Protiv blagajnika Doma za ovisnike Zajednice Susret u Cisti Velikoj podignuta je optužnica zbog pronevjere 18.000 kuna, a tijekom istražnog postupka je svjedočila njihova utemeljiteljica Bernardica Juretić Rožman. Također su kao dokaz pregledane poruke putem između nje i blagajnika koje su razmjenjivali putem WhatsApp aplikacije.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo za 49-godišnjaka iz Splita traži pola godine uvjetnog zatvora uz rok kušnje od dvije godine. Optužnica ga tereti da je početkom srpnja prošle godine u Domu za ovisnike Zajednice Susret Split, podružnice u Cisti Velikoj, iz sefa uzeo ukupno 18.104 kuna.

Kako je 49-godišnjak bio zaposlen na radnom mjestu asistenta i blagajnika imao je ključeve sefa.Upravo ta okolnost da je ukrao vrijednost koja mu je bila povjerena na radu, koštala ga je prijave za pronevjeru, a ne za krađu.

U svojoj obrani je optuženi blagajnik, inače po zanimanju suradnik u kulturno znanstvenim ustanovama, priznao da je ukrao novac.

- Uzeo sam 1.600 eura koji su pripadali jednom od korisnika Zajednice, ali od novca u kunama za sebe nisam uzeo ništa. Dio sam posudio jednoj od zaposlenici, i to 500 po nagovoru koordinatorice. Spreman sam nadoknaditi štetu čim budem u mogućnosti. Prodaji jedno zemljište u obitelji te ću od tog novca vratiti dug Zajednici - izjavio je.

Njegovu obranu potvrdili su svjedoci, a osim njih je ispitana i Bernardica Juretić Rožman kao zakonski zastupnik Zajednice te je postavila je imovinsko pravni zahtjev. Izjavila je kako od blagajnika traži da vrati iznos od 18.104 kuna te da je od ukupnog manjka odbijeno 500 kuna koje je posudio jednoj od zaposlenica, budući da je taj novac ona vratila u blagajnu Zajednice.

Pregledana je obimna dokumentacija među kojom ugovor o radu između blagajnika i Doma za odrasle osobe ovisnike o alkoholu, drogama, kockanju i drugim oblicima ovisnosti Zajednica Susret te sporazumni raskid istog ugovora nakon nestanka novca. Nadalje je pregledan preslik komunikacije porukama putem WhatsAppa između njega i Bernardice Juretić Rožman te njega i uposlenice Doma kojoj je posudio novac.

Pribavljena je i njegova i kaznena i prekršajna evidencija koja je također svrstana među dokaze. Državno odvjetništvo je nakon prikupljenih svih navedenih dokaza podiglo optužnicu te traži od Općinskog suda u Splitu da se izda kazneni nalog kojim će 49-godišnjaka proglasiti krivim i kazniti ga uvjetnim zatvorom.

Ako 49-godišnjak odbije priznati krivnju, traže da se održi suđenje na kojem će ga se osuditi na istu kaznu od šest mjeseci uvjetnog zatvora, ali na duži rok kušnje od tri godine. Osim toga trebao bi podmitriti 500 kuna troškova kaznenog postupka.

Protiv blagajnika Doma za ovisnike Zajednice Susret u Cisti Velikoj podignuta je optužnica zbog pronevjere 18.000 kuna, a tijekom istražnog postupka je svjedočila njihova utemeljiteljica Bernardica Juretić Rožman. Također su kao dokaz pregledane poruke putem između nje i blagajnika koje su razmjenjivali putem WhatsApp aplikacije.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo za 49-godišnjaka iz Splita traži pola godine uvjetnog zatvora uz rok kušnje od dvije godine. Optužnica ga tereti da je početkom srpnja prošle godine u Domu za ovisnike Zajednice Susret Split, podružnice u Cisti Velikoj, iz sefa uzeo ukupno 18.104 kuna.

Kako je 49-godišnjak bio zaposlen na radnom mjestu asistenta i blagajnika imao je ključeve sefa.Upravo ta okolnost da je ukrao vrijednost koja mu je bila povjerena na radu, koštala ga je prijave za pronevjeru, a ne za krađu.

U svojoj obrani je optuženi blagajnik, inače po zanimanju suradnik u kulturno znanstvenim ustanovama, priznao da je ukrao novac.

- Uzeo sam 1.600 eura koji su pripadali jednom od korisnika Zajednice, ali od novca u kunama za sebe nisam uzeo ništa. Dio sam posudio jednoj od zaposlenici, i to 500 po nagovoru koordinatorice. Spreman sam nadoknaditi štetu čim budem u mogućnosti. Prodaji jedno zemljište u obitelji te ću od tog novca vratiti dug Zajednici - izjavio je.

Njegovu obranu potvrdili su svjedoci, a osim njih je ispitana i Bernardica Juretić Rožman kao zakonski zastupnik Zajednice te je postavila je imovinsko pravni zahtjev. Izjavila je kako od blagajnika traži da vrati iznos od 18.104 kuna te da je od ukupnog manjka odbijeno 500 kuna koje je posudio jednoj od zaposlenica, budući da je taj novac ona vratila u blagajnu Zajednice.

Pregledana je obimna dokumentacija među kojom ugovor o radu između blagajnika i Doma za odrasle osobe ovisnike o alkoholu, drogama, kockanju i drugim oblicima ovisnosti Zajednica Susret te sporazumni raskid istog ugovora nakon nestanka novca. Nadalje je pregledan preslik komunikacije porukama putem WhatsAppa između njega i Bernardice Juretić Rožman te njega i uposlenice Doma kojoj je posudio novac.

Pribavljena je i njegova i kaznena i prekršajna evidencija koja je također svrstana među dokaze. Državno odvjetništvo je nakon prikupljenih svih navedenih dokaza podiglo optužnicu te traži od Općinskog suda u Splitu da se izda kazneni nalog kojim će 49-godišnjaka proglasiti krivim i kazniti ga uvjetnim zatvorom.

Ako 49-godišnjak odbije priznati krivnju, traže da se održi suđenje na kojem će ga se osuditi na istu kaznu od šest mjeseci uvjetnog zatvora, ali na duži rok kušnje od tri godine. Osim toga trebao bi podmitriti 500 kuna troškova kaznenog postupka.

Krao novac od liječenih narkomana: bivša sestra Bernardica svjedočila protiv blagajnika koji je uzimao novac iz sefa u Domu za ovisnike

Protiv blagajnika Doma za ovisnike Zajednice Susret u Cisti Velikoj podignuta je optužnica zbog pronevjere 18.000 kuna, a tijekom istražnog postupka je svjedočila njihova utemeljiteljica Bernardica Juretić Rožman. Također su kao dokaz pregledane poruke putem između nje i blagajnika koje su razmjenjivali putem WhatsApp aplikacije.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo za 49-godišnjaka iz Splita traži pola godine uvjetnog zatvora uz rok kušnje od dvije godine. Optužnica ga tereti da je početkom srpnja prošle godine u Domu za ovisnike Zajednice Susret Split, podružnice u Cisti Velikoj, iz sefa uzeo ukupno 18.104 kuna.
