U "U mreži Prvog" na Hrvatskom radiju bilo je riječi o sigurnosnom i društvenom aspektu pokušaja ubojstva na Markovu trgu, a gosti su bili glavni ravnatelj policije Nikola Milina, stručnjak za sigurnost Vlatko Cvrtila i sociolog Renato Matić.

Milina je na početku rekao da je ranjeni policajac na intenzivnom liječenju, da je stabilno, ali ima potrebe za daljnjim medicinskim tretmanima. Istražitelji još nisu s njim razgovarali, dodao je.

- Policija prikuplja podatke, proveden je očevid, pretraženo je mjesto prebivališta počinitelja u Kutini gdje je pronađena veća količina streljiva i oružja, dodao je.

Milina kaže kako nije bilo nikakvih indicija da bi se ovako nešto moglo dogoditi, dodatne informacije se intenzivno prikupljaju kako bi otkrili pravi motiv jučerašnjeg događaja.

U obiteljskoj kući počinitelja otkrivena je veća količina streljiva i oružja, koje se ne može legalno posjedovati. Naglasio je da su jučer 3 policijska službenika bila ugrožena - onaj koji je ranjen, drugi koji je upotrijebio vatreno oružje i treći koji je bio tamo. Na mjestu gdje su pronašli počinitelja, a pronađeno je i kratko vatreno oružje.

Policajac koji je uzvratio vatru, rekao je Milina, službenik je zadužen za vanjsko osiguranje prostora na Markovu trgu. Policija istražuje sve činjenice i okolnosti, te smjer dolaska počinitelja - prethodno nije bilo nikakve ugroze za građane.

Cvrtila smatra da je teško rekonstruirati motive počinitelja, radi se o osobi koja ranije nije imala nikakve prekršaje, te naglašava da ništa nije ukazivalo da bi do jučerašnjeg događaja mogli doći.

- Nažalost, ovakvi događaji su nezaustavljivi, dodao je.

Milina je rekao da je nakon performansa sa Sinčićevim lubenicama podignuta razina sigurnosti na Markovu trgu gdje je na snazi sloboda kretanja za sve građane. Od tada su povećali broj kontroli u široj zoni, ali ovaj događaj ukazuje da se te mjere moraju poboljšati.

- Od jučer su postavljene određene fizičke prepreke i ne može se doći do središnjeg prostora Markova trga bez opravdanog razloga, dodao je.

Pojasnio je da nas ovaj događaj tjera da se radi na sigurnosti, da su sada donesene prve mjere dok se ne dođe do trajnog rješenja. Osvrnuo se na zabranu okupljanja na Markovu trgu te je rekao da je sada sigurnosna ugroza u pitanju i to se sada mora riješiti.

- Ovakve situacije izloženosti najvažnijih državnih institucija nisam imao prilike vidjeti u drugim zemljama EU-a, dodao je.

Što se tiče zaštite na Markovu trgu, Cvrtila je rekao da nije bilo sigurnosnog propusta i teško je odrediti scenarij maksimalne ugroze.

- Ovaj događaj će opravdati podizanje mjera koje će biti vidljivije i građani će se osjećati sigurnije. Opet će biti onih koji smatraju da je to povijesni i turistički prostor, dodao je.

Naglasio je da je taj prostor izuzetno teško štititi bilo kakvim mjerama.

- To je otvoreni, povijesni prostor. Nije se razmišljalo o sigurnosnim mjerama kada se gradilo, rekao je.

Smatra da bi najbolje bilo državne institucije premjestititi s tog prostora.

Na pitanje hoćemo li sada imati policajce s dugim cijevima, Milina kaže da su policajci i sada imali to na raspolaganju.

- Imaju balističku opremu, ali ako nema informacija o sigurnosnoj ugrozi, procijenjeno je da se ne nosi 24 sata sva oprema.

Dodaje da su sada mjere podignute, policajaca je više i bit će i dalje opremljeni za ovakve situacije

U "U mreži Prvog" na Hrvatskom radiju bilo je riječi o sigurnosnom i društvenom aspektu pokušaja ubojstva na Markovu trgu, a gosti su bili glavni ravnatelj policije Nikola Milina, stručnjak za sigurnost Vlatko Cvrtila i sociolog Renato Matić.

