U prosincu 2021. godine Aminess hoteli objavili su da će hotel "Aminess Khalani Beach" (bivša "Romana") s novim nazivom, novouređenim raskošnim sobama i luksuznim hotelskim prostorijama, gostima otvoriti vrata 8. travnja ove godine, kao idealnu uvertiru u novu turističku sezonu.

Nikada nismo, kao i tada, dobili odgovor na pitanja koliko će koštati cijela investicija jer je riječ o gradnji bivšeg hotela "Romana", niti smo doznali hoće li plaža ex "Romane" biti uređena i kakva je tu situacija, i hoće li hotel raditi cijelu godinu ili samo za vrijeme sezone. Međutim, 8. travnja je odveć prošao, a iz Aminessa su nam sada odgovorili da se otvaranje sprema u svibnju.

Završne pripreme

– Zadovoljni smo napretkom radova i sve se odvija kako je i planirano. Trenutno su u tijeku završne pripreme pred otvaranje hotela​ "Aminess Khalani Beach"​. Ključni zaposlenici novog hotela su na edukacijama u drugim Aminess objektima kako bi spremno dočekali prve goste – kazuju iz Aminessa, čije smo djelatnike upitali što će biti s uređenjem plaže Romana, jesu li obavili razgovore za posao s potencijalnim kandidatima za djelatnike i koliko ih je pristalo raditi te jesu li sklopili dogovore s privatnim iznajmljivačima oko smještaja za radnike.

Kako kažu, hotel ​"Aminess Khalani Beach" ​vrata će otvoriti 6. svibnja, a plaža ispred novog hotela bit će spremna za ovu turističku sezonu.

– Idući koraci u uređenju i znatnom podizanju kvalitete plaže planirani su za razdoblje jesen/zima 2022. godine. Cjelokupnom projektu plaže ispred hotela ​"Aminess Khalani Beach" pristupamo s velikom pažnjom i maksimalnom brigom na zadovoljstvo svih interesnih javnosti. Iznimno smo zadovoljni odazivom i selekcijskim procesom zapošljavanja za naš novi hotel.

Prvi s pet zvjezdica

Interes za rad u hotelu je velik, te redovito zaprimamo upite i prijave na oglašene natječaje. U redovitom smo kontaktu sa svim našim kandidatima, a možemo reći da smo od ukupnih potreba, do sada zaposlili oko 70 posto radnika. Vjerujemo da je interes kandidata značajan iz razloga što Aminess, kao jedan od najatraktivnijih poslodavaca, nudi odlične uvjete za rad u turizmu. Dio dogovora s privatnim iznajmljivačima oko smještaja za radnike je postignut, a s manjim dijelom iznajmljivača dogovori su u završnoj fazi – navode iz Aminessa.

Inače, hotel​ "Aminess Khalani Beach"​, bit će prvi hotel s pet zvjezdica u Aminess portfelju, a zahvaljujući ovoj akviziciji Aminess će zaposliti 200 novih zaposlenika te će moći primiti gotovo 600 gostiju. Imat će 299 moderno opremljenih soba, obiteljskih soba i suiteova, od kojih će većina imati balkon s pogledom na more, a neke i whirlpool.

U prosincu 2021. godine Aminess hoteli objavili su da će hotel "Aminess Khalani Beach" (bivša "Romana") s novim nazivom, novouređenim raskošnim sobama i luksuznim hotelskim prostorijama, gostima otvoriti vrata 8. travnja ove godine, kao idealnu uvertiru u novu turističku sezonu.

Nikada nismo, kao i tada, dobili odgovor na pitanja koliko će koštati cijela investicija jer je riječ o gradnji bivšeg hotela "Romana", niti smo doznali hoće li plaža ex "Romane" biti uređena i kakva je tu situacija, i hoće li hotel raditi cijelu godinu ili samo za vrijeme sezone. Međutim, 8. travnja je odveć prošao, a iz Aminessa su nam sada odgovorili da se otvaranje sprema u svibnju.

– Zadovoljni smo napretkom radova i sve se odvija kako je i planirano. Trenutno su u tijeku završne pripreme pred otvaranje hotela​ "Aminess Khalani Beach"​. Ključni zaposlenici novog hotela su na edukacijama u drugim Aminess objektima kako bi spremno dočekali prve goste – kazuju iz Aminessa, čije smo djelatnike upitali što će biti s uređenjem plaže Romana, jesu li obavili razgovore za posao s potencijalnim kandidatima za djelatnike i koliko ih je pristalo raditi te jesu li sklopili dogovore s privatnim iznajmljivačima oko smještaja za radnike.

Kako kažu, hotel ​"Aminess Khalani Beach" ​vrata će otvoriti 6. svibnja, a plaža ispred novog hotela bit će spremna za ovu turističku sezonu.

– Idući koraci u uređenju i znatnom podizanju kvalitete plaže planirani su za razdoblje jesen/zima 2022. godine. Cjelokupnom projektu plaže ispred hotela ​"Aminess Khalani Beach" pristupamo s velikom pažnjom i maksimalnom brigom na zadovoljstvo svih interesnih javnosti. Iznimno smo zadovoljni odazivom i selekcijskim procesom zapošljavanja za naš novi hotel.

Prvi s pet zvjezdica

Interes za rad u hotelu je velik, te redovito zaprimamo upite i prijave na oglašene natječaje. U redovitom smo kontaktu sa svim našim kandidatima, a možemo reći da smo od ukupnih potreba, do sada zaposlili oko 70 posto radnika. Vjerujemo da je interes kandidata značajan iz razloga što Aminess, kao jedan od najatraktivnijih poslodavaca, nudi odlične uvjete za rad u turizmu. Dio dogovora s privatnim iznajmljivačima oko smještaja za radnike je postignut, a s manjim dijelom iznajmljivača dogovori su u završnoj fazi – navode iz Aminessa.

Inače, hotel​ "Aminess Khalani Beach"​, bit će prvi hotel s pet zvjezdica u Aminess portfelju, a zahvaljujući ovoj akviziciji Aminess će zaposliti 200 novih zaposlenika te će moći primiti gotovo 600 gostiju. Imat će 299 moderno opremljenih soba, obiteljskih soba i suiteova, od kojih će većina imati balkon s pogledom na more, a neke i whirlpool.

Pogled na novi makarski hotel AMINESS

U prosincu 2021. godine Aminess hoteli objavili su da će hotel "Aminess Khalani Beach" (bivša "Romana") s novim nazivom, novouređenim raskošnim sobama i luksuznim hotelskim prostorijama, gostima otvoriti vrata 8. travnja ove godine, kao idealnu uvertiru u novu turističku sezonu.

Nikada nismo, kao i tada, dobili odgovor na pitanja koliko će koštati cijela investicija jer je riječ o gradnji bivšeg hotela "Romana", niti smo doznali hoće li plaža ex "Romane" biti uređena i kakva je tu situacija, i hoće li hotel raditi cijelu godinu ili samo za vrijeme sezone. Međutim, 8. travnja je odveć prošao, a iz Aminessa su nam sada odgovorili da se otvaranje sprema u svibnju.
