Zbog sumnje da je krajem listopada iz puške sačmarice ubio psa u vlasništvu njegova sina i tijelo bacio na stijene, dubrovačka policija je zbog kaznenog djela "ubijanje ili mučenje životinja" prijavila 47-godišnjaka, kojemu za to prijeti kazna do najviše dvije godine zatvora.

Iz policije su u četvrtak objavili kako su dovršili kriminalističko istraživanje nad 47-godišnjakom i osumnjičili ga da je krajem listopada psa pasmine engleski buldog, u vlasništvu njegova sina, automobilom dovezao do mjesta Pobrežje kod Dubrovnika.  

Tamo je psa izveo iz vozila i brdskom ga stazom odveo do osamljenog mjesta gdje ga je ubio iz sačmarice, nakon čega je njegovo tijelo bacio na stijene ispod staze.

Zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo "ubijanje ili mučenje životinja" policija ga je kazneno prijavila nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Prema Kaznenom zakonu, kaznom zatvora do jedne godine kaznit će se onaj tko usmrti životinju bez opravdanog razloga ili je teško zlostavlja, nanosi joj nepotrebne boli ili je izlaže nepotrebnim patnjama.

Učini li to iz koristoljublja, kaznit će se zatvorskom kaznom do dvije godine.

Zbog sumnje da je krajem listopada iz puške sačmarice ubio psa u vlasništvu njegova sina i tijelo bacio na stijene, dubrovačka policija je zbog kaznenog djela "ubijanje ili mučenje životinja" prijavila 47-godišnjaka, kojemu za to prijeti kazna do najviše dvije godine zatvora.

Iz policije su u četvrtak objavili kako su dovršili kriminalističko istraživanje nad 47-godišnjakom i osumnjičili ga da je krajem listopada psa pasmine engleski buldog, u vlasništvu njegova sina, automobilom dovezao do mjesta Pobrežje kod Dubrovnika.  

Tamo je psa izveo iz vozila i brdskom ga stazom odveo do osamljenog mjesta gdje ga je ubio iz sačmarice, nakon čega je njegovo tijelo bacio na stijene ispod staze.

Zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo "ubijanje ili mučenje životinja" policija ga je kazneno prijavila nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Dubrovniku.

Prema Kaznenom zakonu, kaznom zatvora do jedne godine kaznit će se onaj tko usmrti životinju bez opravdanog razloga ili je teško zlostavlja, nanosi joj nepotrebne boli ili je izlaže nepotrebnim patnjama.

Učini li to iz koristoljublja, kaznit će se zatvorskom kaznom do dvije godine.

Dubrovčanin sačmaricom ubio psa pa ga bacio na stijene, sada mu prijeti i do dvije godine zatvora

Zbog sumnje da je krajem listopada iz puške sačmarice ubio psa u vlasništvu njegova sina i tijelo bacio na stijene, dubrovačka policija je zbog kaznenog djela "ubijanje ili mučenje životinja" prijavila 47-godišnjaka, kojemu za to prijeti kazna do najviše dvije godine zatvora.

Iz policije su u četvrtak objavili kako su dovršili kriminalističko istraživanje nad 47-godišnjakom i osumnjičili ga da je krajem listopada psa pasmine engleski buldog, u vlasništvu njegova sina, automobilom dovezao do mjesta Pobrežje kod Dubrovnika.  

Tamo je psa izveo iz vozila i brdskom ga stazom odveo do osamljenog mjesta gdje ga je ubio iz sačmarice, nakon čega je njegovo tijelo bacio na stijene ispod staze.

Zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo "ubijanje ili mučenje životinja" policij...
