Naime, temeljem raspisanog natječaja za opskrbu prirodnim plinom od 2. studenoga 2012. godine Petrokemija je zaključila 15. siječnja 2013. godine, ugovor o isporuci 130 milijuna prostornih metara prirodnog plina s najpovoljnijim ponuđačem "Prvim plinarskim društvom" d.o.o. iz Vukovara, koje djeluje u ime GAZPROM Schweiz AG.

Petrokemija godišnje troši oko 650 milijuna prostornih metara plina i do sada je sav plin dobavljala preko trgovačkog društva Prirodni plin d.o.o. u većinskom vlasništvu INE.

U kutinskoj tvornici nisu bili zadovoljni cijenom plina monopolističke INE, koja je prema tvrdnjama iz Kutine uvijek bila 30 do 35 posto veća od cijene plina koju su plaćali najveći europski konkurenti kutinske tvornice gonojiva.

Željko Klaus, donedavni predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Petrokemije, sada sindikalni čelnik i glasnogovornih Stožera za obranu Petrokemije, rekao je na nedavnoj tiskovnoj konferenciji u Kutini kako je INA pred Petrokemiju stavljala ugovor s naznakom 'uzmi ili ostavi'.

Koliko je jefitiniji plin koji će Petrokemija nabljati direktno od tvrtke u vlasništvu ruskog Gazproma, nismo uspjeli doznati, jer je to, kako su rekli u Kutini, poslovna tajna, ali je kako neslužbeno doznajemo, riječ o cijeni desetak postotaka manjoj od one ugovorene s INOM.

Previsoka cijena plina, tvrde u Kutini, glavni je razlog poslovnih gubitaka u prošloj godini. Izračunato je kako jedan postotak niža cijena plina znači uštedu od 6,5 milijuna kuna godišnje.

Zbog toga mogućnost opskrbe plinom na slobodnom tržištu u Petrokemiji smatraju dobrom bazom za bolje poslovne rezultate, poslovanje bez gubitaka te manju cijenu mineralnog gnojiva.

Kako doznajemo Petrokemija d.d. vodi pregovore o tekućim isporukama i o budućoj suradnji i sa svojim sadašnjim ugovornim dobavljačem - Prirodnim plinom d.o.o. iz Zagreba, trgovačkim društvom u vlasništvu INA Industrija nafte Zagreb.

Naime, temeljem raspisanog natječaja za opskrbu prirodnim plinom od 2. studenoga 2012. godine Petrokemija je zaključila 15. siječnja 2013. godine, ugovor o isporuci 130 milijuna prostornih metara prirodnog plina s najpovoljnijim ponuđačem "Prvim plinarskim društvom" d.o.o. iz Vukovara, koje djeluje u ime GAZPROM Schweiz AG.

Petrokemija godišnje troši oko 650 milijuna prostornih metara plina i do sada je sav plin dobavljala preko trgovačkog društva Prirodni plin d.o.o. u većinskom vlasništvu INE.

U kutinskoj tvornici nisu bili zadovoljni cijenom plina monopolističke INE, koja je prema tvrdnjama iz Kutine uvijek bila 30 do 35 posto veća od cijene plina koju su plaćali najveći europski konkurenti kutinske tvornice gonojiva.

Željko Klaus, donedavni predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Petrokemije, sada sindikalni čelnik i glasnogovornih Stožera za obranu Petrokemije, rekao je na nedavnoj tiskovnoj konferenciji u Kutini kako je INA pred Petrokemiju stavljala ugovor s naznakom 'uzmi ili ostavi'.

Koliko je jefitiniji plin koji će Petrokemija nabljati direktno od tvrtke u vlasništvu ruskog Gazproma, nismo uspjeli doznati, jer je to, kako su rekli u Kutini, poslovna tajna, ali je kako neslužbeno doznajemo, riječ o cijeni desetak postotaka manjoj od one ugovorene s INOM.

Previsoka cijena plina, tvrde u Kutini, glavni je razlog poslovnih gubitaka u prošloj godini. Izračunato je kako jedan postotak niža cijena plina znači uštedu od 6,5 milijuna kuna godišnje.

Zbog toga mogućnost opskrbe plinom na slobodnom tržištu u Petrokemiji smatraju dobrom bazom za bolje poslovne rezultate, poslovanje bez gubitaka te manju cijenu mineralnog gnojiva.

Kako doznajemo Petrokemija d.d. vodi pregovore o tekućim isporukama i o budućoj suradnji i sa svojim sadašnjim ugovornim dobavljačem - Prirodnim plinom d.o.o. iz Zagreba, trgovačkim društvom u vlasništvu INA Industrija nafte Zagreb.
