U proteklih godinu dana zatvoreno je oko 11.000 obrta, dok se broj obrtnika u blokadi, čiji nepodmireni dugovi iznose više od pet milijardi kuna, popeo na čak 37.000.

To je samo jedan od podataka iznesenih tijekom foruma “Mogućnosti izlaska iz krize” održanog u organizaciji Hrvatske obrtničke komore u sklopu proljetnog Zagrebačkog velesajma u srijedu, a koji, kako je rečeno, upućuje na visoku ranjivost obrtnika u uvjetima krize.

 ukupnom broju gospodarskih subjekata, obrti su u prošloj godini sudjelovali sa svega 47 posto, dok je, primjerice, 2003. taj udio iznosio čak 60 posto. Također, u prošloj je godini udio zaposlenih u obrtu u ukupnoj zaposlenosti iznosio svega 14 posto, što je najniži zabilježeni udio u proteklih 10 godina.

Samo u 2009. u odnosu na 2008., zabilježen je pad broja zaposlenih u obrtništvu za 10,4 posto, dok je u siječnju ove godine broj zaposlenih u obrtništvu manji za 6155 osoba nego u prosincu 2009.

Rokovi plaćanja

- Uz nesnalaženje u novonastalim uvjetima i nelikvidnost, na negativne trendove u obrtništvu u prošloj godini utjecali su i pad BDP-a za 5,8 posto, pad investicija od 11,8 posto te pad osobne potrošnje za 8,5 posto - kazala je Ivana Rašić-Bakarić sa zagrebačkog Ekonomskog instituta koji je izradio analizu obrtničkog sektora.

Prema smjernicama iz analize, obrtništvu bi pomoglo uklanjanje prepreka za pristup kapitalu, zatim reguliranje rokova plaćanja te smanjivanje administrativnih opterećenja i ubrzanje procedure.

Nešto optimizma glede opstanka obrtništva izraženo je podatkom da je u proteklih godinu dana obrtnika čiji je godišnji dohodak premašio dva milijuna kuna, čak 1200 više.

 Predsjednik HOK-a Mato Topić podsjetio je kako se očekuje sastanak s premijerkom Jadrankom Kosor za koji obrtnici predlažu pet tema - suzbijanje sive ekonomije, zatim propisivanje rokova plaćanja kao obveze, izjednačavanje statusa obrtnika kao samozaposlenih osoba...

U proteklih godinu dana zatvoreno je oko 11.000 obrta, dok se broj obrtnika u blokadi, čiji nepodmireni dugovi iznose više od pet milijardi kuna, popeo na čak 37.000.

To je samo jedan od podataka iznesenih tijekom foruma “Mogućnosti izlaska iz krize” održanog u organizaciji Hrvatske obrtničke komore u sklopu proljetnog Zagrebačkog velesajma u srijedu, a koji, kako je rečeno, upućuje na visoku ranjivost obrtnika u uvjetima krize.

 ukupnom broju gospodarskih subjekata, obrti su u prošloj godini sudjelovali sa svega 47 posto, dok je, primjerice, 2003. taj udio iznosio čak 60 posto. Također, u prošloj je godini udio zaposlenih u obrtu u ukupnoj zaposlenosti iznosio svega 14 posto, što je najniži zabilježeni udio u proteklih 10 godina.

Samo u 2009. u odnosu na 2008., zabilježen je pad broja zaposlenih u obrtništvu za 10,4 posto, dok je u siječnju ove godine broj zaposlenih u obrtništvu manji za 6155 osoba nego u prosincu 2009.

Rokovi plaćanja

- Uz nesnalaženje u novonastalim uvjetima i nelikvidnost, na negativne trendove u obrtništvu u prošloj godini utjecali su i pad BDP-a za 5,8 posto, pad investicija od 11,8 posto te pad osobne potrošnje za 8,5 posto - kazala je Ivana Rašić-Bakarić sa zagrebačkog Ekonomskog instituta koji je izradio analizu obrtničkog sektora.

Prema smjernicama iz analize, obrtništvu bi pomoglo uklanjanje prepreka za pristup kapitalu, zatim reguliranje rokova plaćanja te smanjivanje administrativnih opterećenja i ubrzanje procedure.

Nešto optimizma glede opstanka obrtništva izraženo je podatkom da je u proteklih godinu dana obrtnika čiji je godišnji dohodak premašio dva milijuna kuna, čak 1200 više.

 Predsjednik HOK-a Mato Topić podsjetio je kako se očekuje sastanak s premijerkom Jadrankom Kosor za koji obrtnici predlažu pet tema - suzbijanje sive ekonomije, zatim propisivanje rokova plaćanja kao obveze, izjednačavanje statusa obrtnika kao samozaposlenih osoba...
