Dok je 13-godišnja djevojčica bezbrižno po danu ulazila u stubište jedne zgrade u novozagrebačkom naselju Trnsko, zaskočio ju je manijak kako bi nad njom bludničio. Odiozan čin seksualnog uznemiravanja školarke od 29. svibnja ove godine, a koji su snimile nadzorne kamere u stubištu zgrade, odmah je dospio pod lupu policije koja je na kraju uspjela ući u trag razvratniku, piše Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o S. F. (33), rođenom Osječaninu sa zagrebačkom adresom, koji je stisnut dokazima u tužiteljstvu, koje je protiv njega nedavno podignulo optužnicu, priznao gnjusni čin spolne zlouporabe djeteta mlađeg od 15 godina.

Na početku se, doznajemo, branio šutnjom, ali je s odmakom vremena, boraveći iza rešetaka, odlučio sve priznati.

- Ne znam zašto je do toga došlo. U to vrijeme sam intenzivno konzumirao marihuanu, a nakon toga sam prestao. Sad mi je jako žao i obećajem da takvo što više nikad ne bih učinio. Inače i sam imam dvije kćerkice školarke - posuo se pepelom pred tužiteljima prokazani bludnik ističući da unazad dvije godine živi s jednom 21-godišnjakinjom.

Prema optužnici, 33-godišnjak je 29. svibnja u 16,50 sati u jednom ulazu zgrade u Trnskom, s ciljem zadovoljenja svog spolnog nagona, uhvatio maloljetnicu koja je prolazila pokraj njega desnom rukom za stražnjicu. Ona je počela prestravljeno trčati gore po stepenicama, ali ju je on sustigao uhvativši je rukama s leđa.

Potom ju je tako preko odjeće dirao u predjelu spolovila, stražnjice, trbuha i bedara. Užasnuta maloljetnica pokušala se othrvati i usput vikati da je pusti pa se manijak trčeći udaljio iz ulaza zgrade kroz park u nepoznato. Zbog svega 33-godišnjaku prijeti od jedne do osam godina zatvora.

Dok je 13-godišnja djevojčica bezbrižno po danu ulazila u stubište jedne zgrade u novozagrebačkom naselju Trnsko, zaskočio ju je manijak kako bi nad njom bludničio. Odiozan čin seksualnog uznemiravanja školarke od 29. svibnja ove godine, a koji su snimile nadzorne kamere u stubištu zgrade, odmah je dospio pod lupu policije koja je na kraju uspjela ući u trag razvratniku, piše Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o S. F. (33), rođenom Osječaninu sa zagrebačkom adresom, koji je stisnut dokazima u tužiteljstvu, koje je protiv njega nedavno podignulo optužnicu, priznao gnjusni čin spolne zlouporabe djeteta mlađeg od 15 godina.

Na početku se, doznajemo, branio šutnjom, ali je s odmakom vremena, boraveći iza rešetaka, odlučio sve priznati.

- Ne znam zašto je do toga došlo. U to vrijeme sam intenzivno konzumirao marihuanu, a nakon toga sam prestao. Sad mi je jako žao i obećajem da takvo što više nikad ne bih učinio. Inače i sam imam dvije kćerkice školarke - posuo se pepelom pred tužiteljima prokazani bludnik ističući da unazad dvije godine živi s jednom 21-godišnjakinjom.

Prema optužnici, 33-godišnjak je 29. svibnja u 16,50 sati u jednom ulazu zgrade u Trnskom, s ciljem zadovoljenja svog spolnog nagona, uhvatio maloljetnicu koja je prolazila pokraj njega desnom rukom za stražnjicu. Ona je počela prestravljeno trčati gore po stepenicama, ali ju je on sustigao uhvativši je rukama s leđa.

Potom ju je tako preko odjeće dirao u predjelu spolovila, stražnjice, trbuha i bedara. Užasnuta maloljetnica pokušala se othrvati i usput vikati da je pusti pa se manijak trčeći udaljio iz ulaza zgrade kroz park u nepoznato. Zbog svega 33-godišnjaku prijeti od jedne do osam godina zatvora.

Dok je 13-godišnja djevojčica bezbrižno po danu ulazila u stubište jedne zgrade u novozagrebačkom naselju Trnsko, zaskočio ju je manijak kako bi nad njom bludničio. Odiozan čin seksualnog uznemiravanja školarke od 29. svibnja ove godine, a koji su snimile nadzorne kamere u stubištu zgrade, odmah je dospio pod lupu policije koja je na kraju uspjela ući u trag razvratniku, piše Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o S. F. (33), rođenom Osječaninu sa zagrebačkom adresom, koji je stisnut dokazima u tužiteljstvu, koje je protiv njega nedavno podignulo optužnicu, priznao gnjusni čin spolne zlouporabe djeteta mlađeg od 15 godina.

Na početku se, doznajemo, branio šutnjom, ali je s odmakom vremena, boraveći iza rešetaka, odlučio sve priznati.
