Atlantic Grupa objavila je u utorak završetak preuzimanja slovenske Droge Kolinske uplatom 243,1 milijuna eura na račun bivšeg vlasnika Kolinske Istrabenza.

Iz Atlantica je priopćeno kako će novi direktor Kolinske biti Srećko Nakić, dosadašnji potpredsjednik Grupe za distribuciju.

Ukupno je za slovensku kompaniju Atlantic u većinskom vlasništvu Emila Tedeschija platio 382 milijuna eura.

„Preuzimanje Droge Kolinske financirano je vlastitim sredstvima kompanije i njenih dioničara, 45 posto iznosa, mezanin aranžmanom s EBRD-om, deset posto, te do ostatka iznosa kreditnim linijama Raiffeisen i Unicredit Grupe“, navode u Atlantic Grupi, koja se u dijelu slovenskih i srpskih medija sumnjičila da će Kolinsku platiti iz prihoda same Kolinske budući da je za pripadajući kredit založila dionice slovenske tvrtke.

Nakon spajanja sa Drogom Kolinskom Atlantic Grupa postaje jedna od najvećih kompanija u prehrambenoj industriji regije s 640 milijuna eura konsolidiranog prihoda, 4300 zaposlenih i vlastitim tvrtkama na 12 tržišta u Europi i državama bivšeg SSSR-a.

Atlantic Grupa objavila je u utorak završetak preuzimanja slovenske Droge Kolinske uplatom 243,1 milijuna eura na račun bivšeg vlasnika Kolinske Istrabenza.

Iz Atlantica je priopćeno kako će novi direktor Kolinske biti Srećko Nakić, dosadašnji potpredsjednik Grupe za distribuciju.

Ukupno je za slovensku kompaniju Atlantic u većinskom vlasništvu Emila Tedeschija platio 382 milijuna eura.

„Preuzimanje Droge Kolinske financirano je vlastitim sredstvima kompanije i njenih dioničara, 45 posto iznosa, mezanin aranžmanom s EBRD-om, deset posto, te do ostatka iznosa kreditnim linijama Raiffeisen i Unicredit Grupe“, navode u Atlantic Grupi, koja se u dijelu slovenskih i srpskih medija sumnjičila da će Kolinsku platiti iz prihoda same Kolinske budući da je za pripadajući kredit založila dionice slovenske tvrtke.

Nakon spajanja sa Drogom Kolinskom Atlantic Grupa postaje jedna od najvećih kompanija u prehrambenoj industriji regije s 640 milijuna eura konsolidiranog prihoda, 4300 zaposlenih i vlastitim tvrtkama na 12 tržišta u Europi i državama bivšeg SSSR-a.

Atlantic Grupa objavila je u utorak završetak preuzimanja slovenske Droge Kolinske uplatom 243,1 milijuna eura na račun bivšeg vlasnika Kolinske Istrabenza.
