Policija i USKOK rekonstruirali su kako je Milan Lončarić preko tvrtke Slanica d.o.o. kupio stan u Radićevoj 3a Kazimiru Bačiću, kao nagradu za "posredovanja" prema Bandiću i bankama.

Tvrdnju da je stan, iako glasi na Lončarićevu tvrtku, zapravo kupljen Bačiću, temelje na rezultatima tajnih mjera i izjavama svjedoka, prvenstveno djelatnica agencije za nekretnine preko koje je obavljena kupoprodaja, piše Jutarnji.

Iz tih dokaznih materijala proizlazi da je sve radnje oko kupnje stana, od kontaktiranja agencije, do pregovaranja o cijeni, vodio Kazimir Bačić, a da je Lončarićeva tvrtka samo platila kupoprodajnu cijenu (135.000 eura), agencijsku proviziju, kao i troškove uređenja stana.

Djelatnice agencije potvrdile su da su komunicirale isključivo s Bačićem i njegovim sinom.

Jedna je čak istaknula kako je Bačić na početku bio malo ljut jer nisu prepoznale da se radi o ravnatelju televizije.

Rekao im je da će stan kupiti preko tvrtke svog rođaka koji u blizini živi i ima poslovne prostore, a koji je i osobno došao s Bačićem u završnoj fazi pregovora.

Policija i USKOK rekonstruirali su kako je Milan Lončarić preko tvrtke Slanica d.o.o. kupio stan u Radićevoj 3a Kazimiru Bačiću, kao nagradu za "posredovanja" prema Bandiću i bankama.

Tvrdnju da je stan, iako glasi na Lončarićevu tvrtku, zapravo kupljen Bačiću, temelje na rezultatima tajnih mjera i izjavama svjedoka, prvenstveno djelatnica agencije za nekretnine preko koje je obavljena kupoprodaja, piše Jutarnji.

Iz tih dokaznih materijala proizlazi da je sve radnje oko kupnje stana, od kontaktiranja agencije, do pregovaranja o cijeni, vodio Kazimir Bačić, a da je Lončarićeva tvrtka samo platila kupoprodajnu cijenu (135.000 eura), agencijsku proviziju, kao i troškove uređenja stana.

Djelatnice agencije potvrdile su da su komunicirale isključivo s Bačićem i njegovim sinom.

Jedna je čak istaknula kako je Bačić na početku bio malo ljut jer nisu prepoznale da se radi o ravnatelju televizije.

Rekao im je da će stan kupiti preko tvrtke svog rođaka koji u blizini živi i ima poslovne prostore, a koji je i osobno došao s Bačićem u završnoj fazi pregovora.

Policija i USKOK rekonstruirali su kako je Milan Lončarić preko tvrtke Slanica d.o.o. kupio stan u Radićevoj 3a Kazimiru Bačiću, kao nagradu za "posredovanja" prema Bandiću i bankama.

Tvrdnju da je stan, iako glasi na Lončarićevu tvrtku, zapravo kupljen Bačiću, temelje na rezultatima tajnih mjera i izjavama svjedoka, prvenstveno djelatnica agencije za nekretnine preko koje je obavljena kupoprodaja, piše Jutarnji.

Iz tih dokaznih materijala proizlazi da je sve radnje oko kupnje stana, od kontaktiranja agencije, do pregovaranja o cijeni, vodio Kazimir Bačić, a da je Lončarićeva tvrtka samo platila kupoprodajnu cijenu (135.000 eura), agencijsku proviziju, kao i troškove uređenja stana.

Djelatnice agencije potvrdile su da su komunicirale isključivo s Bačićem i njegovim sino...
