Godinu i pol dana nakon što je splitska policija dovršila svoju obradu protiv Tomislava Božića, bivšeg direktora poslovnice Partner banke u Splitu, i Jasmine Bilonić, javnosti najpoznatije po tome što je osuđena za poticanje na zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti fra Šime Nimca, splitsko je tužiteljstvo i službeno pokrenulo istragu u ovom slučaju.
Božića će istraživati zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, a bankaricu za poticanje na zlouporabu.
Osnovano se sumnja da je Božić odobrio nekadašnjoj VIP bankarici Bilonić isplatu kamata od oko 347 tisuća kuna s njezina računa u toj banci, iako je on bio blokiran sudskim rješenjem od 29. listopada 2012. godine.
Privremena mjera
Na tom je računu u Partner banci bilo dva i pol milijuna kuna, a bio je blokiran jer je postojala sumnja da je to dio od 9,8 milijuna kuna od prodaje crkvenog zemljišta u Baškoj Vodi, a koje je fra Nimac prebacio na svoj račun s računa župe. On je zbog toga bio osuđen na dvije godine zatvora, a Bilonić zbog poticanja na godinu i devet mjeseci zatvora. No, Vrhovni sud je početkom ove godine ukinuo presudu i naložio novo suđenje.
Sumnja se da je Božić od 14. lipnja 2013. do 1. ožujka 2016. godine omogućio isplatu kamata i sklapanje novih ugovora o rentnoj štednji iako je to bilo u suprotnosti s pravilima banke koja zabranjuju promet sredstvima koja su blokirana privremenom mjerom.
Sumnja se i da je doveo u zabludu druge odgovorne osobe banke (Petra Repušića, predsjednika Uprave – op.a.) predloživši Jasminu Bilonić kao ulagača u dopunski kapital banke, sukladno čemu je iz depozita od 2,5 milijuna kuna 47-godišnjakinja uložila iznos od 700 tisuća kuna, a sve unatoč sudskoj zabrani. Taj je, pak, iznos isplaćen temeljem naloga za kratkotrajnu deblokadu blokiranog računa 28. kolovoza 2015. godine, a koji je izdao Božić. Na osnovi tog statusa ulagača, bankarica je dobila privilegiran status u banci i mogla je ugovoriti povoljnije kamate po oročenoj štednji. Dakle, protivno privremenoj mjeri Božić je, po dogovoru s Bilonić, u 24 navrata izdao nalog za kratkotrajnu deblokadu računa te joj je, kao neosnovana kamata, isplaćeno ukupno 347 tisuća kuna.
Negirao krivnju
Afera zbog koje će se fra Šimi Nimcu i Jasmini Bilonić ponovno suditi “pukla” je sredinom 2012. godine. Fratra i bankaricu teretilo se da su bez odobrenja crkvenih vlasti za 9,8 milijuna kuna prodali crkveno zemljište u Baškoj Vodi, a novac zadržali za sebe umjesto da ga je fra Šime dao Crkvi. Veći dio novca od prodaje zemljišta je “ispario”, a jedino je nađeno upravo ovih blokiranih 2,5 milijuna kuna u Partner banci. Ostatkom su kupili jahtu, luksuzni automobil i naposljetku zatvorili stara dugovanja prema bankama.
Fra Nimac je tijekom cijelog procesa negirao krivnju, tvrdeći kako mu je Marin Barišić, tadašnji nadbiskup Franjevačke provincije Presvetog Otkupitelja, dao suglasnost za kupnju zemljišta. No, sudac Slavko Lozina koji je vodio prvo suđenje nije Barišića ispitao kao svjedoka već je umjesto toga pročitao nadbiskupov dopis:
– Molim vas da mi ne dostavljate pozive za rasprave za ovaj predmet zbog velikih obveza koje imam, a o samom predmetu raspravljanja nemam saznanja. Sve što znam o tome sam nažalost saznao iz medija i poslije od generalnog vikara Nadbiskupije don Ivana Ćubelića i franjevačkog provincijala fra Joška Kodžomana. Nikome nikad nisam dao odobrenje za prodaju crkvene zemlje, pa niti ove koju je prodao fra Šime – pisalo je u dopisu. Lozina nakon toga nije inzistirao na njegovu dolasku na sud, no u ponovljenom suđenju se očekuje da bi nadbiskup ipak trebao sjesti na klupu za svjedoke.
Zanimljivo je i da je lokalni makarski portal nedavno objavio da posjeduje originalnu dokumentaciju koja dokazuje da je fra Šime Nimac o namjeri prodaje zemljišta, a u svrhu proširenja postojeće ili izgradnju nove crkve u Baškoj Vodi, obavijestio svoje nadređene i u Splitsko-makarskoj nadbiskupiji i u Franjevačkoj provinciji Presvetog Otkupitelja u Splitu.
Sve ovo ukazuje da nas uskoro očekuju nove zanimljive epizode pravosudne trakavice u kojoj glavne uloge imaju fra Šime i Jasmina Bilonić, a evo jedna od glavnih sporednih uloga pripala je i Tomislavu Božiću.

