Kapetan iz Splita osuđen na zatvorsku kaznu zbog prijetnji bivšoj supruzi i ozljeđivanja pravosudnog policajca u sudnici Općinskog suda na Dračevcu u međuvremenu je završio kao lice s tjeralice. Osim zbog opisanog izgreda, koji se dogodio u rujnu 2019. godine, nad njim se na istom sudu vode još dva postupka kaznenog djela prijetnje: supruzi i odvjetnici koja je zastupala dok je treći pravomoćno okončan osuđujućom presudom.
Zbog svega toga je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo za njega zatražilo istražni zatvor što je prihvaćeno. Kako se nije javio sudu, a policija ga nije našla na adresi stanovanja za njim je raspisana tjeralica.
Prijave i optužnice 48-godišnji pomorac je nakupio tijekom postupka razvoda od supruge s kojom ima maloljetnu djecu. Kada je raspad njihovog odnosa započeo bio je kapetan s primanjima većim od 100.000 kuna mjesečno, a u međuvremenu je ostao nezaposlen i pod ovrhom zbog neplaćanja uzdržavanja za djecu.
Deset mjeseci na Bilicama
Prvo je tijekom 2018. i 2019. godine prekršajno osuđen zbog nasilja u obitelji na štetu bivše supruge. Zatim je 2019. godine na Općinskom sudu u Splitu osuđen zbog nasilja u obitelji na štetu supruge i povredu djetetovih prava na dvije godine zatvora.
Tijekom tog postupka je u sudnici počinio još dva nedjela. Prijetio je tadašnjoj supruzi i vrijeđao je: “da mu želi uzeti imovinu, da nije vidio djecu dvije godine, da ona živi u stanu koji je on kupio, da je u intimnoj vezi s policajcem, da drugi uzimaju njegove trude”.
Kada su intervenirali pravosudni policajci prilikom naguravanja nanio je jednom od njih lakše tjelesne ozlijede za koji je kasnije službena osoba kazala kako mu to optuženik nije napravio namjerno. Za taj izgred je nepravomoćno osuđen na godinu i dva mjeseca zatvora na istom sudu.
Tijekom tog postupka je proveo deset mjeseci u istražnom zatvoru na splitskim Bilicama. U međuvremenu je Županijski sud u Zagrebu prvu presudu splitskog suda od dvije godine zatvora preinačio na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od godine dana uz rok kušnje od tri godine.
Za to vrijeme splitsko tužiteljstvo je protiv njega podiglo još dvije optužnice. Jednu zbog prijetnji odvjetnici koja mu je zastupala suprugu, za što suđenje kreće krajem ovog mjeseca, te drugu za prijetnje supruzi.
Nadzor treće osobe
Taj optužni akt ga tereti da je krajem listopada prošle godine nazvao odvjetnicu svoje supruge i žalio se kako ne viđa dijete. Kada mu je ona kazala da mora poštivati odluku suda o viđanju on je rekao da će dati 100.000 eura da mu netko ubije suprugu, stoji u optužnici.
U svojoj obrani na državnom odvjetništvu pomorac je izjavio:
- Svoju suprugu nisam vidio dvije godine i s njom sam sve riješio. Sporna je odluka suda prema kojoj mogu viđati djecu dva puta mjesečno po pola sata uz nadzor treće osobe. S tom se odlukom nisam složio. Odvjetnicu od supruge sam nazvao kako bih pokušao dobiti sat vremena više s djecom. Ona mi je kazala da joj je žao, ali “da je žena tako odlučila” na što sam se ja uzbudio.
Nisam rekao da ću ubiti ženu nego da bih ubio pokojnu mater koja me prije šest godina nagovorila na mirenje sa suprugom. Možda me odvjetnica krivo shvatila. Ja jesam malo impulzivan i sada se ne mogu sjetiti svega, ali možda jesam rekao nešto što nisam trebao - pojasnio je.
Odvjetnica i bivša supruga su također svjedočile te su ga obje teretile, jedna da je iznio prijetnje i druga da je osjetila strah za svoj život kada joj je odvjetnica prenijela prijetnje. Unatoč pomorčevoj obrani i negiranju, optužnica je postala pravomoćna.
Kako je prihvaćen zahtjev tužiteljstva da se pomorac smjesti u istražni zatvor čemu se nije odazvao 48-godišnji kapetan je postao bjegunac pred zakonom.

