Odlukom Visokog trgovačkog suda, odbijena je žalba Josipa Dikana Radeljaka i potvrđeno je rješenje kojim on mora platiti troškove sudskog postupka koji s PDV-om i kamatama iznose više od pola milijuna kuna. Na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu Radeljak je sredinom 2010. izgubio spor koji je pokrenuo protiv polubrata Željana Radmana oko vlasništva nad kavanom “Semafor” i poslovanjem u restoranu “Pimpinela”.

Kako nije uspio dokazati pravo vlasništva, Radeljak kao stranka koja je izgubila spor mora platiti i sudske troškove postupka u koje su uračunati troškovi odvjetnika kojeg je angažirao Radman. Splitski sud je Radmanu dosudio iznos od 362.000 kuna koje mu uz porez i kamate mora platiti Radeljak po pravomoćnosti presude.

Radeljak je 2008. podnio tužbeni zahtjev Trgovačkom sudu tvrdeći kako je Radman 1998. potpisao sporazum kojim mu je prenio vlasništvo nad tvrtkom “Semko”. Radeljak je tvrdio kako je iz Rima, gdje je živio, poslao poštom sporazum polubratu koji ga je potpisao i na isti način mu ga poštom poslao natrag. Kada je pozvan kao tuženik na sud, Radman je posvjedočio kako sporazum nije nikada vidio, a kamoli potpisao.

Odvjetnik Dragan Mijoč koji je zastupao Radmana zatražio je već tada okončanje postupka. Radeljak nije želio original sporazuma priložiti sudu. Sve do prosinca 2009. sud je baratao kopijom, a tada je tužitelj donio primjerak sporazuma napisan rukom, a potpisi nisu bili ovjereni...

Činjenica je da je na Općinskom sudu u Splitu u kaznenom postupku koji se vodi protiv njega Josip Radeljak kazao kako nema imovine te da ima talijansku i hrvatsku mirovinu, ali nije znao reći kolika su mu primanja.

Odlukom Visokog trgovačkog suda, odbijena je žalba Josipa Dikana Radeljaka i potvrđeno je rješenje kojim on mora platiti troškove sudskog postupka koji s PDV-om i kamatama iznose više od pola milijuna kuna. Na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu Radeljak je sredinom 2010. izgubio spor koji je pokrenuo protiv polubrata Željana Radmana oko vlasništva nad kavanom “Semafor” i poslovanjem u restoranu “Pimpinela”.

Kako nije uspio dokazati pravo vlasništva, Radeljak kao stranka koja je izgubila spor mora platiti i sudske troškove postupka u koje su uračunati troškovi odvjetnika kojeg je angažirao Radman. Splitski sud je Radmanu dosudio iznos od 362.000 kuna koje mu uz porez i kamate mora platiti Radeljak po pravomoćnosti presude.

Radeljak je 2008. podnio tužbeni zahtjev Trgovačkom sudu tvrdeći kako je Radman 1998. potpisao sporazum kojim mu je prenio vlasništvo nad tvrtkom “Semko”. Radeljak je tvrdio kako je iz Rima, gdje je živio, poslao poštom sporazum polubratu koji ga je potpisao i na isti način mu ga poštom poslao natrag. Kada je pozvan kao tuženik na sud, Radman je posvjedočio kako sporazum nije nikada vidio, a kamoli potpisao.

Odvjetnik Dragan Mijoč koji je zastupao Radmana zatražio je već tada okončanje postupka. Radeljak nije želio original sporazuma priložiti sudu. Sve do prosinca 2009. sud je baratao kopijom, a tada je tužitelj donio primjerak sporazuma napisan rukom, a potpisi nisu bili ovjereni...

Činjenica je da je na Općinskom sudu u Splitu u kaznenom postupku koji se vodi protiv njega Josip Radeljak kazao kako nema imovine te da ima talijansku i hrvatsku mirovinu, ali nije znao reći kolika su mu primanja.