Godinu i pol dana nakon što je splitska policija dovršila svoju obradu protiv Tomislava Božića, bivšeg direktora poslovnice Partner banke u Splitu, i Jasmine Bilonić, javnosti najpoznatije po tome što je osuđena za poticanje na zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti fra Šime Nimca, splitsko je tužiteljstvo i službeno pokrenulo istragu u ovom slučaju.
Božića će istraživati zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, a bankaricu za poticanje na zlouporabu.
Osnovano se sumnja da je Božić odobrio nekadašnjoj VIP bankarici Bilonić isplatu kamata od oko 347 tisuća kuna s njezina računa u toj banci, iako je on bio blokiran sudskim rješenjem od 29. listopada 2012. godine.
Privremena mjera
Na tom je računu u Partner banci bilo dva i pol milijuna kuna, a bio je blokiran jer je postojala sumnja da je to dio od 9,8 milijuna kuna od prodaje crkvenog zemljišta u Baškoj Vodi, a koje je fra Nimac prebacio na svoj račun s računa župe. On je zbog toga bio osuđen na dvije godine zatvora, a Bilonić zbog poticanja na godinu i devet mjeseci zatvora. No, Vrhovni sud je početkom ove godine ukinuo presudu i naložio novo suđenje.
Sumnja se da je Božić od 14. lipnja 2013. do 1. ožujka 2016. godine omogućio isplatu kamata i sklapanje novih ugovora o rentnoj štednji iako je to bilo u suprotnosti s pravilima banke koja zabranjuju promet sredstvima koja su blokirana privremenom mjerom.
Sumnja se i da je doveo u zabludu druge odgovorne osobe banke (Petra Repušića, predsjednika Uprave – op.a.) predloživši Jasminu Bilonić kao ulagača u dopunski kapital banke, sukladno čemu je iz depozita od 2,5 milijuna kuna 47-godišnjakinja uložila iznos od 700 tisuća kuna, a sve unatoč sudskoj zabrani. Taj je, pak, iznos isplaćen temeljem naloga za kratkotrajnu deblokadu blokiranog računa 28. kolovoza 2015. godine, a koji je izdao Božić. Na osnovi tog statusa ulagača, bankarica je dobila privilegiran status u banci i mogla je ugovoriti povoljnije kamate po oročenoj štednji. Dakle, protivno privremenoj mjeri Božić je, po dogovoru s Bilonić, u 24 navrata izdao nalog za kratkotrajnu deblokadu računa te joj je, kao neosnovana kamata, isplaćeno ukupno 347 tisuća kuna.
Negirao krivnju
Afera zbog koje će se fra Šimi Nimcu i Jasmini Bilonić ponovno suditi “pukla” je sredinom 2012. godine. Fratra i bankaricu teretilo se da su bez odobrenja crkvenih vlasti za 9,8 milijuna kuna prodali crkveno zemljište u Baškoj Vodi, a novac zadržali za sebe umjesto da ga je fra Šime dao Crkvi. Veći dio novca od prodaje zemljišta je “ispario”, a jedino je nađeno upravo ovih blokiranih 2,5 milijuna kuna u Partner banci. Ostatkom su kupili jahtu, luksuzni automobil i naposljetku zatvorili stara dugovanja prema bankama.
Fra Nimac je tijekom cijelog procesa negirao krivnju, tvrdeći kako mu je Marin Barišić, tadašnji nadbiskup Franjevačke provincije Presvetog Otkupitelja, dao suglasnost za kupnju zemljišta. No, sudac Slavko Lozina koji je vodio prvo suđenje nije Barišića ispitao kao svjedoka već je umjesto toga pročitao nadbiskupov dopis:
– Molim vas da mi ne dostavljate pozive za rasprave za ovaj predmet zbog velikih obveza koje imam, a o samom predmetu raspravljanja nemam saznanja. Sve što znam o tome sam nažalost saznao iz medija i poslije od generalnog vikara Nadbiskupije don Ivana Ćubelića i franjevačkog provincijala fra Joška Kodžomana. Nikome nikad nisam dao odobrenje za prodaju crkvene zemlje, pa niti ove koju je prodao fra Šime – pisalo je u dopisu. Lozina nakon toga nije inzistirao na njegovu dolasku na sud, no u ponovljenom suđenju se očekuje da bi nadbiskup ipak trebao sjesti na klupu za svjedoke.
Zanimljivo je i da je lokalni makarski portal nedavno objavio da posjeduje originalnu dokumentaciju koja dokazuje da je fra Šime Nimac o namjeri prodaje zemljišta, a u svrhu proširenja postojeće ili izgradnju nove crkve u Baškoj Vodi, obavijestio svoje nadređene i u Splitsko-makarskoj nadbiskupiji i u Franjevačkoj provinciji Presvetog Otkupitelja u Splitu.
Sve ovo ukazuje da nas uskoro očekuju nove zanimljive epizode pravosudne trakavice u kojoj glavne uloge imaju fra Šime i Jasmina Bilonić, a evo jedna od glavnih sporednih uloga pripala je i Tomislavu Božiću.
