Ovako nekako bi možda mogao zvučati slogan splitske turističke agencije VIP Holiday Booker koja iz godine u godinu bilježi rast, a niti pandemija joj nije odmogla kao ostalima. Dapače, lani su zabilježili izvrstan rezultat, a po svemu sudeći tako će biti i ove sezone.

- Naši gosti zahtijevaju prije svega privatnost, a već to je samo po sebi dovoljan luksuz kakav ne mogu svugdje imati. Normalno da su to gosti veće platežne moći pa traže i sve ono što se zbilja i smatra luksuzom, dakle, full opremljene kuće u što spada standardni dio počevši od bazena do saune i teretane, sve do prostorija za kinoprojekcije i zabavu ili, pak, stol za masažu - govori Darijo Šarić, vlasnik agencije za koju smo prvi put čuli kad je prije nekoliko godina hollywoodska glumica Julia Roberts viđena na plaži hotela "Split".

Diskrecija

U međuvremenu je VIP Holiday Booker osigurala ljetovanje za niz svjetskih celebrityja, poznatih sportaša, političara, poslovnih ljudi... Na agentima je da gostu, osim visokog stupnja diskrecije, omoguće potpuni itinerar odmora što često uključuje transfer gliserom ili helikopterom na neka odredišta pa tako na raspolaganju imaju tri posade u Dalmaciji. Na njima je da ispune i zahtjeve poput plovidbe do Brijuna, ali i bizarno da nabave točno određenu noćnu posudu i dostave je na otok. Gostima na raspolaganje stavljaju kuhare i babysittere, bukiraju im restorane, klubove, barove... Darijo priča kako su imali svakakvih zahtijeva.

- Jednom su tražili da djetetu za rođendan dovedemo zoološki vrt na primoštensku plažu i to slona, žirafu i medvjeda. Normalno da ponekad iznimno zahtjevnoj klijenteli nismo u stanju sve osigurati - govori Darijo. Priča nam da imaju svakakvih situacija.

- Jednom su nam naručili dva helikoptera da ih se prebaci na Plitvice, spremni su bili platiti 12,5 tisuća eura taj izlet. Mi sve učinili, helikopteri stigli, a oni se ne mogu probudit jer su se zapili noć ranije. A nije helikopterski red vožnje baš da možeš kako hoćeš, zahtijeva proceduru, papire...

Kaže Darijo da njihovi klijenti uglavnom traže kuće blizu mora. Istina je, dodaje, da dobro idu vile po zaleđu, ali cijena im je ipak dvostruka niža od onih uz more. Dakle, dok je noć u kući pored, primjerice, Imotskog oko 500 eura, uz more vila slične arhitekture i sadržaja doseže cijenu i 1500 eura, a neke u Dubrovniku, na Hvaru i Braču i do 2,5 tisuće eura pa čak i više. U ponudi imaju više od 450 luksuznih kuća, sve imaju četiri do šest soba na oko prosječno 300 do 350 metara četvornih interijera. Mahom su zadnji krik arhitekture i uglavnom dobro zaklonjene od vanjskog svijeta.

Poljska influencerica

- Ali najčešće naši ljudi ne haju baš previše za celebrityje što oni s vremenom shvate. Imali smo Weronicu Bielik, influencericu iz Poljske koju prate milijuni ljudi, a ovdje je nitko nije prepoznao. Ona je time bila apsolutno oduševljena. Imali smo i državnike na odmoru, na primjer članovi jedne vlade su tražili totalno osiguranje, među ostalim, da se nitko ne smije približiti kući na pedeset metara. Naravno da smo im to mogli lako omogućiti kad ovdje nikoga nije ni briga. Lani je u Sutivanu u Vili Dominus odsjeo oscarovac Rami Malek. Mjesec dana nitko ga nije skužio, kupao se na javnim plažama bez problema. Tek predzadnji dan su ga u jednom kafiću prepoznali pa su se sjatili fotoreporteri oko kuće iz koje onda nije više izašao. Svejedno je bio prezadovoljan - kaže Darijo.

Šarić dodaje da je u posljednjih nekoliko godina Hrvatska na svjetskoj putničkoj tržnici istaknuta kao jedno od pet najboljih odredišta u nastajanju, a često je opisuju najboljom iza Italije i Grčke.

"Slava vam je opterećenje, žudite za normalnim životom i trenucima opuštanja bez paparazza? Javite nam se jer mi vam to možemo omogućiti."

Ovako nekako bi možda mogao zvučati slogan splitske turističke agencije VIP Holiday Booker koja iz godine u godinu bilježi rast, a niti pandemija joj nije odmogla kao ostalima. Dapače, lani su zabilježili izvrstan rezultat, a po svemu sudeći tako će biti i ove sezone.

