrani napuštanje mjesta prebivališta, uz obavezno javljanje nadležnoj policijskoj postaji svakih sedam dana.

Suđenje u ovome predmetu počelo je u listopadu 2019. godine, a uz Bakovića i Bulata optuženi su i Jasmina Huzanić, Mario Tolić, Zdenko Ivanković i Robert Flačer i Ivo Jerić.

Optužnica Bakovića tereti da je od siječnja 2017. do svibnja 2018., na području Osijeka, Brača, Omiša, Splita, Makarske, Bosne i Hercegovine i Njemačke, u zajedničko djelovanje povezao okrivljenike Bulata i Tolića, okrivljenicu Huzanić te najmanje još jednog nepoznatog počinitelja radi zapaljenja vikendice Radovana Ortynskog, u Postirama na otoku Braču.

Kako bi ostvario plan, Baković je s Bulatom, tvrdi Uskok, dogovorio da zajedno s najmanje još jednim nepoznatim počiniteljem zapale vikendicu te da trećeokrivljena Jasmina Huzanić otputuje s Bulatom na Brač i bude s njim cijelo vrijeme kako bi se, nakon paleža vikendice, što lakše i bez pobuđivanja ikakve sumnje udaljio s Brača, a da četvrtookrivljeni Mario Tolić bude osoba koja će Bakovića izvijestiti o izvršenju nedjela.

Sukladno dogovoru, tvrdi tužteljstvo, drugookrivljeni Bulat i najmanje još jedan nepoznati počinitelj su u večernjim satima 1. travnja 2017. zapalili vikendicu Radovana Ortynskog na kojoj je nastala šteta, veća od 200 tisuća kuna.

Kako je pri paljenju vikendice došlo do eksplozije u kojoj je Bulat teško ozlijeđen, Baković je, po sumnjama tužiteljstva, u suradnji s ostalim okrivljenicima organizirao njegovu evakuaciju s Brača i liječenje u Bosni i Hercegovini i Njemačkoj.

Dvojica prvokrivljenih za palež vikendice bivšeg glavnog državnog odvjetnika Radovana Ortynskog izići će iz pritvora nakon što uplate jamčevinu, u ukupnom iznosu od 4,5 milijuna kuna, odlučio je u ponedjeljak osječki Županijski sud.

Sudsko vijeće prihvatilo je prijedlog obrane, s kojim se suglasio i Uskok, da prvookrivljeni Dragan Baković "Bambur" za izlazak iz pritvora plati jamčevinu od 3,5 milijuna kuna, dok će drugooptuženi Milan Bulat za izlazak na slobodu morati platiti jamčevinu od milijun kuna.

Obrana obojice okrivljenika predložila je da se istražni zatvor, u kojem se nalaze od svibnja 2018., zamjeni blažom mjerom, kojom se može osigurati njihova nazočnost suđenju, uz obećanje okrivljenika da se neće skrivati, niti napuštati prebivalište bez javljanja Sudu.

Prihvaćeni su prijedlozi obrane da se okrivljenicima zabrani napuštanje mjesta prebivališta, uz obavezno javljanje nadležnoj policijskoj postaji svakih sedam dana.

Suđenje u ovome predmetu počelo je u listopadu 2019. godine, a uz Bakovića i Bulata optuženi su i Jasmina Huzanić, Mario Tolić, Zdenko Ivanković i Robert Flačer i Ivo Jerić.

Optužnica Bakovića tereti da je od siječnja 2017. do svibnja 2018., na području Osijeka, Brača, Omiša, Splita, Makarske, Bosne i Hercegovine i Njemačke, u zajedničko djelovanje povezao okrivljenike Bulata i Tolića, okrivljenicu Huzanić te najmanje još jednog nepoznatog počinitelja radi zapaljenja vikendice Radovana Ortynskog, u Postirama na otoku Braču.

Kako bi ostvario plan, Baković je s Bulatom, tvrdi Uskok, dogovorio da zajedno s najmanje još jednim nepoznatim počiniteljem zapale vikendicu te da trećeokrivljena Jasmina Huzanić otputuje s Bulatom na Brač i bude s njim cijelo vrijeme kako bi se, nakon paleža vikendice, što lakše i bez pobuđivanja ikakve sumnje udaljio s Brača, a da četvrtookrivljeni Mario Tolić bude osoba koja će Bakovića izvijestiti o izvršenju nedjela.

Sukladno dogovoru, tvrdi tužteljstvo, drugookrivljeni Bulat i najmanje još jedan nepoznati počinitelj su u večernjim satima 1. travnja 2017. zapalili vikendicu Radovana Ortynskog na kojoj je nastala šteta, veća od 200 tisuća kuna.

Kako je pri paljenju vikendice došlo do eksplozije u kojoj je Bulat teško ozlijeđen, Baković je, po sumnjama tužiteljstva, u suradnji s ostalim okrivljenicima organizirao njegovu evakuaciju s Brača i liječenje u Bosni i Hercegovini i Njemačkoj.

Okrivljenici za palež vikendice Radovana Ortynskog na Braču izlaze iz pritvora nakon što uplate jamčevinu od 4,5 milijuna kuna

Dvojica prvokrivljenih za palež vikendice bivšeg glavnog državnog odvjetnika Radovana Ortynskog izići će iz pritvora nakon što uplate jamčevinu, u ukupnom iznosu od 4,5 milijuna kuna, odlučio je u ponedjeljak osječki Županijski sud.

Sudsko vijeće prihvatilo je prijedlog obrane, s kojim se suglasio i Uskok, da prvookrivljeni Dragan Baković "Bambur" za izlazak iz pritvora plati jamčevinu od 3,5 milijuna kuna, dok će drugooptuženi Milan Bulat za izlazak na slobodu morati platiti jamčevinu od milijun kuna.

Obrana obojice okrivljenika predložila je da se istražni zatvor, u kojem se nalaze od svibnja 2018., zamjeni blažom mjerom, kojom se može osigurati njihova nazočnost suđenju, uz obećanje okrivljenika da se neće skrivati, niti napuštati prebivalište bez javljanja Sudu....
