Orešarov odvjetnik Željko Gulišija potvrdio je kako je odvjetništvo ispitivalo Orešara oko jedan sat isključivo zbog slučaja vezanog uz "Uzor". Dodao je da je Orešar iznio svoju obranu i odbacio optužbe po kojima je oštetio tu tvrtku.

Splitsko-dalmatinska Policijska uprava prošle je godine u svibnju Orešara kazneno prijavila da je kao većinski vlasnik "Uzora" od 2006. do 2011. godine svojoj drugoj tvrtki "Jadrankamenu" , isplatio pozajmicu od 7,9 milijuna kuna bez osiguranja povrata novca.

To je učinio u suradnji s dvojicom članova nadzornog odbora Jadrankamena i bivšim direktorom "Uzora" i "Tekstil Uzora" te prokuristom. Dug je pokriven fiktivnim ugovorima o njegovu preuzimanju.

Dolazak na sud uz 'požrtvovnog' odvjetnika

Bruno Orešar danas je pozvan na na ispitivanje u splitsko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo, javlja Index. Posrnuli tajkun stigao je u pratnji odvjetnika Željka Gulišije, koji ga je kišobranom zaštitio od objektiva.

Na ulazu u splitsku Palaču pravde fotografirali smo ga s leđa jer se kao živi štit pred objektiv postavio njegov požrtvovni branitelj Željko Gulišija. Državno odvjetništvo vodi čitav niz postupaka protiv Orešara zbog kriminalnih radnji u Jadrankamenu i Uzoru, a ubrzo će se morati pozabaviti i Monterom.

Orešarov odvjetnik Željko Gulišija potvrdio je kako je odvjetništvo ispitivalo Orešara oko jedan sat isključivo zbog slučaja vezanog uz "Uzor". Dodao je da je Orešar iznio svoju obranu i odbacio optužbe po kojima je oštetio tu tvrtku.

Splitsko-dalmatinska Policijska uprava prošle je godine u svibnju Orešara kazneno prijavila da je kao većinski vlasnik "Uzora" od 2006. do 2011. godine svojoj drugoj tvrtki "Jadrankamenu" , isplatio pozajmicu od 7,9 milijuna kuna bez osiguranja povrata novca.

To je učinio u suradnji s dvojicom članova nadzornog odbora Jadrankamena i bivšim direktorom "Uzora" i "Tekstil Uzora" te prokuristom. Dug je pokriven fiktivnim ugovorima o njegovu preuzimanju.

Dolazak na sud uz 'požrtvovnog' odvjetnika

Bruno Orešar danas je pozvan na na ispitivanje u splitsko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo, javlja Index. Posrnuli tajkun stigao je u pratnji odvjetnika Željka Gulišije, koji ga je kišobranom zaštitio od objektiva.

Na ulazu u splitsku Palaču pravde fotografirali smo ga s leđa jer se kao živi štit pred objektiv postavio njegov požrtvovni branitelj Željko Gulišija. Državno odvjetništvo vodi čitav niz postupaka protiv Orešara zbog kriminalnih radnji u Jadrankamenu i Uzoru, a ubrzo će se morati pozabaviti i Monterom.
