U mnoštvu promjena kroz koje hrvatsko društvo mora proći u razdoblju prilagođavanja europskim standardima možda su najzanimljivije one u promjeni koncepcije radnoga mjesta. O iskustvima “Ericsson Nikola Tesle” i trendovima u ovim pitanjima govorila je mr. Gorana Lipnjak, menadžerica zaštite zdravlja i sigurnosti na radu ove velike tvrtke, na 9. hrvatskoj konferenciji o kvaliteti u Zadru.
Nove tehnologije
- Tehnološki napredak omogućio je da zaposleni koriste bilo koje radno mjesto u organizaciji, priključuju se na mrežni priključak svojim prijenosnim računalom. Rad na “izdvojenom radnome mjestu” moguć je iz hotelskih soba, ureda poslovnih partnera, pa i vlastitih domova. Uglavnom se radi o strukama vezanim uz elektroničke tehnologije. U Hrvatskoj ima jako malo kompanija koje primjenjuju takvu fleksibilnost radnih mjesta - kaže Gorana Lipnjak.
Procijenjeno je da je radni prostor jako skup i sve više poslodavaca u svijetu mijenja koncepciju. Umjesto planova gradnje ogromnih poslovnih tornjeva, grade se manji ali fleksibilniji prostori.
Eksterijer je fiksan, ali je interijer promjenljiv. Nastoji se da svaka prostorija ima neke specifičnosti, posebnu klimatizaciju, telefonske priključke i slično.
- Sve je prisutniji trend rada od kuće. U “Ericsson Tesli” je 1500 zaposlenih, a 90 posto su inženjeri elektrotehnike. Više ih se i ne može dobiti u Zagrebu.
Osobni razlozi
Neki rade tako u Čakovcu, rade kod kuće dva dana, pa tri dana dolaze u Zagreb. Imamo i jednog zaposlenog koji živi u Tisnom i dva-tri dana tjedno radi od kuće da ne putuje svaki dan sto kilometara do Splita i isto toliko natrag.
Još nema razrađene politike, rad kod kuće se odobrava prema osobnim razlozima. Bitno je napraviti posao do kraja, kaže mr. Gordana Lipnjak.
Maksimalno korištenje
U “Ericssonu” je razrađeno nekoliko tipova radnih mjesta: privremeno, uz ulaz za one koji trebaju neki kratki brzi kontakt, zamjensko – netko ode na put a drugi koristi “njegovo” radno mjesto, fiksna radna mjesta su za sekretarice, radna mjesta koja zahtijevaju koncentraciju za stručnjake i menadžere.
Najbitnije je odraditi posao, pa se u pravilu radi i više od osam sati dnevno.
Uz to idu priručni trim kambineti, vrtić uz tvrtku, restoran – sve da se zadovolji potrebe zaposlenika, a u biti da ga se maksimalno iskoristi. Ali, na koncu su svi zadovoljni - kaže Gordana Lipnjak.

U mnoštvu promjena kroz koje hrvatsko društvo mora proći u razdoblju prilagođavanja europskim standardima možda su najzanimljivije one u promjeni koncepcije radnoga mjesta. O iskustvima “Ericsson Nikola Tesle” i trendovima u ovim pitanjima govorila je mr. Gorana Lipnjak, menadžerica zaštite zdravlja i sigurnosti na radu ove velike tvrtke, na 9. hrvatskoj konferenciji o kvaliteti u Zadru.
Nove tehnologije
- Tehnološki napredak omogućio je da zaposleni koriste bilo koje radno mjesto u organizaciji, priključuju se na mrežni priključak svojim prijenosnim računalom. Rad na “izdvojenom radnome mjestu” moguć je iz hotelskih soba, ureda poslovnih partnera, pa i vlastitih domova. Uglavnom se radi o strukama vezanim uz elektroničke tehnologije. U Hrvatskoj ima jako malo kompanija koje primjenjuju takvu fleksibilnost radnih mjesta - kaže Gorana Lipnjak.
Procijenjeno je da je radni prostor jako skup i sve više poslodavaca u svijetu mijenja koncepciju. Umjesto planova gradnje ogromnih poslovnih tornjeva, grade se manji ali fleksibilniji prostori.
Eksterijer je fiksan, ali je interijer promjenljiv. Nastoji se da svaka prostorija ima neke specifičnosti, posebnu klimatizaciju, telefonske priključke i slično.
- Sve je prisutniji trend rada od kuće. U “Ericsson Tesli” je 1500 zaposlenih, a 90 posto su inženjeri elektrotehnike. Više ih se i ne može dobiti u Zagrebu.
Osobni razlozi
Neki rade tako u Čakovcu, rade kod kuće dva dana, pa tri dana dolaze u Zagreb. Imamo i jednog zaposlenog koji živi u Tisnom i dva-tri dana tjedno radi od kuće da ne putuje svaki dan sto kilometara do Splita i isto toliko natrag.
Još nema razrađene politike, rad kod kuće se odobrava prema osobnim razlozima. Bitno je napraviti posao do kraja, kaže mr. Gordana Lipnjak.
Maksimalno korištenje
U “Ericssonu” je razrađeno nekoliko tipova radnih mjesta: privremeno, uz ulaz za one koji trebaju neki kratki brzi kontakt, zamjensko – netko ode na put a drugi koristi “njegovo” radno mjesto, fiksna radna mjesta su za sekretarice, radna mjesta koja zahtijevaju koncentraciju za stručnjake i menadžere.
Najbitnije je odraditi posao, pa se u pravilu radi i više od osam sati dnevno.
Uz to idu priručni trim kambineti, vrtić uz tvrtku, restoran – sve da se zadovolji potrebe zaposlenika, a u biti da ga se maksimalno iskoristi. Ali, na koncu su svi zadovoljni - kaže Gordana Lipnjak.