- Naši gosti zahtijevaju prije svega privatnost, a već to je samo po sebi dovoljan luksuz kakav ne mogu svugdje imati. Normalno da su to gosti veće platežne moći pa traže i sve ono što se zbilja i smatra luksuzom, dakle, full opremljene kuće u što spada standardni dio počevši od bazena do saune i teretane, sve do prostorija za kinoprojekcije i zabavu ili, pak, stol za masažu - govori Darijo Šarić, vlasnik agencije za koju smo prvi put čuli kad je prije nekoliko godina hollywoodska glumica Julia Roberts viđena na plaži hotela "Split".

Diskrecija

U međuvremenu je VIP Holiday Booker osigurala ljetovanje za niz svjetskih celebrityja, poznatih sportaša, političara, poslovnih ljudi... Na agentima je da gostu, osim visokog stupnja diskrecije, omoguće potpuni itinerar odmora što često uključuje transfer gliserom ili helikopterom na neka odredišta pa tako na raspolaganju imaju tri posade u Dalmaciji. Na njima je da ispune i zahtjeve poput plovidbe do Brijuna, ali i bizarno da nabave točno određenu noćnu posudu i dostave je na otok. Gostima na raspolaganje stavljaju kuhare i babysittere, bukiraju im restorane, klubove, barove... Darijo priča kako su imali svakakvih zahtijeva.

- Jednom su tražili da djetetu za rođendan dovedemo zoološki vrt na primoštensku plažu i to slona, žirafu i medvjeda. Normalno da ponekad iznimno zahtjevnoj klijenteli nismo u stanju sve osigurati - govori Darijo. Priča nam da imaju svakakvih situacija.

- Jednom su nam naručili dva helikoptera da ih se prebaci na Plitvice, spremni su bili platiti 12,5 tisuća eura taj izlet. Mi sve učinili, helikopteri stigli, a oni se ne mogu probudit jer su se zapili noć ranije. A nije helikopterski red vožnje baš da možeš kako hoćeš, zahtijeva proceduru, papire...

Kaže Darijo da njihovi klijenti uglavnom traže kuće blizu mora. Istina je, dodaje, da dobro idu vile po zaleđu, ali cijena im je ipak dvostruka niža od onih uz more. Dakle, dok je noć u kući pored, primjerice, Imotskog oko 500 eura, uz more vila slične arhitekture i sadržaja doseže cijenu i 1500 eura, a neke u Dubrovniku, na Hvaru i Braču i do 2,5 tisuće eura pa čak i više. U ponudi imaju više od 450 luksuznih kuća, sve imaju četiri do šest soba na oko prosječno 300 do 350 metara četvornih interijera. Mahom su zadnji krik arhitekture i uglavnom dobro zaklonjene od vanjskog svijeta.

Poljska influencerica

- Ali najčešće naši ljudi ne haju baš previše za celebrityje što oni s vremenom shvate. Imali smo Weronicu Bielik, influencericu iz Poljske koju prate milijuni ljudi, a ovdje je nitko nije prepoznao. Ona je time bila apsolutno oduševljena. Imali smo i državnike na odmoru, na primjer članovi jedne vlade su tražili totalno osiguranje, među ostalim, da se nitko ne smije približiti kući na pedeset metara. Naravno da smo im to mogli lako omogućiti kad ovdje nikoga nije ni briga. Lani je u Sutivanu u Vili Dominus odsjeo oscarovac Rami Malek. Mjesec dana nitko ga nije skužio, kupao se na javnim plažama bez problema. Tek predzadnji dan su ga u jednom kafiću prepoznali pa su se sjatili fotoreporteri oko kuće iz koje onda nije više izašao. Svejedno je bio prezadovoljan - kaže Darijo.

Šarić dodaje da je u posljednjih nekoliko godina Hrvatska na svjetskoj putničkoj tržnici istaknuta kao jedno od pet najboljih odredišta u nastajanju, a često je opisuju najboljom iza Italije i Grčke.

VIP Holiday Booker je ekskluzivni zastupnik za Hrvatsku tvrtke BookLogic ''Hotel & Travel Technology and Software Company" koja kroz sustav channel management vodi više od 600 resorta i hotela u preko 50 zemalja svijeta. Taj sustav dnevno obrađuje rezervacijske procese za pet milijuna bookinga putem naprednih središnjih rezervacijskih i distribucijskih sustava.

Također, certificirani su partneri za Hrvatsku za Marriott International – Homes and Villas i sve njihove podbrandove poput The Ritz-Carlton, The Luxury Collection, Bvlgari Resorts, Marriott Vacation Club, Sheraton, Westin, Residence Inn. i slični.
