Naime, prijeporan je bio iskaz svjedoka, perača automobila, Tihomira Bojića koji je pred ŽDO-om u lipnju 2013. godine, dakle dvije i pol godine nakon događaja, kazao da je tog dana u praonicu u kojoj je tada radio došlo vozilo seat ibiza s dvije muške osobe, jednom mlađom i jače građe, a drugom visočijom i mršavijom.

Detaljno je opisao prljavštine na automobilu te neke ogrebotine koje je uočio pri pranju te je kazao da ga je mršaviji mladić, koji je ostao uz vozilo, požurivao da što prije opere vozilo jer da im se žuri na trajekt.

Svjedok je kazao i da nije prao prtljažnik iako ga je otvorio i da je u njemu bilo nekoliko torbi i ruksak te je pojasnio da se sjeća tog vozila zato jer mu je ubrzo nakon što ga je oprao došla policija i odvela ga na ispitivanje.

Stojanovićev odvjetnik je smatrao da se nakon toliko godina svjedok ne može baš tako detaljno svega sjetiti te da je Bojiću prije davanja iskaza na ŽDO, pročitana bilješka sastavljena u policiji.

Rasprava oko vjerodostojnosti iskaza u ŽDO-u bila je toliko žestoka da je u jednom trenutku predsjednik sudskog vijeća Zoran Kežić upozorio, a potom i s tisuću kuna kaznio odvjetnika Gulišiju zbog toga što "upadicama remeti mir u sudnici i zato jer se nije pokorio predsjedniku vijeća usprkos ranijoj opomeni".

- Je li vam na ŽDO-u prezentirao što ste rekli u policiji? - pitao je Gulišija.

- Da, prezentirano je, djelomično. Je, pitala me, rekla mi je zašto se pozivam, sve što sam kazao je u zapisniku, valjda - odgovorio je zbunjeno svjedok.

- Molim vas da govorite istinu. Što vam je kazano na ŽDO-u i je li vam čitano što ste rekli na policiji? - ponovio je Gulišija.

- Je, djelomićčno, nije mi u cijelosti čitano - opet je odgovorio svjedok na što je zamjenica ŽDO kazala Stojanovićevom odvjetniku da želi iznuditi iskaz svjedoka i da je krajnje neprimjereno što takvim pitanjima dovodi u pitanje zakonitost rada ŽDO-a.

- Mene samo zanima da iman pošteno suđenje, zbunjen sam svime ovime - upao je Stojanović, a sudac mu je odgovorio da ima pošteno suđenje.

- Stojanoviću, ne možemo dlaku iščačkati na 16 dijelova - kazao mu je sudac.

- Ne znam tko vodi suđenje, vi ili ŽDO? - upitao je Stojanović što nije "dobro leglo" Kežiću koji mu je kazao da je malo pretjerao i zamolio ga da mu se tako nešto više ne dogodi.

između Rene Laura, zamjenice ŽDO-a Split i odvjetnika Željka Gulišije obilježila je današnju raspravu u postupku u kojem se Kristijanu Stojanoviću Kikiju sudi za teško ubojstvo Ive Stipetića na Kočinjem Brdu na Klisu početkom prosinca 2010. godine.

Naime, prijeporan je bio iskaz svjedoka, perača automobila, Tihomira Bojića koji je pred ŽDO-om u lipnju 2013. godine, dakle dvije i pol godine nakon događaja, kazao da je tog dana u praonicu u kojoj je tada radio došlo vozilo seat ibiza s dvije muške osobe, jednom mlađom i jače građe, a drugom visočijom i mršavijom.

Detaljno je opisao prljavštine na automobilu te neke ogrebotine koje je uočio pri pranju te je kazao da ga je mršaviji mladić, koji je ostao uz vozilo, požurivao da što prije opere vozilo jer da im se žuri na trajekt.

Svjedok je kazao i da nije prao prtljažnik iako ga je otvorio i da je u njemu bilo nekoliko torbi i ruksak te je pojasnio da se sjeća tog vozila zato jer mu je ubrzo nakon što ga je oprao došla policija i odvela ga na ispitivanje.

Stojanovićev odvjetnik je smatrao da se nakon toliko godina svjedok ne može baš tako detaljno svega sjetiti te da je Bojiću prije davanja iskaza na ŽDO, pročitana bilješka sastavljena u policiji.

Rasprava oko vjerodostojnosti iskaza u ŽDO-u bila je toliko žestoka da je u jednom trenutku predsjednik sudskog vijeća Zoran Kežić upozorio, a potom i s tisuću kuna kaznio odvjetnika Gulišiju zbog toga što "upadicama remeti mir u sudnici i zato jer se nije pokorio predsjedniku vijeća usprkos ranijoj opomeni".

- Je li vam na ŽDO-u prezentirao što ste rekli u policiji? - pitao je Gulišija.

- Da, prezentirano je, djelomično. Je, pitala me, rekla mi je zašto se pozivam, sve što sam kazao je u zapisniku, valjda - odgovorio je zbunjeno svjedok.

- Molim vas da govorite istinu. Što vam je kazano na ŽDO-u i je li vam čitano što ste rekli na policiji? - ponovio je Gulišija.

- Je, djelomićčno, nije mi u cijelosti čitano - opet je odgovorio svjedok na što je zamjenica ŽDO kazala Stojanovićevom odvjetniku da želi iznuditi iskaz svjedoka i da je krajnje neprimjereno što takvim pitanjima dovodi u pitanje zakonitost rada ŽDO-a.

- Mene samo zanima da iman pošteno suđenje, zbunjen sam svime ovime - upao je Stojanović, a sudac mu je odgovorio da ima pošteno suđenje.

- Stojanoviću, ne možemo dlaku iščačkati na 16 dijelova - kazao mu je sudac.

- Ne znam tko vodi suđenje, vi ili ŽDO? - upitao je Stojanović što nije "dobro leglo" Kežiću koji mu je kazao da je malo pretjerao i zamolio ga da mu se tako nešto više ne dogodi.
