/ Ja sam onda prokazao na Čulinu, samo da me puste na slobodu, a istražni sudac mi je kasnije rekao da mu nije dovoljno samo ovaj jedan put da sam za Čulinu prenosio paketiće, pa sam rekao da sam četiri puta prenosio jer mi je broj prvi pao na pamet. Da su mi u tom trenutku rekli da sam prenosio paketiće 20 puta, ja bih to bio rekao samo da me puste - kazao je u utorak na Županijskom sudu u Zadru Mladen Jović, koji se zajedno sa Antom Čulinom tereti da su u više navrata, oko 500 grama heroina skrivenog na jednom, prebacio na drugo skriveno mjesto.

Prema optužnici, Čulina je telefonom obavijestio Jovića da ga droga čeka na skrivenom mjestu, nakon čega bi za 300 eura nagrade Jović drogu prebacivao na drugo skriveno mjesto.

Na sličan način plasirano je oko 2 kg heroina za koji je Jović od prvookrivljenog dobio ukupno 1.200 eura.

Ante Čulina je od početka suđenja govorio kako Jović laže, te da se znaju samo iz viđenja. Kao alibi naveo je to da je 31.10.2007. sa prijateljima isplovio na ribe, a vratio se 02.11.2007 što su svjedoci potvrdili.

/ Ja sam onda prokazao na Čulinu, samo da me puste na slobodu, a istražni sudac mi je kasnije rekao da mu nije dovoljno samo ovaj jedan put da sam za Čulinu prenosio paketiće, pa sam rekao da sam četiri puta prenosio jer mi je broj prvi pao na pamet. Da su mi u tom trenutku rekli da sam prenosio paketiće 20 puta, ja bih to bio rekao samo da me puste - kazao je u utorak na Županijskom sudu u Zadru Mladen Jović, koji se zajedno sa Antom Čulinom tereti da su u više navrata, oko 500 grama heroina skrivenog na jednom, prebacio na drugo skriveno mjesto.

Prema optužnici, Čulina je telefonom obavijestio Jovića da ga droga čeka na skrivenom mjestu, nakon čega bi za 300 eura nagrade Jović drogu prebacivao na drugo skriveno mjesto.

Na sličan način plasirano je oko 2 kg heroina za koji je Jović od prvookrivljenog dobio ukupno 1.200 eura.

Ante Čulina je od početka suđenja govorio kako Jović laže, te da se znaju samo iz viđenja. Kao alibi naveo je to da je 31.10.2007. sa prijateljima isplovio na ribe, a vratio se 02.11.2007 što su svjedoci potvrdili.