Milina je na početku rekao da je ranjeni policajac na intenzivnom liječenju, da je stabilno, ali ima potrebe za daljnjim medicinskim tretmanima. Istražitelji još nisu s njim razgovarali, dodao je.

- Policija prikuplja podatke, proveden je očevid, pretraženo je mjesto prebivališta počinitelja u Kutini gdje je pronađena veća količina streljiva i oružja, dodao je.

Milina kaže kako nije bilo nikakvih indicija da bi se ovako nešto moglo dogoditi, dodatne informacije se intenzivno prikupljaju kako bi otkrili pravi motiv jučerašnjeg događaja.

U obiteljskoj kući počinitelja otkrivena je veća količina streljiva i oružja, koje se ne može legalno posjedovati. Naglasio je da su jučer 3 policijska službenika bila ugrožena - onaj koji je ranjen, drugi koji je upotrijebio vatreno oružje i treći koji je bio tamo. Na mjestu gdje su pronašli počinitelja, a pronađeno je i kratko vatreno oružje.

Policajac koji je uzvratio vatru, rekao je Milina, službenik je zadužen za vanjsko osiguranje prostora na Markovu trgu. Policija istražuje sve činjenice i okolnosti, te smjer dolaska počinitelja - prethodno nije bilo nikakve ugroze za građane.

Cvrtila smatra da je teško rekonstruirati motive počinitelja, radi se o osobi koja ranije nije imala nikakve prekršaje, te naglašava da ništa nije ukazivalo da bi do jučerašnjeg događaja mogli doći.

- Nažalost, ovakvi događaji su nezaustavljivi, dodao je.

Milina je rekao da je nakon performansa sa Sinčićevim lubenicama podignuta razina sigurnosti na Markovu trgu gdje je na snazi sloboda kretanja za sve građane. Od tada su povećali broj kontroli u široj zoni, ali ovaj događaj ukazuje da se te mjere moraju poboljšati.

- Od jučer su postavljene određene fizičke prepreke i ne može se doći do središnjeg prostora Markova trga bez opravdanog razloga, dodao je.

Pojasnio je da nas ovaj događaj tjera da se radi na sigurnosti, da su sada donesene prve mjere dok se ne dođe do trajnog rješenja. Osvrnuo se na zabranu okupljanja na Markovu trgu te je rekao da je sada sigurnosna ugroza u pitanju i to se sada mora riješiti.

- Ovakve situacije izloženosti najvažnijih državnih institucija nisam imao prilike vidjeti u drugim zemljama EU-a, dodao je.

Što se tiče zaštite na Markovu trgu, Cvrtila je rekao da nije bilo sigurnosnog propusta i teško je odrediti scenarij maksimalne ugroze.

- Ovaj događaj će opravdati podizanje mjera koje će biti vidljivije i građani će se osjećati sigurnije. Opet će biti onih koji smatraju da je to povijesni i turistički prostor, dodao je.

Naglasio je da je taj prostor izuzetno teško štititi bilo kakvim mjerama.

- To je otvoreni, povijesni prostor. Nije se razmišljalo o sigurnosnim mjerama kada se gradilo, rekao je.

Smatra da bi najbolje bilo državne institucije premjestititi s tog prostora.

Na pitanje hoćemo li sada imati policajce s dugim cijevima, Milina kaže da su policajci i sada imali to na raspolaganju.

- Imaju balističku opremu, ali ako nema informacija o sigurnosnoj ugrozi, procijenjeno je da se ne nosi 24 sata sva oprema.

U "U mreži Prvog" na Hrvatskom radiju bilo je riječi o sigurnosnom i društvenom aspektu pokušaja ubojstva na Markovu trgu, a gosti su bili glavni ravnatelj policije Nikola Milina, stručnjak za sigurnost Vlatko Cvrtila i sociolog Renato Matić.

Milina je na početku rekao da je ranjeni policajac na intenzivnom liječenju, da je stabilno, ali ima potrebe za daljnjim medicinskim tretmanima. Istražitelji još nisu s njim razgovarali, dodao je.

- Policija prikuplja podatke, proveden je očevid, pretraženo je mjesto prebivališta počinitelja u Kutini gdje je pronađena veća količina streljiva i oružja, dodao je.

Milina kaže kako nije bilo nikakvih indicija da bi se ovako nešto moglo dogoditi, dodatne informacije se intenzivno prikupljaju kako bi otkrili pravi motiv jučerašnjeg događaj...
