U sklopu USKOK-ove istrage u kojoj su uhićeni poznati splitski građevinski poduzetnik Zvonko Kotarac i još 11 osoba, sudac istrage splitskog Županijskog suda u četvrtak je, na zahtjev USKOK-a, blokirao brojne nekretnine Kotarčeve tvrtke "Dal Kon ing" te nekretnine Maria Jukića, vlasnika trgovine "Mister Mot" koji je također jedan od uhićenih.

Dakle, privremenom mjerom radi osiguranja oduzimanja imovinske koristi Kotarcu odnosno njegovoj firmi blokirano je više stanova i garažnih mjesta u ulici Put Žnjana, odnosno šest stanova ukupne površine 341 četvorni metar, tri poslovna prostora  površine 162 četvorna metra, dva apartmana ukupne površine oko 84 kvadrata te jedanaest garažnih mjesta ukupne površine 161 četvorni metar. Uz to je blokirano i raspolaganje sa svim pripadajućim dijelovima tih nekretnina, a to se odnosi na vrtove, vanjska parkirališna mjesta i slično.

Obzirom da su tri stana ukupne površine od 165 četvornih metara, poslovni prostor od 53 kvadrata i pet garažnih mjesta površine 70 četvornih metara opterećeni založnim pravima u korist BKS bank AG iz Klagenfurta u iznosu od 63 tisuće eura te OTP banke u iznosu od 205 tisuća eura, sud je ocijenio da je zahtjev za blokiranje nešto veće površine od one koja se u rješenju o istrazi navodi kao protupravno stečena, a radi se o oko 70 kvadrata, razmjerna i opravdana.

Podsjetimo, USKOK smatra da su Kotarac odnosno njegove tvrtke povećanjem stambenog prostora od 676 četvornih metara, a obzirom na cijenu od oko tri tisuće eura po kvadratu, došli do najmanje dva milijuna i 28 tisuća eura protuzakonite koristi.

Nadalje, splitski je Županijski sud blokirao i imovinu Maria Jukića odnosno nekretnine njegove tvrtke "MOT d.o.o." i to etažne dijelove zgrade na Mejama. Sumnja se da je Jukić izgradio 422 četvorna metra više čime je, obzirom na prosječnu cijenu od oko tri tisuće eura po kvadratu u tom dijelu grada, došao do protuzakonite koristi od najmanje milijun i 266 tisuća eura.

Sud je na zahtjev USKOK-a odredio privremene mjere osiguranja na dva stana ukupne površine 196 četvornih metara te na pet parkirnih mjesta površine 65 četvornih metara s pripadajućim dijelovima. Sve se to nalazi u ulici Blaža Trogiranina u Splitu. Sud je blokirao desetak kvadrata više od površine za koju se smatra da je nezakonito povećana, no to je ocijenjeno razmjernim i opravdanim.

Rješenja o blokadi imovine Kotarca i Jukića odnosno njihovih tvrtki odmah je dostavljeno i Zemljišnoknjižnom odjelu Općinskog suda u Splitu kako bi se upisala zabilježba zabrane opterećenja i otuđenja nekretnina.

U sklopu USKOK-ove istrage u kojoj su uhićeni poznati splitski građevinski poduzetnik Zvonko Kotarac i još 11 osoba, sudac istrage splitskog Županijskog suda u četvrtak je, na zahtjev USKOK-a, blokirao brojne nekretnine Kotarčeve tvrtke "Dal Kon ing" te nekretnine Maria Jukića, vlasnika trgovine "Mister Mot" koji je također jedan od uhićenih.

Dakle, privremenom mjerom radi osiguranja oduzimanja imovinske koristi Kotarcu odnosno njegovoj firmi blokirano je više stanova i garažnih mjesta u ulici Put Žnjana, odnosno šest stanova ukupne površine 341 četvorni metar, tri poslovna prostora  površine 162 četvorna metra, dva apartmana ukupne površine oko 84 kvadrata te jedanaest garažnih mjesta ukupne površine 161 četvorni metar. Uz to je blokirano i raspolaganje sa svim pripadajućim dijelovima tih nekretnina, a to se odnosi na vrtove, vanjska parkirališna mjesta i slično.

Obzirom da su tri stana ukupne površine od 165 četvornih metara, poslovni prostor od 53 kvadrata i pet garažnih mjesta površine 70 četvornih metara opterećeni založnim pravima u korist BKS bank AG iz Klagenfurta u iznosu od 63 tisuće eura te OTP banke u iznosu od 205 tisuća eura, sud je ocijenio da je zahtjev za blokiranje nešto veće površine od one koja se u rješenju o istrazi navodi kao protupravno stečena, a radi se o oko 70 kvadrata, razmjerna i opravdana.

Podsjetimo, USKOK smatra da su Kotarac odnosno njegove tvrtke povećanjem stambenog prostora od 676 četvornih metara, a obzirom na cijenu od oko tri tisuće eura po kvadratu, došli do najmanje dva milijuna i 28 tisuća eura protuzakonite koristi.

Nadalje, splitski je Županijski sud blokirao i imovinu Maria Jukića odnosno nekretnine njegove tvrtke "MOT d.o.o." i to etažne dijelove zgrade na Mejama. Sumnja se da je Jukić izgradio 422 četvorna metra više čime je, obzirom na prosječnu cijenu od oko tri tisuće eura po kvadratu u tom dijelu grada, došao do protuzakonite koristi od najmanje milijun i 266 tisuća eura.

Sud je na zahtjev USKOK-a odredio privremene mjere osiguranja na dva stana ukupne površine 196 četvornih metara te na pet parkirnih mjesta površine 65 četvornih metara s pripadajućim dijelovima. Sve se to nalazi u ulici Blaža Trogiranina u Splitu. Sud je blokirao desetak kvadrata više od površine za koju se smatra da je nezakonito povećana, no to je ocijenjeno razmjernim i opravdanim.

Rješenja o blokadi imovine Kotarca i Jukića odnosno njihovih tvrtki odmah je dostavljeno i Zemljišnoknjižnom odjelu Općinskog suda u Splitu kako bi se upisala zabilježba zabrane opterećenja i otuđenja nekretnina.

U sklopu USKOK-ove istrage u kojoj su uhićeni poznati splitski građevinski poduzetnik Zvonko Kotarac i još 11 osoba, sudac istrage splitskog Županijskog suda u četvrtak je, na zahtjev USKOK-a, blokirao brojne nekretnine Kotarčeve tvrtke "Dal Kon ing" te nekretnine Maria Jukića, vlasnika trgovine "Mister Mot" koji je također jedan od uhićenih.

Dakle, privremenom mjerom radi osiguranja oduzimanja imovinske koristi Kotarcu odnosno njegovoj firmi blokirano je više stanova i garažnih mjesta u ulici Put Žnjana, odnosno šest stanova ukupne površine 341 četvorni metar, tri poslovna prostora  površine 162 četvorna metra, dva apartmana ukupne površine oko 84 kvadrata te jedanaest garažnih mjesta ukupne površine 161 četvorni metar.