Kapetan iz Splita osuđen na zatvorsku kaznu zbog prijetnji bivšoj supruzi i ozljeđivanja pravosudnog policajca u sudnici Općinskog suda na Dračevcu u međuvremenu je završio kao lice s tjeralice. Osim zbog opisanog izgreda, koji se dogodio u rujnu 2019. godine, nad njim se na istom sudu vode još dva postupka kaznenog djela prijetnje: supruzi i odvjetnici koja je zastupala dok je treći pravomoćno okončan osuđujućom presudom.
Zbog svega toga je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo za njega zatražilo istražni zatvor što je prihvaćeno. Kako se nije javio sudu, a policija ga nije našla na adresi stanovanja za njim je raspisana tjeralica.
Prijave i optužnice 48-godišnji pomorac je nakupio tijekom postupka razvoda od supruge s kojom ima maloljetnu djecu. Kada je raspad njihovog odnosa započeo bio je kapetan s primanjima većim od 100.000 kuna mjesečno, a u međuvremenu je ostao nezaposlen i pod ovrhom zbog neplaćanja uzdržavanja za djecu.
Deset mjeseci na Bilicama
Prvo je tijekom 2018. i 2019. godine prekršajno osuđen zbog nasilja u obitelji na štetu bivše supruge. Zatim je 2019. godine na Općinskom sudu u Splitu osuđen zbog nasilja u obitelji na štetu supruge i povredu djetetovih prava na dvije godine zatvora.
Tijekom tog postupka je u sudnici počinio još dva nedjela. Prijetio je tadašnjoj supruzi i vrijeđao je: “da mu želi uzeti imovinu, da nije vidio djecu dvije godine, da ona živi u stanu koji je on kupio, da je u intimnoj vezi s policajcem, da drugi uzimaju njegove trude”.
Kada su intervenirali pravosudni policajci prilikom naguravanja nanio je jednom od njih lakše tjelesne ozlijede za koji je kasnije službena osoba kazala kako mu to optuženik nije napravio namjerno. Za taj izgred je nepravomoćno osuđen na godinu i dva mjeseca zatvora na istom sudu.
Tijekom tog postupka je proveo deset mjeseci u istražnom zatvoru na splitskim Bilicama. U međuvremenu je Županijski sud u Zagrebu prvu presudu splitskog suda od dvije godine zatvora preinačio na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od godine dana uz rok kušnje od tri godine.
Za to vrijeme splitsko tužiteljstvo je protiv njega podiglo još dvije optužnice. Jednu zbog prijetnji odvjetnici koja mu je zastupala suprugu, za što suđenje kreće krajem ovog mjeseca, te drugu za prijetnje supruzi.
Nadzor treće osobe
Taj optužni akt ga tereti da je krajem listopada prošle godine nazvao odvjetnicu svoje supruge i žalio se kako ne viđa dijete. Kada mu je ona kazala da mora poštivati odluku suda o viđanju on je rekao da će dati 100.000 eura da mu netko ubije suprugu, stoji u optužnici.
U svojoj obrani na državnom odvjetništvu pomorac je izjavio:
- Svoju suprugu nisam vidio dvije godine i s njom sam sve riješio. Sporna je odluka suda prema kojoj mogu viđati djecu dva puta mjesečno po pola sata uz nadzor treće osobe. S tom se odlukom nisam složio. Odvjetnicu od supruge sam nazvao kako bih pokušao dobiti sat vremena više s djecom. Ona mi je kazala da joj je žao, ali “da je žena tako odlučila” na što sam se ja uzbudio.
Nisam rekao da ću ubiti ženu nego da bih ubio pokojnu mater koja me prije šest godina nagovorila na mirenje sa suprugom. Možda me odvjetnica krivo shvatila. Ja jesam malo impulzivan i sada se ne mogu sjetiti svega, ali možda jesam rekao nešto što nisam trebao - pojasnio je.
Odvjetnica i bivša supruga su također svjedočile te su ga obje teretile, jedna da je iznio prijetnje i druga da je osjetila strah za svoj život kada joj je odvjetnica prenijela prijetnje. Unatoč pomorčevoj obrani i negiranju, optužnica je postala pravomoćna.
Kako je prihvaćen zahtjev tužiteljstva da se pomorac smjesti u istražni zatvor čemu se nije odazvao 48-godišnji kapetan je postao bjegunac pred zakonom.
